提高CG-V型光速测定仪精度的方法探究

利用CG-V型光速测定仪测量光速时,该仪器实验精度除了与频率和光程差的准确测量有关外,还由相位差的判断决定。由于仪器操作不当,产生了虚假的相移,造成误差的产生。本次实验通过对光速测定仪调节过程的细化,提出了可以提高CG-V型光速测定仪精度的调节方法——光斑定位法。     

大学物理实验中心特色化建设的探索与实践

介绍了电子科技大学物理实验中心近年来在特色化建设方面进行的探索与实践,包括课程体系的改革、教材建设、新实验建设和仪器开发、创新实践与科技成果转化实验室的建设、大学物理与大学物理实验课程的融合。     

Hawking Radiation of Charged Particles via Tunne ling from a Cylindrically Symmetric Black Hole in Anti-de Sitter Space-Time

Applying Parikh-Wilzcek‘s semi-classical quantum tunneling model, we study the Hawking radiation of charged particles as tunneling from the event horizon of a cylindrically symmetric black hole in anti-de Sitter space-time.The derived result shows that the tunneling rate of charged particles is related to the change of Bekenstein-Hawking entropy and that the radiation spectrum is not strictly pure thermal after taking the black hole background dynamical and self-gravitation interaction into account, but is consistent with the underlying unitary theory.     

RBaCo_2O_(5 δ)(Pr,Sm,Y)体系的滞弹性内耗研究

本文对双钙钛矿结构RBaCo2O5 δ(Pr,Sm,Y)化合物进行了内耗研究。随稀土元素R的不同该材料体系存在着不同的晶体结构,并导致了氧缺陷不同的驰豫行为。体系内耗谱图中呈现的一个驰豫型内耗峰被认为是由于[ROδ]层中额外氧的运动引起的。SmBaCo2O5 δ体系中在360 K附近还观察到一个相变型内耗峰,它伴随有模量的变化。     

超导Josephson结直流Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性的数值计算

为了研究超导Josephson结的性质,选用四阶龙格-库塔法对RSJ模型下单个Josephson结及其阵列以及微波辐照下Josephson结的直流Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性进行了数值计算,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较.     

Drift of Spiral Waves in Complex Ginzburg-Landau Equation

The spontaneous drift of the spiral wave in a finite domain in the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation is investigated numerically. By using the interactions between the spiral wave and its images, we propose a phenomenological theory to explain the observations.     

Scheme for Deterministic Quantum Teleportation of an Arbitrary Two-Particle State via Two EPR Pairs in Cavity QED

A deterministic teleportation scheme for an arbitrary two-particle state is proposed in cavity QED. The success probability can reach 1.0. In addition, the scheme is insensitive to both the cavity decay and the thermal field.     

AunPt-阴离子小团簇的量子化学研究

在相对论有效势(RECP)近似下,用基于密度泛函理论(B3LYP)的从头计算方法和LANL2DZ基组,系统研究了阴离子团簇AunPt-(n=1-5)g能的几何构型和电子态,确定了低能量异构体.结果表明.AunPt-团簇的剩余电子改变了中性团簇AunPt的稳定结构,这种影响随团簇体积的增大而减小.

对斜面上任意抛射的最佳抛射角和射程计算公式进行了推导.     

N掺杂对非晶C薄膜的电子结构与光学性质的影响

用直流磁控溅射法制备了非晶C薄膜及N掺杂非晶C(a-C∶N)薄膜,用紫外-可见分光光谱仪、椭圆偏振仪、俄歇电子能谱(AES)等对薄膜进行了检测。结果表明：随源气体中N气含量的增加,透过率和折射率变小, 而光学带隙先增大后减小; 当薄膜中N的含量很少,N的掺入对sp3杂化C起稳定作用,使得薄膜光学带隙E_g增大。而较高量N的掺入抑制了sp3杂化C的形成,提高了薄膜中sp2键含量,使得薄膜光学带隙变小。参数D定义为俄歇电子能谱(AES)中最大正峰和最低负峰之间的距离,用俄歇电子能谱中的D值来计算薄膜的sp2键的百分含量,俄歇电子能谱(AES)表征也表明：较高量的N的掺入抑制了sp3杂化C的形成。所以应该考虑在较低N分压条件下掺N来改善非晶C薄膜的光学性能。
