Fluorometric study on the interaction between lomefloxacin and bovine lactoferrin.

The binding of lomefloxacin to bovine lactoferrin (BLf) in a dilute aqueous solution was studied using fluorescence spectra. The binding constant (K) and the number of binding sites (n) were obtained by a fluorescence quenching method. The binding distance (r) and energy-transfer efficiency (E) between lomefloxacin and bovine lactoferrin were also obtained according to the mechanism of Fo?rster-type dipole-dipole nonradiative energy-transfer. The effect of lomefloxacin on the conformation of bovine lactoferrin was also analyzed by synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. The interaction between lomefloxacin and bovine lactoferrin is strong. Lomefloxacin can affect the conformation of bovine lactoferrin to some degree.     

Effects of microstructure on the temperature dependence of relative initial permeability of NiCuZn ferrites

In the present work, ferrites with compositions of (Ni_0.27Zn_0.64Cu_x)Fe_1.98O₄ (x=0.1, 0.2) were prepared by conventional ceramic methods. The relationship between the microstructure and the temperature dependence of relative initial permeability was investigated. It was found that intergranular pores in the ferrites generate large demagnetizing fields, reducing the temperature dependence of the effective anisotropy field H_eff, and decreasing the temperature dependence of the relative initial permeability accordingly. However, intragranular pores pin the movement of domain walls. Compared with the permeability induced by domain wall motion, the permeability that resulted from the spin rotation is more sensitive to temperature. As a result, the relative initial permeability of ferrites becomes more sensitive to temperature with increasing micropores within grains.     

纳米晶Y_2SiO_5∶Eu的浓度猝灭研究

报道了分别用溶胶－凝胶法合成的Ｙ２ＳｉＯ５∶Ｅｕ纳米晶和用高温固相法合成常规尺度的Ｙ２ＳｉＯ５∶Ｅｕ材料的光致发光光谱和猝灭浓度的实验研究．结果表明：纳米Ｙ２－ｘＥｕｘＳｉＯ５比常规尺度的Ｙ２－ｘＥｕｘＳｉＯ５有更高的猝灭浓度和更高的发光亮度．理论分析认为这是由于在纳米材料中能量共振传递被阻断和猝灭中心在各个纳米晶内分布的涨落造成的．这个结果为高亮度的Ｙ２ＳｉＯ５∶Ｅｕ纳米材料的实际开发应用展示了广阔前景．

产生短间隔高精度纳秒激光双脉冲的实用电路

本文介绍了我们研制的“运动粒子瞬态激光全息测试仪”电子线路.该电路经严格的逻辑设计及计算,采用了10MHz时钟电路,并将1MHz的时钟信号巧妙地引入门控电路中,同时在技术上采用了行之有效的措施,消除了可能产生0.1μs的随机误差,时间间隔达到了(1～9)±0.1μs的精度,所输出的激光双脉冲能量接近,整机抗干抗能力强,一次性试验成功率高,可精确地测量雾化粒子场中的微粒的速度、形状、大小及其分布,收到了良好的使用效果.     

后处理温度对ZrO2气凝胶超细粉织构和结构的影响

运用神效儿宝治疗小儿厌食症２１０例，总有效率为９５．２％，显效率为６２．４％。该药使用、携带方便、见效快，疗效短，无毒副作用。实验证明，该药能显著提高胃蛋白酶含量，减慢肠管推进性运动，提高动物耐疲劳、耐缺氧能力，提高巨噬细胞吞噬率及血清补Ｃ３含量，且无毒副。作用     

双甲基丙烯酰氧苯基丙烷与苯乙烯共聚物的光学性能

标题共聚物的耐冲击性与丙烯酸酯均聚物相比有明显改善,但随着双烯单体含量的降低,共聚物的耐热性和表面硬度有所下降。丙烯酸酯含量为70%的共聚物的吸收紫外光能力最强(<370nm全吸收),含量为5%～10%的共聚物耐吸水性、耐酸耐碱性及耐冲击性最好。     

平衡聚合反应产物分子量分布参数的确定

<正> 四氢呋喃的阳离子型聚合反应和α-甲基苯乙烯的阴离子型聚合反应都是平衡聚合反应。Tobolsky等已经对平衡聚合反应动力学作了很多研究,认为该反应的产物具有Flory分布。但尚未确定上述分子量分布函数的参变数与哪些因素有关,因此该公式的应用受到限制。近年来,平衡聚合反应的研究蓬勃展开,其反应动力学理论显然也须进一步完善,以便可以通过反应条件来预测,调节和控制反应产物的平均分子量和分散     

粒径和流速对吸附速率的影响

本文主要考察了吸附剂的粒径大小及动态循环时流速大小对吸附速率的影响，根据膜扩散限制和孔隙扩散限制的理论模型对其影响作了定量描述。     

X…H2O（X=Li，Na，K）非线性光学性质的从头算理论

在MP2水平上采用6-311G基组计算了van der Waals复合物X…H2O(X=Li, Na, K)的非线性光学性质(μ, α, β), 讨论了基组效应和电子相关效应对计算结果的贡献. 在MP2/6-311++G(2df, 2pd)水平上计算得到的三个复合物分子X(X=Li, Na, K)•••H2O的非线性光学性质. 结果表明, 三种复合物分子均具有巨大的一阶超极化率, 其中最外层电子的弥散特性对一阶超极化率有很大的影响.
