胶束增敏导数—可变角同步荧光法同时测定两种羟基联苯

本文建立了２，２’－二羟基联苯（ＤＨＰ）和４－羟基联苯（ＨＰ）的胶束增敏导数－可变角同步荧光同时分析方法，可变角同步扫描所得到的ＤＨＰ和ＨＰ的谱峰位置均对应于常规光谱中的最佳激发－发射位置，经二阶求导后，消除分析谱带干扰，所得的二阶导数－可变角同步光谱即可用于两物质的同时测定，方法快速灵敏，ＤＨＰ测定范围为０．０５～０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＨＰ测定范围为０．０７～２ｍｇ／Ｌ。     

5—（4‘—溴—2’—羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁与铜（Ⅱ）的显色反应及其应用

本报道了新显色剂５－（４’－溴－２’－羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁的合成及在水溶液中的离解常数Ｋ１和Ｋ２，研究了该显色剂与铜（Ⅱ）的显色反应，在弱酸性时，试剂与铜（Ⅱ）形成摩尔比２：１的络合物，摩尔吸光系数为８．９×１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１。当铜的浓度在０～２．７ｍｇ／Ｌ的范围内符合比耳定律。用分光光度法测定了合金中铜的含量。     

单丁基磷酸酯的合成与表征

本文报道用三氯氧磷酯化、水解方法制备单丁基磷酸酯，用红外、核磁共振，质谱等方法对其结构进行了分析与表征。     

Design and preliminary assessment of 99mTc-labeled ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide-conjugated bevacizumab for single photon emission computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging of hepatocellular carcinoma

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has a very high incidence and mortality. Early diagnosis and timely treatments are therefore required to improve the quality of life and survival rate of HCC patients. Here, we developed a vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-based multimodality imaging agent for single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and used it to assess HCC mice and explore the combinative value of CT/MRI-based morphological imaging and SPECT functional imaging. HCC targeting with ¹²⁵I-labeled bevacizumab monoclonal antibody (mAb) was examined using SPECT/CT in HepG2 tumor-bearing mice after intravenous mAb injection. Based on this, an integrated, bimodal, VEGF-targeted, ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (USPIO)-conjugated ^99mTc-labeled bevacizumab mAb was synthesized to increase tumor penetration and accumulations. The in vivo pharmacokinetics and HepG2 tumor targeting were explored through in vivo planar imaging and SPECT/CT using a mouse model of HepG2 liver cancer. The specificity of the radiolabeled nanoparticles for HepG2 HCC was verified using in vitro immunohistochemistry and Prussian blue staining. With diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid as a bifunctional chelating agent, USPIO-bevacizumab achieved a ^99mTc labeling efficiency of >90 %. The in vivo imaging results also exhibited the targeting of USPIO on HepG2 HCC. The specificity of these results was confirmed using in vitro immunohistochemistry and Prussian blue staining. Our preliminary findings showed the potential of USPIO as an imaging agent for the SPECT/MRI of HepG2 HCC.     

A Novel Heterometallic Cluster-Based Coordinational Polymer with 2-[Bis-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-Amino]-Ethanesulfonic Acid: Synthesis and Crystal Structure

A rare heterometallic cluster-based polymer [Cu₄(Hbhea)₄(μ ₂-OCH₃) K(CH₃OH))] _n ·(H₂O) _n (1) (H₃bhea = 2-[bis-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-amino]-ethanesulfonic acid), has been synthesized and structurally determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis. Crystallographic unit of 1 consists of four Cu(II), four Hbhea ligands, one methanol molecule, one methanol anion, one K ion and one crystal lattice water and formed anion cluster [Cu₄(Hbhea)₄(CH₃O)]^? which further constructed a 3-D polymer by linking the six-coordination K ions.     

Properties and Applications of Mixed Packing Capillary Electrochromatography

Mixed packing capillary electrochromatography (MP CEC) with the stationary phase comprising a physical mixture of strong cation exchange (SCX) phase and octadecysilyl (ODS) phase was developed. With the existence of a sulfonic acid group on the surface of SCX, not only could the electroosmotic flow (EOF) remain high at low pH, but also the hydrophilicity of the stationary phase was increased greatly, leading to broad adaptable ranges of both pH and organic modifier concentration in the mobile phase. At the same time, with the coexistence of C₁₈ on the surface of ODS, both the retention and the resolution of samples were improved. Accordingly, MP CEC combined the advantages of both SCX and ODS columns. Effects of operation parameters on EOF and the capacity factors of solutes as well as the retention mechanism of such a column were studied systematically. In addition, MP CEC columns were used in the analysis of strong polar solutes as well as for the high speed separation of acidic, basic, and neutral compounds in a single run.     

四（对羟基苯基）卟啉—硅胶固定相的合成及在核苷酸分析中的应用

以大孔微硅胶作基体，经γ－氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷活化与间隔臂氯代环内烷反应后，再与预先合成的四（对羟基苯基）卟啉配体键合，构成电荷转移型亲和色谱固定相。以ＰＨ＝７．０的磷酸盐缓冲溶液作流动相，成功实现对一些核苷酸的高效液相亲和色谱分离。     

在线（氢—钯）色谱—质谱联用法研究分散黄RGFL中的芳胺

研究了一种检测偶氮染料中芳胺的新方法，对分散黄进行了在线（氢－钯）色谱－质谱联用分析，测出了芳胺组分，并对两种催化还原装置进行了比较。     

有机锗（Ge—132）对交警健康作用的研究

初步观察了给交警服用Ｇｅ－１３２的效果，表明Ｇｅ－１３２有一定保健作用。     

3-对甲苯基-5-(4′-硝基-2′-羧基苯偶氮)-2-硫代-4-噻唑啉酮的合成及用于铜的荧光光度测定

本文报道了新荧光试剂3-对甲苯基-5-（4’-硝基-2‘-羧基苯偶氮）-2-硫代-4-噻唑啉酮（MPNCPATTN）的合成。通过元素分析、红外光谱，核磁共振氢谱和质谱确证了其结构。在pH5．6时，它与铜（Ⅱ）形成稳定的荧光络合物，在λex／λem=308nm／403nm处产生强烈荧光，其荧光强度与铜（Ⅱ）的浓度在6．28×10－9～9．44×10-7mo1／L范围内呈线性关系，检测限为0.399μg／L的铜（Ⅱ）。测定了人发中的痕量铜，结果满意。
