Sorption of Th(IV) on Na-rectorite as a function of pH, ionic strength, soil humic acid (HA) and fulvic acid (FA) are studied under ambient conditions by using a batch technique. The results indicate that the sorption of Th(IV) on Na-rectorite is not only dependent on medium pH values, but also dependent on medium ionic strength and humic substances. Surface complexation and cation competition exchange account for Th(IV) sorption on Na-rectorite. The sorption of Th(IV) on Na-rectorite decreases with the increase on the concentration of NaNO3, Mg(NO3)2 and Ca(NO3)2, and increases with the increasing amount of HA/FA in the suspension/adsorbed on rectorite. Soil HA/FA enhances the sorption of Th(IV) on rectorite at medium pH<4 drastically, but the presence of FA reduces the sorption of Th(IV) at medium pH>6, and HA has no effect on Th(IV) sorption at medium pH>6. An interpretation for the results is attempted, considering the occurrence of different sorption mechanisms.  相似文献

The vibration spectrum and FAB mass spectrum of (+/-)-1-[3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-2-hydroxypropyl]-4-[(2,6-dimethylphenyl)aminocarbonylmethyl]piperazine dihydrochloride salt was studied. By comparing with the spectra of free base, different bands of IR were found in the NH+ stretching, the NH+ deformation motion, the CH2 of NCH2 group symmetric stretching, the CH2 of N-CH2 group twisting and the CN stretching. FAB shows the basic peak is M + H. Other m/e peaks are consistent with the structure.  相似文献

The analysis of microbial communities is of increasing importance in life sciences and bioengineering. Traditional techniques of investigations like culture or cloning methods suffer from many disadvantages. They are unable to give a complete qualitative and quantitative view of the total amount of microorganisms themselves, their interactions among each other and with their environment. Obviously, the determination of static or dynamic balances among microorganisms is of fast growing interest. The generation of species specific and fluorescently labeled 16S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) fragments by the terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) technique is a suitable tool to overcome the problems other methods have. For the separation of these fragments polyacrylamide gel sequencers are preferred as compared to capillary sequencers using linear polymers until now because of their higher electrophoretic resolution and therefore sizing accuracy. But modern capillary sequencers, especially multicapillary sequencers, offer an advanced grade of automation and an increased throughput necessary for the investigation of complex communities in long-time studies. Therefore, we adapted a T-RFLP technique to an automated high-throughput multicapillary electrophoresis device (ABI 3100 Genetic Analysis) with regard to a precise qualitative and quantitative characterization of microbial communities.  相似文献

Three ion pair complexes, [4-R-benzylpyridinium][bis(maleodinitriledithiolato)platinum(III)] (abbreviated as [RBzPy][Pt(mnt)(2)]; R = Cl (1), Br (2), or NO(2) (3)), have been synthesized. The cations and anions stack into well-separated columns in the solid state, and the Pt(III) ions form a 1-D zigzag chain within a [Pt(mnt)(2)](-) column through Pt...S, S...S, and Pt...S...Pt interactions. The chain is uniform in 1 and 2, while it alternates in 3. Unusual magnetic phase transitions from paramagnetism to diamagnetism were observed in these three complexes at approximately 275 K for 1, approximately 269 K for 2, and approximately 184 K for 3. These phase transitions were also found in DSC measurements for 1 and 2. The overall magnetic behaviors for 1-3 indicate the presence of antiferromagnetic exchange interactions in the high-temperature phase and spin-gapped systems in the low-temperature phase. Below 50 K, 2 exhibits weak ferromagnetism. The spontaneous moments are nearly repressed by a field of 1.0 T. The crystal structure of 2 at 173 K reveals that there are two crystallographically independent [Pt(mnt)(2)](-) entries in an asymmetric unit. These two crystallographically independent [Pt(mnt)(2)](-) entries satisfy the spin-canting condition, and the EPR spectra measured at room temperature exhibit anisotropic character. Therefore, the weak ferromagnetic behavior in the low-temperature region for 2 can be attributed to the spin-canting phenomenon.  相似文献

