在大型固体激光器结构稳定性设计中,使用等概率分配方法的分配值作为光学元件稳定性设计指标常常会增加结构设计的难度,造成结构建造的巨大浪费。为此,提出了基于结构有限元分析的稳定性指标重分配方法,即将同一光路中光学元件振动响应引起靶点光束的定位误差作为各自的权重系数,采用线性加权和法对稳定性指标进行重新分配。稳定性指标重分配后,所得到的同一光路中各光学元件的安全系数相等。利用此方法对某大型固体激光装置主机装置靶区一条光路中光学元件的稳定性指标进行了重分配,得到每条光路上光学元件稳定性的安全系数均为1.229,满足结构稳定性设计要求。 相似文献

Facet‐dependent on‐surface reactions are systematically studied on zinc‐blende CdSe nanoplatelets with atomically‐flat {001} basal facets and small yet non‐polar side facets. The on‐surface half‐reactions between the surface Se sites and Cd carboxylates in the solution are qualitatively equivalent to those on the spheroidal counterparts. Conversely, the on‐surface half‐reactions between the surface Cd sites and the activated Se precursors in solution show a strong facet‐dependence, which includes three distinguishable stages. In the first stage, the Se precursors adsorb onto the small and non‐polar side facets of the nanoplatelets. The second stage is initiated by the adsorbed Se precursors at the side‐basal plane edges and proceeds from the edges to the center of the basal planes in quasi‐zeroth‐order kinetics. In the third stage, the nanoplatelets are dismantled, which includes the creation of a hole in the middle and a build‐up of thick edges. 相似文献

Surface plasmons show tremendous capability in integrated communication, quantum computing and sensing. Excitations and manipulations of surface plasmons are essential in developing integrated photonic devices. Here, a systematic study of tunable emission of surface plasmons with an eightfold quasicrystal metasurface, which acts as an on‐chip source, is presented. It is shown that the quasicrystal structure can switch on or off the surface plasmons propagation channels in the desired direction. Meanwhile, such a quasicrystal structure can be polarization‐dependent or polarization‐independent based on different constituent slit pairs. The proposed quasicrystal design provides more freedom for steering surface plasmons in the launching process. Thus, it may significantly simplify the design and fabrication of integrated plasmonic devices. 相似文献

Among the currently used immunoassay techniques, sandwich ELISA exhibits higher specificity, lower cross-reactivity, and a wider working range compared to the corresponding competitive assays. However, it is difficult to obtain a pair of antibodies that can simultaneously bind to two epitopes of a molecule with a molecular weight of less than 1000 Da. Naringin (Nar) is a flavonoid with a molecular mass of 580 Da. The main aim of this study was to develop a sandwich ELISA for detecting Nar. Two hybridomas secreting anti-Nar monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) were produced by fusing splenocytes from a mouse immunised against Nar-bovine serum albumin (BSA) conjugated with a hypoxanthine–aminopterin–thymidine (HAT)-sensitive mouse myeloma cell line; a sandwich ELISA for detecting Nar was developed using these two well-characterised anti-Nar mAbs. The performance of the sandwich assay was further evaluated by limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), recovery, and interference analyses. A dose-response curve to Nar was obtained with an LOD of 6.78 ng mL−1 and an LOQ of 13.47 ng mL−1. The inter-assay and intra-assay coefficients of variation were 4.32% and 7.48%, respectively. The recovery rate of Nar from concentrated Fructus aurantii granules was 83.63%. A high correlation was obtained between HPLC and sandwich ELISA. These results demonstrate that the sandwich ELISA method has higher specificity for Nar than indirect competitive ELISA. 相似文献

In this paper, based on the theory of elastodynamics, the multiple scattering of elastic waves and dynamic stress in multiparticle reinforced composites is investigated, and the analytical solution of this problem is obtained. By using the wave function expansion method, the expressions of total wave fields in each medium are presented. The addition theorem of spherical Bessel functions is employed to accomplish the translation for different local coordinate systems. According to the continuous boundary conditions around the particles, the expanded mode coefficients are determined. As an example, the variation of dynamic stress concentration factors at the interface between the particles and the matrix under different parameters is analyzed. It can be seen from the results that when the incident frequency is different, the effect of the distance between the centers of the particles on the dynamic stress varies greatly. Only when the distance is greater than a certain number can its effect be ignored. When the distance is fixed, the effect of material properties on dynamic stress is also examined. 相似文献
