Time-resolved chemiluminescence technique for the microdetermination of proteins based on their complexation with copper(II).

Based on the complexation between proteins and Cu(II) coupled with the time-resolved chemiluminescence (CL) technique, a highly sensitive and quantitative assay for measuring proteins in solution is described. The complexes of proteins with Cu(II) have a strongly catalytic effect on the luminol-H2O2 CL reaction. Because the CL emission produced by the complexes is much more long-lived than that by Cu(II), the CL signals originating from proteins can be easily identified and measured with a time-resolved technique. On this basis, bovine albumin fraction V (BAF V) can be quantitatively determined in the range of 0.01 - 5.0 microg/ml with a detection limit of 5.8 ng/ml. The results show that the proposed assay exhibits a small variation in the response values for the same amount of different proteins, as compared to the Lowry as well as Bradford assays. The CL assay has also been studied for the detection of immobilized proteins.     

光线反射过程的矩阵表达方法

分析反射线交面方程的特点，引入了反射矩阵并分析其实质意义，导出描述反射过程的最简单的反射矩阵，为反射过程基于数学运算软件的自动运算及求取多反射平面连续反射时反射线交面方程的运算提供了依据和方法。     

超声速等离子体射流的数值模拟

基于可压缩的全Naiver-Stokes方程，利用PHOENICS程序对由会聚 辐射阳极形状等离子体炬产生的超声速等离子体射流进行了数值模拟.考虑了等离子体的黏性、可压缩性以及变物性对等离子体射流特性影响.研究了超声速等离子体射流的流场结构特性以及不同环境压力对等离子体射流产生激波结构的影响.结果表明，超声速等离子体射流在喷口附近形成的周期性激波结构是其和环境气体相互作用的结果. 关键词： 等离子体炬 超声速等离子体射流 PHOENICS     

磁性Salisbury屏的高频响应

研究了利用磁性薄膜构造Salisbury屏的可能性及其在微波频段的反射率频率特性.结果表明，利用铁磁性材料在铁磁共振频率附近磁化率具有χ″>χ′的特性，可以构造出对电磁波有良好吸收性能的磁性Salisbury屏.通过对铁磁材料高频磁谱物理机理的分析后指出，具有弛豫型共振磁谱的铁磁材料可以构造出薄膜型Salisbury屏，其厚度为微米甚至亚微米量级.反射率的频率特性与磁性材料的特征阻抗z-r有关，它取决于铁磁共振频率和静态磁化率.反射率的频率响应显示磁性薄膜Salisbury屏具有较宽的吸收带宽. 关键词： 磁性Salisbury屏 反射率 频带响应 磁性薄膜     

Three Novel Eremophilanolides from Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala

From the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala, three novel eremophilane sesquiterpene lactones, 6α, 10α-dihydroxy- 1-oxoeremophila-7(11), 8(9)-dien-8, 12-olide, 613, 10α-dihydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7 (ll), 8 (9)-dien-8, 12-olide and 10α-hydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7(l 1), 8(9)-dien-8, 12-olide were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods including intensive 2D NMR techniques (COSY,HMQC, HMBC and ^1H-^1H NOESY) and HR-MS.     

Microwave Synthesis, Characterization and DNA-binding Properties of a New Cobalt（ Ⅱ ） Complex with 2,6-Bis（benzimidazol-2-yl）pyridine

A new cobalt(Ⅱ) complex with tridentate ligand 2, 6-bis (benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine has been synthesized by microwave irradiation method and characterized by elemental analysis,electrochemical and spectral methods. The binding of the complex with calf thymus DNA has also been investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectra.     

Isolation of 2-Chloro-5-methylpyridine from its Isomer 2-Chloro-3-methylpyridine by Formation of its Copper(II) Complex

2-Chloro-5-methylpyridine is an important intermediate for the preparation of biological active compounds, especially insecticides1, e.g. imidacloprid2, and is usually manufac- tured from 3-methylpyridine N-oxide. However, the manufacturing process also forms the by-products: 3-methylpyridine and its isomer 2-chloro-3-methylpyridine3. The Isoelectric Point and the Points of Zero Charge of Fe-Al-Mg Hydrotalcite-like Compounds

The relation of the isoelectric point (IEP) and the point of zero net charge (PZNC) of the hydrotalcite-like compounds was discussed. It was found that the IEP does not equal to the PZNC and the IEP is higher than the PZNC. The structural positive charges existing in the HTlc,which cause the difference between the IEP and the PZNC. The effects of the structural positive charges of the HTlc on its IEP and PZNC are the same as the specific adsorption of metal cations.     

Regioselective 1,4-trifluoromethylation of α,β-enones using ‘protect-in-situ’ methodology

In a convenient and efficient procedure, the nucleophilic 1,4-trifluoromethylation of several α,β-enones using (trifluoromethyl)trimethylsilane was achieved. The high regioselectivity of the reaction has been reached by blocking the carbonyl moiety of the electrophile with a bulky aluminum-centered Lewis acid.     

氩离子激光器输出光功率稳定度与光反馈应用

通过实验观测氩离子激光器工作电流与输出光功率及其稳定性之间的关系，采用光反馈解决了反馈工作点的设置和跟踪调解，使输出光功率稳定性得到明显提高。
