Regioselective Propargylation of Aldehydes with Propargyl Bromide Mediated by Sn-In in Aqueous Media under Microwave Irradiation

Tin-indium were employed in the propargylations of various aldehydes with propargyl bromide in the presence of SnCl2 and C6H5（CH3）3NBr under microwave irradiation to afford the corresponding homopropargyl alcohols exclusively in high yields. All the reactions were completed smoothly in predominantly aqueous media in 200 seconds only.     

A Zn(Ⅱ) 5-Aminoisophthalate Coordination Polymer

The title compound, [Zn(AIP)(4,4-bipy)0.5(H2O)]n·0.75nH2O 1, was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of Zn(OAc)2 with 5-aminoisophthalic acid (H2AIP) and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.672(1), b = 7.6557(4), c = 16.181(1) (A),β = 109.187(2)o, V = 1482.6(2) (A)3, Z = 1, C52H52N8O23Zn4, Mr = 1418.58, Dc = 1.589 g/cm3, F(000) = 724 and μ(MoKα) = 1.685mm-1. The final R = 0.0702 and wR = 0.1524 for 1847 observed reflections with Ⅰ ＞ 2σ(I), and R = 0.0873 and wR = 0.1664 for all data. X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the title compound has an interesting 2D microporous architecture with guest water molecules inside the channel.

基于β-环糊精接枝聚L-谷氨酸星型聚合物的可注射水凝胶的制备与表征

采用Gadelle-Defaye法制备了全-6-氨基-β-环糊精[β-CD-(NH2)7],并用"Grafting-from"接枝法得到不同分子量的星型结构β-环糊精-g-聚L-谷氨酸(β-CD-g-PLGA).对β-CD-g-PLGA进行酰肼化改性后与醛基化海藻酸钠(ALG-CHO)通过席夫碱交联反应制备β-CD-g-PLGA/ALG水凝胶.研究了前驱体浓度以及β-CD-gPLGA分子量对β-CD-g-PLGA/ALG水凝胶性能的影响,并以疏水性辛伐他汀(SIM)为模型药物,研究了水凝胶对SIM的控制释放行为.     

一种基于丹磺酰胺染料的高选择性汞(Ⅱ)离子荧光探针

对人类健康和社会环境而言,汞离子被认为是毒性最大的金属离子之一.本文设计、合成了一种新型基于丹磺酰胺染料的荧光探针,并研究了其对金属阳离子的识别性质.研究结果表明:该荧光探针在水溶液中,对汞离子具有高度的选择性和良好的灵敏度,且不受其它金属阳离子的干扰.该探针对汞离子的检测限可以达到2.1×10-8 mol/L.该探针极低的检测限和良好的水溶性表明其可用于活细胞中检测汞离子.生物成像实验证实该探针具有良好的细胞膜透性和生物相容性.

引入了广义Φ凹（-φ）凸算子这一概念,在非紧非连续条件下,得到了混合单调算子的几个新的不动点存在唯一性定理.最后给出了一个应用.

利用再生核H10空间中的样条插值算子给出了H10空间中线性泛函的最佳逼近,为讨论微分方程边值问题的数值解提供了新方法.数值算例表明了该方法的有效性.
