高铁酸盐是绿色、无污染、高选择性和高活性的强氧化剂,其氧化性能比KMn04、O3和Cl还强,可以氧化醇类、含氮化合物、甚至烃类等有机化合物,高铁酸盐在有机物氧化合成中的应用具有很好的发展前景。本文介绍了有关高铁酸盐的制备方法、性质及有机物氧化合成方面的研究进展。  相似文献

Using expressed protein ligation, five unnatural tyrosine analogues (amino-phenylalanine, homotyrosine, 2-methyl-tyrosine, (alphaS,betaR)-beta-methyl-tyrosine, and 2,6-difluoro-tyrosine) were incorporated into Src in place of the natural tail tyrosine residue. These semisynthetic substrates were evaluated as Csk substrates or allosteric activators. It appears that the tyrosine phenol hydroxyl is unlikely to be contributing significantly to Src's ground-state binding affinity for Csk. It has been observed that stabilizing tyrosine conformers can further optimize Src's already high substrate efficiency. These latter findings contrast similar studies with synthetic peptide substrates and highlight the value of investigation of protein kinase substrate selectivity with protein substrates.  相似文献

Determination of amino acids in a complex matrix without derivatization is advantageous, however, difficulties are found in both the detection and the separation of those compounds. In this study, a rapid and reliable LC-MS-MS method for the quantitation of underivatized amino acids in exocellular media was established. Injections were made directly after centrifugation of the samples, without further preparation. The separation of seven underivatized amino acids was achieved on a reversed-phase C18 column with pentadecafluorooctanoic acid as a volatile ion-pair reagent, and the specific detection of most amino acids was achieved by MS-MS of the specific transitions [M + H]+-->[M + H - 46]+. The calibration curves of all analytes were linear over the range of 1.0-1000 microg ml(-1) and the detection limits ranged from 0.1 to 5 ng ml(-1), with an injection volume of 20 microl. The inter-day and intra-day precisions ranged from 2.6 to 5.7% and 4.8 to 8.2%, respectively; the mean recoveries of the seven analytes were 81-104%, 91-107% and 93-101% respectively at the spiked level of 10, 40 and 200 microg ml(-1). A large number of fermentation samples were analysed using this method. The technique is simple, rapid, selective and sensitive, and shows potential for the high-throughput quantitation of amino acids from other biological matrices.  相似文献

Plasticizers are widely used in thermoplastic polymers to modify their physical properties and processibility. Plasticizers as well as most of the other additives in the polymer can be qualitatively analyzed by pyrolysis-gas chromatography (Py-GC) simultaneously with the polymer composition. The key to the successful analysis of plasticizers not only requires a comprehensive understanding of commercial plasticizers but also requires knowledge of the polymer and its applications, as well as the Py-GC technique. In this study, several plasticizers in different polymeric systems were studied to demonstrate the utility of Py-GC as a good tool for the characterization of these systems. The advantages of using Py-GC for plasticizer analysis are also discussed.  相似文献
