Multi-component C-KdV Hierarchy of Soliton Equations and Its Multi-component Integrable Coupling System

A new simple loop algebra G M is constructed, which is devoted to establishing an isospectral problem. By making use of Tu scheme, the multi-component C-KdV hierarchy is obtained. Further, an expanding loop algebra FM of the loop algebra G M is presented. Based on FM , the multi-component integrable coupling system of the multi-component C-KdV hierarchy is worked out. The method can be used to other nonlinear evolution equations hierarchy.     

去B链羧端七肽胰岛素的制备及结晶

以去B链羧端五肽胰岛素为原料,用羧肽酶-A限制性酶解,制得了去B链羧端七肽胰岛素(DHPI).产物经Sephadex G-50纯化,并经羧端、羧端肽、氨基酸组成分析以及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶板电泳分析.证明得到了纯的DHPI.DHPI在0.05 M柠檬酸缓冲液(pH5.9—6.1,含33％丙酮及少量醋酸锌)中可以结晶,结晶是片状的.用凝胶电泳进一步纯化的DHPI经小白鼠惊厥法测定是没有活力的.     

用小电离室测量镭所放出的γ射线的剂量率

本工作研究了用石墨、胶木、铝做的不同体积的小电离室的一些性能。并利用它们测出一毫克没有白金包壳的镭所放出的γ射线在离源一厘米处的剂量率(考虑了室壁的极化考虑以后)为8.74±0.27 伦琴/小时 如用Laurrece对于不同厚度白金包壳的校正,得到当有0.5毫米白金包壳时这数值为8.15±0.27伦琴/小时这结果与前人工作在误差范围内符合得很好。

利用电子对事例对北京谱仪Ⅲ飞行时间的测量误差, 以及不同测量之间的关联因子随击中位置的变化进行了仔细的研究. 加权的飞行时间由不同的测量值及其相关的误差矩阵计算而得. 蒙特卡罗研究表明. 为北京谱仪Ⅲ开发的关联分析算法 可以正确地处理包含公有误差项的多个实验测量结果的合并, 并且能够为粒子鉴别提供可靠的飞行时间信息.     

用于短波长RT不稳定性的莫尔条纹成像技术

瑞利-泰勒(RT)不稳定性对内爆有十分不利的影响,在很多情况下,10μm左右的波长的小尺度扰动增长是最快的,这要求诊断设备的空间分辨好于几μm,但是现有的设备难以做到这一点。为了测量短波长的RT不稳定性,利用莫尔条纹技术的差拍放大作用,发展了莫尔条纹技术,并在“星光Ⅱ”装置上进行了莫尔干涉法的实验。采用两个周期相近10μm和12μm的光栅成像,获得了周期为60μm的清晰的莫尔条纹图像,图像放大了5倍。实验结果表明,莫尔条纹技术是可行的。     

基于数字图像处理方法的焦距测量技术研究

介绍了基于数字图像处理方法测量透镜焦距的玻罗板分划线快速自动甄别法。该图像处理方法鲁棒性好,采用Canny法进行分划线边缘检测。用重心法计算所有线条的重心,从重心往两边搜索线条,判断选取间隔大的刻划线对,可以提高测量精度。实验数据表明该方法的相对测量不确定度能达到8.5×10-4。为实现以数字图象处理为基础的焦距客观测量提供了一种可行的技术途径。     

Femtosecond Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy for Detection of Trace Elements in Sophora Leaves

Sophora leaves from several areas in Beijing are analysed by femtosecond laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy （femto-LIBS）. Although the used spectral detection system is not time-resolved, the spectral lines of trace mineral elements are detected and analysed. It is proven that the femto-LIBS can be an efficient method to detect mineral trace elements contained in tree leaves which is a biomonitor for atmospheric pollution assessment or botanic studies. An interesting case of correlation between trace elements detected in tree leaves and the pollution of the concerned area is presented, for the first time to our knowledge.     

Electrical Characteristics of Copper Phthalocyanine Thin-Film Transistors with Polyamide-6/Polytetrafluoroethylene Gate Insulator

Polyamide-6（PA 6）/polytetrafluoroethylene is studied as a potential gate dielectric for flexible organic thin film transistors. The same method used for the formation of organic semiconductor and gate dielectric films greatly simplifies the fabrication process of devices. The fabricated transistors show good electrical characteristics. Ambipolar behaviour is observed even when the device is operated in air.
