固相萃取-气相色谱-高分辨质谱法测定巢湖水中半挥发性有机化合物

描述了巢湖水中半挥发性有机化合物的提取、测定过程和初步结果。湖水中半挥发性有机化合物的提取采用XAD-2和XAD-4混合树脂富集，用气相色谱-高分辨质谱法测定了所萃取的有机化合物，并给出相应的分子式和结构式。春季湖水中检测到14种有机化合物。     

Preparation and Photocatalytic Characterization of Nanoporous TiO2

Nanoporous TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by use of controlled drying method with surfactants. The surface area and porous properties are dependent on the chain length of incorporated surfactant cation. The TiO2 materials prepared in the presence of surfactant molecules during the gel formation exhibit much higher photocatalytic activity than that prepared in the absence of surfactants.     

Two new triterpenoid glycosides isolated from Aesculus assamica GRIFF

Phytochemical study of the ethanol extract of the seeds of Aesculus assamica led to the isolation of two new triterpenoid saponins. The structure of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data to be 28-O-acetyl-21-O-(4-O-angeloyl)-6-deoxy-beta-glucopyranosyl-3-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl(1-2)-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl(1-4)]-beta-glucuronopyranosyl]protoaescigenin (1), and 21-O-(4-O-angeloyl)-6-deoxy-beta-glucopyranosyl-3-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl(1-2)-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl(1-4)]-beta-glucuronopyranosyl]protoaescigenin (2). Their in vitro bioactivity against plant pathogenic fungus Pyricularia oryzae and cytotoxicity against K562 and HCT-15 cell lines were evaluated.

钽离子掺杂对LiFePO4 / C物理和电化学性能的影响

采用PAM(聚丙烯酰胺)模板-溶胶凝胶法在惰性气氛下合成钽掺杂的LiFePO₄/C复合正极材料，考察了钽对目标化合物的物理和电化学性能的影响。研究结果表明，0.33C的电流下充放电时，掺杂前后第2个循环的放电容量分别为138.6 mAh·g^-1和155.5 mAh·g^-1，循环20次后容量为141 mAh·g^-1和156 mAh·g^-1。电化学交流阻抗表明，掺杂后的材料阻抗R_ct从180 Ω减小到120 Ω。振实密度比掺杂前提高0.312 g·cm^-3。

三苯基锡(Ⅳ)荒酸盐Ph3SnS2CN(C2H5)2的波谱及结构研究

合成了三苯基锡(Ⅳ)Ⅳ，Ⅳ-二乙基荒酸盐。通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。用X-射线单晶衍射测定了该化合物的晶体结构；结果表明，化合物中锡原子呈五配位畸变三角双锥构型。     

Synthesis and mesomorphic properties of n-butyl-4- [4-((4-n-alkoxyl-tetrafluorophenyl)ethynyl)benzyloxy]benzoates

A homologous series of n-butyl-4-[4-((4-n-alkoxyl-tetrafluorophenyl)ethynyl)benzyloxy]benzoates have been synthesized.Their phase transition temperatures have also measured by polarizing textural observation and confirmed by DSC.     

Parallel separations of oligonucleotides with optically gated sample introduction on multichannel microchips

With the release of the human genome sequence, there has been increasing attention given to other genetic analyses, including the detection of genetic variations and fast sequencing of multiple samples for pharmacogenomics studies. Rapid injections of samples in multiplexed separation channels by optically gated sample introduction are shown here for DNA separation. Serial separations of four amino acids are shown in less than four seconds on a microchip with four multiplexed channels. Five short oligonucleotides have also been rapidly separated in 2% LPA with four channels using this technique. In addition, multiple unique samples have been simultaneously separated and five-base resolution has been demonstrated.
