QuEChERS/超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定水产品中四溴双酚A与六溴环十二烷

建立了同时测定水产品中四溴双酚A(TBBPA)和六溴环十二烷(HBCD)的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法。样品前处理采用QuEChERS方法,均质生物样品用水分散后加乙腈提取,经C_(18)分散固相萃取净化。采用CORTECS~?C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×100 mm×2.7μm)分离,以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.7 mL/min。采用电喷雾离子源,在负离子模式下以多反应监测(MRM)方式检测。结果表明,TBBPA和3种HBCD单体在0.5～500μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)大于0.998,检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量下限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.04～0.16μg/kg和0.12～0.55μg/kg。在5、20、50μg/kg加标水平下的平均回收率为74.0%～121%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.20%～23%。该方法操作简单、快速、重现性好,适用于水产品中TBBPA和HBCD的快速检测。     

双核配合物[Cu2(TS)(H2O)]·CH3OH的自组装制备和晶体结构

The binuclear complex [Cu₂(TS)(H₂O)]·CH₃OH, where TS denotes the binucleating ligand derived from the schiff base N,N′-bis(3-carboxylsalidene)trimethylenediamine, was obtained from the self-decomposition of mononuclear complex Na₂CuTS·H₂O. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2₁/c. The lattice parameters are a=11.935(2)?,b=15.667(3)?,c=11.621(2)?,β=111.60(3)°,V=2020.2(7)?³, Z=4 with R=0.0467. The structure is made of binuclear units, in which two copper atoms are bridged by two phenolic oxygen atoms. The “inside”copper atom is coordinated by two nitrogens, two phenolic oxygens in a planar coordi-nation site, the copper atom deviates from the mean plane by 0.47?. The “outside” copper atom is five coordinated by two phenolic oxygen atoms、two equatorial carboxyl oxygen atoms and one axial water oxygen atom in a distorted tetragonal cone site, the copper atom is pulled out of the equatorial plane by 0.46?.     

基于国际化产科教融合实训平台的教学模式改革与实践

在分析当前省属工科院校教育以能力为导向培养目标完成实施过程中遇到国际化困难问题的基础上，以青岛大学材料学科为例，提出了基于国际化产科教融合实训平台的教学模式改革举措，并经过实践验证证实其切实可行。包括：充分整合校内外材料学科整体资源，建立了国际化的产科教深度融合实训平台，构建了高效的国际化产科教深度融合协同育人实训平台动态管理运行机制；以实训平台为依托实现师资队伍、教学内容、教学模式、科研等全方位的国际化改革；基于国际化产教研融合实训平台的教学模式改革的实践收到显著成效，对全国省属高等院校理工学科专业建设国际化改革的推广有较好的示范作用。     

马来酸酐均聚反应机理的理论研究Ⅱ: α-羟基丁二酸酐碳阴离子和碱催化下的阴离子聚合机理

用AM1方法计算了马来酸酐、氢氧根阴离子及其加成物α-羟基丁二酸酐碳阴离子的电子结构、电荷分布和键级。应用前线轨道理论和成键三原则研究了碱(NaOH)催化条件下马来酸酐均聚过程中α-羟基丁二酸酐碳阴离子活性中间体参与反应的可能性及其阴离子聚合机理。计算结果能很好地阐明实验事实。     

硝基芳环和硝基杂芳环中氢的替代亲核取代

氢的替代亲核取代反应(VNS)是与硝基芳环的亲电反应、亲核反应不同的一种新反应. 将VNS与硝基芳环的亲电反应、亲核反应做比较, 阐述了VNS的定义; 通过对竞比实验、速控步骤和动力学同位素效应的分析, 解释了VNS的反应机理; 分别从硝基芳环的结构、亲核试剂的类型和反应条件三方面讨论了影响VNS定位效应的因素; 介绍了VNS反应的应用, 尤其是VNS胺化反应在军事化学中的实际应用.     

Acridin-9-ylmethoxycarbonyl （Amoc）： A New Photochemically Removable Protecting Group for Alcohols

Synthesis and photochemistry of acridin-9-ylmethoxycarbonyl(Amoc)as a new photochemically removableprotecting group for alcohols were described.Three carbonates of alcohols 1—3 were synthesized throughcondensation of 9-hydroxymethylacridine and chloroformates of alcohols,including benzyl alcohol,phenethylalcohol and one galactose derivative.The photolysis of protected alcohols can efficiently release the correspondingalcohol in the efficiencies(Q_(u1)ε)of 100—200(quantum yield Q_(u1)=0.011—0.023,and molar absorptivity ε=9.1×10~3—9.8×10~3 mol~(-1)·L·cm~(-1))under 360 nm light.     

Polystyrene-supported Benzyl Selenide: An Efficient Reagent for Highly Stereocontrolled Synthesis of Substituted Olefins

Supramolecular assemblies from single-chain hydrocarbon fluorocarbon hybrid bolaamphiphiles

Three types of single-chain hydrocarbon fluorocarbon hybrid bolaamphiphiles were synthesized.They readily formed different kinds of organized supramolecular assemblies,including vesicles,tapes,and micellar fibers,in aqueous solution.The aggregates morphology was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) after negative staining.The superstructures of these aggregates seemed to be determined by the geometry and the head group's properties of the corresponding amphiphiles.     

中孔分子筛SO42-/Zr-MCM-41催化裂解聚丙烯反应研究

采用水热合成法制备了不同硅锆比的中孔分子筛Zr-MCM-41,用强酸性基团SO42-对其进行修饰,制得SO42-/Zr-MCM-41中孔分子筛.采用XRD、FT-IR、NH3-TPD及氮气吸附脱附等技术对其结构和酸强度进行表征.通过改变硅锆比、负载不同的酸性基团对Zr-MCM-41的酸性进行调变,并将其用于催化聚丙烯(PP)的裂解反应,结果表明S i/Zr=40的SO42-/Zr-MCM-41具有较好的催化裂解活性.另外,与热裂解以及HZSM-5和Zr-MCM-41为催化剂时PP的裂解反应结果进行了比较,结果证明SO42-/Zr-MCM-41不仅具有较高的裂解转化率,而且具有较高的液体产物收率,适宜于空间位阻较大的PP的催化裂解反应.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of rac-N,N-Dimethyl-1- ferrocenylethylamine Hydrochloride
