利用溶液悬浮分层提取技术获得粒度较为一致的电子俘获材料（ＥＴＭ）粉末，考虑ＥＴＭ屏空间分辨率、红外→可见发光亮度、ＥＴＭ化学稳定性和膜层均匀性等主要因素，采用不同方法制作了ＥＴＭ屏，较好地解决了ＥＴＭ膜层均匀性及器件封装后的化学稳定性等问题，并通过测试比较，提出了一种兼顾空间分辨率和红外上转换发光亮度的微镶嵌屏制作技术方案．     

杂质对KDP晶体光学质量的影响

 研究了几类可能出现在KDP晶体的生长溶液中的有机物杂质和无机阴离子杂质基团对KDP晶体散射、透过率、光损伤阈值等光学质量的影响，结果表明，不同种类的杂质的影响并不相同，造成这一结果的根本原因在于杂质离子的结构及其与晶体表面原子成键能力的不同。

细菌视紫红质近场光存储特性的研究

结合近场光学显微镜，利用菌紫质M态和基态之间的跃迁，对BR—D96N样品作了静态近场光存储特性的研究。结果表明，近场区域内细菌视紫外质在光激发前后对红光的吸收有较大差别，而且激发后无光照时会缓慢弛豫到激发前的状态，具有光致变色特性和热弛豫特性，可望作为近场光存储材料和微光学信息处理器件材料。
