(Nd_(1-x)Er_x)_2Co_(15.5)V_(1.5)的结构转变与磁性

利用电弧熔炼制备了 (Nd1 xErx) 2 Co1 5 5V1 5(x=0— 1 0 )化合物样品 .通过x射线衍射分析和磁性测量研究了Er替代Nd2 Co1 5 5V1 5中的Nd时对化合物结构和磁性的影响 .研究结果表明 ,低Er含量 (x <0 4 ) ,化合物为Th2 Zn1 7型结构 ;高Er含量时 (x >0 5 ) ,化合物转变为Th2 Ni1 7结构 ;Er含量为x =0 4和 0 5时 ,两种结构共存 .两种结构的晶胞参数a ,c和晶胞体积V随着Er含量的增加都呈现递减的趋势 .随着Er含量的增加 ,(Nd1 xErx) 2 Co1 5 5V1 5化合物的居里温度和饱和磁化强度都单调下降 .(Nd1 xErx) 2 Co1 5 5V1 5化合物的室温各向异性由低Er含量时的易锥型转变为高Er含量时的易轴型 .x =0— 0 5的化合物在温度升高时发生自旋重取向转变 ,自旋重取向温度Tsr随Er含量的增加而减小     

多壁碳纳米管膜湿敏特性的研究

研究了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)薄膜的湿敏特性，实验所用的多壁碳纳米管是用热灯丝化学气相沉积法(CVD)合成的.分别对未修饰和修饰的多壁碳纳米管膜温度和湿度特性进行研究后发现，修饰的多壁碳纳米管对温度和湿度非常敏感，且对湿度的响应时间和恢复时间短，重复性好.而未修饰的多壁碳纳米管对温度和湿度不太敏感.对修饰多壁碳纳米管的湿敏特性进行了理论分析，给出了其理论表示式. 关键词： 多壁碳纳米管 化学修饰 湿敏特性 物理吸附     

光纤光栅选频掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器

利用相位掩模法 ,在D形内包层掺Yb3 双包层光纤一端直接写制出Bragg光栅 ,用作双包层光纤激光器的输出腔镜 .试验得到了线宽为 0 196nm ,波长为 10 5 8 2nm ,最高输出功率为 5 70mW的稳定激光输出 ,解决了激光器中模式竞争造成的输出不稳定现象 .从速率方程出发 ,对激光器的输出功率与抽运功率、光栅反射率的关系以及最佳光纤长度进行了理论分析 ,结果与实验符合很好     

硅光电二极管激光损伤阈值随激光脉宽的变化

 对飞秒激光辐照下硅光电二极管损伤阈值进行了实验测量，对从1s到60fs不同脉宽激光辐照下硅光电二极管损伤阈值进行了讨论。实验数据表明，在1s到10ns脉宽范围内损伤所需能量密度近似而非严格地与脉宽的平方根成正比。信号分析表明硅光电二极管的损伤主要由热效应造成，而60fs激光辐照下的损伤阈值为0.1J/cm2，明显偏离普通温度分布预言的趋势。     

Isolation of 2-Chloro-5-methylpyridine from its Isomer 2-Chloro-3-methylpyridine by Formation of its Copper(II) Complex

2-Chloro-5-methylpyridine is an important intermediate for the preparation of biological active compounds, especially insecticides1, e.g. imidacloprid2, and is usually manufac- tured from 3-methylpyridine N-oxide. However, the manufacturing process also forms the by-products: 3-methylpyridine and its isomer 2-chloro-3-methylpyridine3. Regioselective 1,4-trifluoromethylation of α,β-enones using ‘protect-in-situ’ methodology

In a convenient and efficient procedure, the nucleophilic 1,4-trifluoromethylation of several α,β-enones using (trifluoromethyl)trimethylsilane was achieved. The high regioselectivity of the reaction has been reached by blocking the carbonyl moiety of the electrophile with a bulky aluminum-centered Lewis acid.     

一种改进的自适应模糊阈值图象分割方法

自适应模糊阈值图象分割方法的关键和困难在于隶属函数窗宽的自动调整和阈值搜索范围的确定.依靠图象灰度的统计特性初步确定阈值搜索范围，提出了一种改进方法，进而得到隶属函数的窗宽.实验表明这种方法避免了确定图象灰度直方图峰位置的困难，对较低亮度图象分割效果良好.     

Inclusive semileptonic decays of B mesons

The probability of inclusive semileptonic decay of B mesons is calculated in the constituent-quark model. A compact formula is obtained for the differential decay width of a B meson in terms of the corresponding decay width of a free b quark and the wave function of the internal motion of the quarks in the B meson.