Straight boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) with pure hexagonal phase were conveniently prepared by heating the mixture of Mg(BO2)2 · H2O, NH4Cl, NaN3 and Mg powder in an autoclave at 600 °C for 20–60 h. These BNNTs had diameters mainly ranging 30–300 nm and lengths up to 5 μm, and a majority of them had at least one closed end. Besides the traditional end tips, additional cone-like tips were frequently found to be attached on the BNNTs. The effects of temperature, reactants and the possible mechanism of the catalytic formation of the BNNTs are discussed.  相似文献

Two new mixed-metal sandwich complexes [M(II)2(H2O)2Fe(III)2(P2W15O56)2]14- (abbreviated [M2Fe2P4W30], M(II) = Co(II), Mn(II)) were obtained at pH 3 by addition of M2+ to [Na2(H2O)2Fe(III)2(P2W15O56)2]16- (abbreviated [Na2Fe2P4W30]) without substitution in the alpha-[P2W15O56]12- (abbreviated [P2W15]) units. Their X-ray structures are reported. At lower pH, back conversion to [Na2Fe2P4W30] was followed by 31P NMR, electrochemistry and UV-visible spectroscopy. The preparation and the characterization in solution of the lacunary intermediate [NaCo(II)(H2O)2Fe(III)2(P2W15O56)2]15- (abbreviated [NaCoFe2P4W30]) is also described.  相似文献

An improved method has been developed for the determination of acrylamide in infant powdered milk and baby foods in jars, a particular class of foodstuffs which represent an important source of nutrition for young infants and babies. This method uses isotope dilution liquid chromatography coupled to a tandem mass spectrometer with electrospray ionization and is significantly more sensitive than previous published methods with a limit of quantification estimated at 1 microg kg(-1). The new method offers effective sample preparation procedures including defatting with petroleum ether, extraction with aqueous solution of sodium chloride, further liquid-liquid extraction with ethyl acetate and clean-up by solid-phase extraction (SPE) with HLB 200 mg cartridges. The analytical method was well validated and good results were obtained with respect to repeatability (RSD < 5%) and recovery (86-97%) which fulfilled the requirements defined by European Union (EU) legislation. The acrylamide level in infant powdered milk and baby foods in jars were 3.01-9.06 microg kg(-1) and 6.80-124.93 microg kg(-1), respectively. Especially, this new method is successfully applied to the trace quantification of acrylamide in infant/baby foods, the content of which is less than 10 microg kg(-1).  相似文献

The use of regression methods for classifying and predicting the mechanisms of toxic action of phenols was investigated in this study. Multiresponse regression was conducted using a total of six linear and nonlinear regression methods: simple linear regression (LinReg), logistic regression (LogReg), generalized additive model (GAM), locally weighted regression scatter plot smoothing (LOWESS), multivariate adaptive regression splines (MARS), and projection pursuit regression (PPR). A database containing phenols acting by four mechanisms (polar narcosis, weak acid respiratory uncoupling, proelectrophilicity, and soft electrophilicity) was used to assess the performances of the six regression methods in the multiresponse regression approach. For comparison purposes, traditional linear discriminant analysis (LDA) was also conducted as a baseline method to study the potential improvement of prediction accuracy by the multiresponse regression approach. Results showed that compared to LDA, the overall mechanism prediction error rate could be reduced to below 10% by multiresponse regression based on PPR. In addition to prediction accuracy, interpretability of the resultant models was discussed.  相似文献

The metal-ferroelectric-semiconductor (MFS) heterostructure has been fabricated using Bi3.25La0.75Ti3O12 (BLT) as a ferroelectric layer by sol-gel processing. The effect of annealing temperature on phase formation and electrical characteristics of Ag/BLT/p-Si heterostructure were investigated. The BLT thin films annealed at from 500°C to 650°C are polycrystalline, with no pyrochlore or other second phases. The C-V curves of Ag/BLT/p-Si heterostructure annealed at 600°C show a clockwise C-V ferroelectric hysteresis loops and obtain good electrical properties with low current density of below 2×10−8 A/cm2 within ±4 V, a memory window of over 0.7 V for a thickness of 400 nm BLT films. The memory window enlarges and the current density reduces with the increase of annealing temperature, but a annealing temperature over 600°C is disadvantageous for good electrical properties.  相似文献
