Catalytic oxidation of cyclohexene to cyclohexanone by a triple system in acidic aqueous acetonitrile medium

The catalytic oxidation of cyclohexene to cyclohexanone using Pd(OAc)2/HQ/FePc was investigated in an acidic aqueous solution of acetonitrile. The role of each component of this system in the oxidation of cyclohexene was explored by means of UV-VIS, IR, XPS spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry, respectively. Based on the experimental results, the mechanism of the oxidation of cyelohexene catalyzed by Pd(OAc)2/HQ/FePc was elucidated.

AM1半经验方法研究苯环在PEEK模型分子内的运动

本文使用ＡＭ１半经验量子化学计算研究了苯环在ＰＥＥＫ链内的运动，结果表明，不论以醚桥相连的苯环或以酮桥相连的苯环均优先取与骨架面成３０°的倾斜位置，晶态ＰＥＥＫ中苯环的取向主要是链内相互作用的结果，求得了３种可能的大幅度苯环运动及其相应的活化能，并与γ－松弛的实验结果进行了比较。     

外源Cu2+与烟草CuZnSODⅢ的相互作用

In this paper， we have studied the interaction of CuZnSODⅢ and Outer-Copper， enzyme activity experiments expressed that 0.1mmol·L^-1 Cu²⁺ addition reduced the enzyme activity sharply， but this reduced action had not been found for the additions of 0.1mmol·L^-1 1∶1 Cu²⁺ and Zn²⁺， and 0.1mmol·L^-1 Zn²⁺， respectively. This was due to the Cu²⁺ exchanged the Zn²⁺ in CuZnSODⅢ，and it was proved by the experiment of determination of metal content. Meanwhile， the static fluorescence quenching mechanism revealed the exist of molecular complex of CuZnSOD with Cu²⁺. The binding constant was obtained from lineweaver-burk and double-lg plot. The distance of active site to Trp is about 2.83nm， was calculated according to F?rster theory.     

含非线性光学活性侧基的对-[N-4-(2,2-二氰乙烯基)苯偶氮苯基-N-乙基]胺乙氧基聚苯乙烯

本文报道通过高分子反应经氰乙烯基取代偶氮苯的偶合合成了含有高二阶非线性光学活性的以二氰乙烯基为电子受体烷胺基为电子给体的苯偶氮苯发色团的聚苯乙烯的衍生物及其表征。聚合物中的发色团含量在40mol％以上,易溶于四氢呋喃、丙酮等有机溶剂而得到均匀的薄膜。     

粉煤灰磁性吸附剂的制备及磷吸附机理

通过化学沉淀法制备了CMS@La_2O_3磁性磷吸附剂。结构及磁性表征显示,氧化镧较均匀的包覆在粉煤灰磁珠表面;样品的比磁化强度达20.35 emu·g~(-1),可实现高效磁分离。利用钼酸铵分光光度法对所得磁性吸附剂的磷吸附性能进行了试验研究。研究表明,其最高磷比饱和吸附量可达19.50 mg·g~(-1),吸附时间、pH值、共存阴离子等因素对磷吸附效果均具有显著影响。吸附动力学拟合表明,CMS@La_2O_3对含磷离子的吸附符合准二级动力学方程,以化学吸附为主,磁性吸附剂对含磷离子的吸附反应过程可由La_2O_3表面羟基化-离子交换模型解释。吸附磷后的CMS@La_2O_3吸附剂经处理后可多次循环使用。     

思维导图在分析化学中的教学应用探索

Taking the chapter of "errors and data processing" in analytical chemistry as an example, the teaching design, teaching practice and teaching efficiency of mind-mapping were explored. The derivation of the new knowledge point, the relation between the new and old knowledge points, their generalization and summarization were emphasized in the design of mind-mapping; the blackboard-writing and mixed-media complemented each other in the teaching practice, the guiding function of mind-mapping was highlighted; and students' logical thinking was practiced in homework. The teaching practice and questionnaire survey show that it is necessary to introduce mind-mapping to university classroom teaching. Mind-mapping can improve students' logical thinking, increase their "learning ability" and arouse their enthusiasm. The teaching effect is satisfying.     

钠与水反应实验的再设计及多种教学运用

使用固体与多种液体连续反应制气装置,将钠表面用502胶水处理后与水反应,可以收集和检验生成的氢气。以再设计后的实验为载体,选择不同的教学时机呈现,可以使实验创新的功能得到充分发挥。     

“线上线下”结合的化学实验教学模式改革

在化学实验模块化教学改革中,存在实验课时少,实验室周转紧张,学生不能系统学习化学实验课程等问题。针对此现状,设计了“虚拟仿真实验”镶嵌在实验室实验教学中,组成了“线上线下”相结合的实验教学模式。基础知识采用线上自学,然后通过实验训练加以巩固;模块实验观看视频后进行操作训练;综合实验学生通过线上自学后申请进入实验室操作,完成整个实验教学过程。该实验教学模式不仅解决了现存问题,而且使学生有充分的独立思考空间,强烈的参与实验意识和完整实验操作技巧的训练。
