A general, rapid and highly efficient method for the synthesis of diaryl ethers under the assistance of microwave irradiation was described. A series of diaryl ethers were prepared by direct coupling of phenols and aryl halides in good to excellent yields in anhydrous DMF or NMP at 150 ℃ within 20 rain. The presence of water was found to have a significant impact on the Ullmann C-O coupling reaction between aryl halides and phenols under microwave irradiation. 相似文献

In the title complex, poly[cadmium(II)‐μ2‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene‐di‐μ2‐thiocyanato], [Cd(NCS)2(C12H12N6)]n, the CdII atom lies on an inversion centre in a distorted octahedral environment. Four N atoms from the thiocyanate and 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bbtz) ligands occupy the equatorial positions, and two S atoms from symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligands occupy the axial positions. The benzene ring of the bbtz ligand lies about an inversion centre. Single thiocyanate bridges link the CdII atoms into two‐dimensional sheets containing novel 16‐membered [Cd4(μ‐NCS‐N:S)4] rings. The bbtz ligands further link these two‐dimensional sheets into an unprecedented covalent three‐dimensional network for the cadmium–thiocyanate system. 相似文献

A novel two-dimensional two-column liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) technique is described in this work, where chromatofocusing (CF) has been coupled to nonporous reversed-phase (NPS-RP) HPLC to separate proteins from human breast epithelial whole cell lysates. The liquid fractions from NPS-RP-HPLC are readily amenable to direct on-line analysis using electrospray ionization orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometry (ESI-TOFMS). A key advantage of this technique is that proteins can be 'peeled off' in the liquid phase from the CF column according to their isoelectric points (pI) in the first chromatographic separation dimension. The NPS-RP-HPLC column further separates these pI-focused fractions based upon protein hydrophobicity as the second chromatographic dimension. The third dimension involves on-line molecular weight determination using ESI-TOFMS. As a result, this method has the potential to be fully automated. In addition, a 2-D protein map of pI versus molecular weight is generated, which is analogous to a 2-D gel image. Thus, this technique may provide a means to study differential expression of proteins from whole cell lysates. 相似文献

Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility studies on the powder samples of 1-3 reveal the overall antiferromagnetic coupling between Cu(II) ions with J values of -55.6 to -12.8 cm(-1) (1), -216.4 to 0 cm(-1) (2), and -259.8 to 4.8 cm(-1) (3). 相似文献

The effects of hydrodynamic interactions on the friction tensors for two particles in solution are studied. The particles have linear dimensions on nanometer scales and are either simple spherical particles interacting with the solvent through repulsive Lennard-Jones forces or are composite cluster particles whose atomic components interact with the solvent through repulsive Lennard-Jones forces. The solvent dynamics is modeled at a mesoscopic level through multiparticle collisions that conserve mass, momentum, and energy. The dependence of the two-particle relative friction tensors on the interparticle separation indicates the importance of hydrodynamic interactions for these nanoparticles. 相似文献

A three‐dimensional cyano‐bridged copper(II) complex, [Cu(dien)Ag(CN)2]2[Ag2(CN)3][Ag(CN)2] ( 1 ) (dien = diethylenetriamine), has been prepared and characterized by X‐ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 6.988(2), b = 17.615(6), c = 12.564(4) Å, β = 90.790(5)°. The crystal consists of cis‐[Cu(dien)]2+ units bridged by [Ag(CN)2]— to form a zig‐zag chain. The Ag atoms of the free and bridging [Ag(CN)2]— link together to form additional infinite zig‐zag chains with short Ag···Ag distances. The presence of Ag···Ag interactions effectively increases the dimensionality from a 1‐D chain to a 3‐D coordination polymer. 相似文献

A new chemosensor with a phenanthroimidazole subunit based upon calix[4]arene-diamide has been synthesized, and its Mg2+-selective fluoroionophoric properties were investigated in an aqueous DMSO solution. The compound exhibited a pronounced Mg2+-selective fluoroionophoric behavior over other physiologically relevant metal ions. 建立了离子色谱检测皂粒中葡萄糖酸钠含量的分析方法。样品经METROSEP CARB 1糖分析色谱柱(150 mm×4.0 mm,5μm)分离,以150 mmol·L~(-1) NaOH+20 mmol·L~(-1)NaAc水溶液为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min~(-1),采用瑞士万通850型离子色谱仪,选择脉冲安培检测器进行测定,外标法定量。结果显示:葡萄糖酸钠在0.5~200 mg·L~(-1)质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性,相关系数(r~2)为0.999 6,检出限为0.25 mg·L~(-1),定量下限为0.63 mg·L~(-1)。葡萄糖酸钠在1~20 mg/g加标范围内的回收率为80.7%~104%。该方法无需衍生化处理,操作简单方便,灵敏度高,可用于皂粒产线葡萄糖酸钠含量的监控与测定。 相似文献

The reaction of AgX, where X = trifluoroacetate (CF(3)CO(2)(-), tfa), nitrate (NO(3)(-)), trifluoromethanesulfonate (triflate, CF(3)SO(3)(-), OTf), hexafluorophosphate (PF(6)(-)), or perchlorate (ClO(4)(-)), with 2,2',3' '-tripyridylamine (tpa) yields five novel silver(I) complexes, which have been structurally characterized. The five complexes have the same 1:1 stoichiometry of Ag/tpa but exhibit different modes of coordination, depending upon the counterion present in the compound. Compound 1, [Ag(tpa)(tfa)](n)(), forms a 1D coordination polymer of [Ag(tpa)(tfa)](2) dimer units linked through bridging tfa counterions. Compound 2, [Ag(tpa)(CH(3)CN)(NO(3))](n), forms a zigzag chain 1D coordination polymer exclusively through Ag-N bonds. In compounds 1 and 2, each tpa ligand is bound to two Ag(I) ions via a 2-py and a 3-py group. Compound 3, [Ag(tpa)(OTf)](n), forms a ribbonlike 1D coordination polymer, in which each tpa ligand binds to three different silver centers via all three pyridyl groups, and the counterion remains coordinated to the Ag(I) center. Compounds 4, [Ag(tpa)(CH(3)CN)](n)(PF(6))(n), and 5, [Ag(tpa)(CH(3)CN)](n)() (ClO(4))(n), display ribbonlike structures resembling that of 3, except that the counterions are not coordinated. All complexes are luminescent in acetonitrile solution, with emission maxima in the near-UV region (lambda(max) = 366, 368, 367, 367, and 368 nm for 1-5, respectively). At 77 K, the emission maxima are red-shifted to lambda(max) = 452, 453, 450, 450, and 454 nm for 1-5, respectively. 相似文献
