Cyclization reactions of group 6 Fischer carbene complexes with cyclopentanone and cyclohexanone enamines are described. Enamine 3a undergoes thermal alpha,beta,beta'-annulation with alkenylcarbene complexes 1 and 2 (THF, 60 degrees C), affording semibullvalenes 5. The metalate intermediates 6, resulting from beta,beta'-annulation of the enamines 3a and 4a, were quantitatively formed by running the reaction in hexane at room temperature. Acid-promoted demetalation of 6 afforded endo-2-bicyclo[3.2.1]octen-8-ones 7 and endo/exo-2-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonen-9-ones 8 (endo/exo = 5:1). Using (S)-methoxymethylpyrrolidine-derived enamines 3b and 4b,c allowed highly enantioenriched cycloadducts endo-(+)-7 as well as endo-(-)-8 and exo-(-)-8 to be accessed. The non-heteroatom-stabilized carbene complex 10 was formed from complex 6 by Me(3)SiOTf-promoted elimination of the methoxy group, characterized by (13)C NMR, and transformed into the organic compounds 7, 7-d, and 11 as well as into bicyclo[3.2.1]octan-2,8-diones 14 and cycloheptanones 15. On the basis of this sequence, enantioenriched cycloheptanones (+)-15 were efficiently prepared in one pot from carbene complexes 2 and enamine 3b (51-55% yield, 91-96% ee). Extension of this work to simple Fischer carbene complexes 16 allowed an appropriate way to generate the nonstabilized pentacarbonyl[(phenyl(alkyl)carbene]tungsten complex 17 to be designed, for which the thermal and chemical behavior leading to compounds 18-21 is described.  相似文献

The three title compounds, namely 4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazolium hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tris­(4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)­tetra­copper(II) monohydrate, (C9H9N2)[Cu4Cl7O(C9H8N2)3]·H2O, hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tetra­kis­(pyridine N‐oxide‐κO)tetra­copper(II), [Cu4Cl6O(C5H5NO)4], and hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐tetra­kis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)‐μ4‐oxo‐tetra­copper(II) methanol trisolvate, [Cu4Cl6O(C4H6N2)4]·3CH4O, exhibit the same Cu4OCl6 framework, where the O atom at the centre of an almost regular tetra­hedron bridges four copper cations at the corners. This group is in turn surrounded by a Cl6 octa­hedron, leading to a rather globular species. This special arrangement of the CuII cations results in a diversity of magnetic behaviours.  相似文献

Phytochemical study of the ethanol extract of the seeds of Aesculus assamica led to the isolation of two new triterpenoid saponins. The structure of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data to be 28-O-acetyl-21-O-(4-O-angeloyl)-6-deoxy-beta-glucopyranosyl-3-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl(1-2)-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl(1-4)]-beta-glucuronopyranosyl]protoaescigenin (1), and 21-O-(4-O-angeloyl)-6-deoxy-beta-glucopyranosyl-3-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl(1-2)-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl(1-4)]-beta-glucuronopyranosyl]protoaescigenin (2). Their in vitro bioactivity against plant pathogenic fungus Pyricularia oryzae and cytotoxicity against K562 and HCT-15 cell lines were evaluated.  相似文献

A new synthesis of the pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine system from pyrrole is described. In light of the ab initio calculations carried out on this heterocyclic system some of its basic chemistry was investigated and included electrophilic substitution, addition of organolithium reagents, metalation with lithium diisopropylamide and subsequent reaction with electrophiles, and formation of salts by quaternization of the nonbridgehead nitrogen. N-ylides obtained from these salts undergo 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition with suitable dipolarophiles to give dipyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazines, pyrazolo[1,5-a]-pyrrolo[2,1-c]pyrazines, and heterobetaines. Examples of intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions are also reported.  相似文献

The reaction of dehydrobromination of 2-(p-nitrophenyl)ethyl bromide with hydroxide ions has been studied in aqueous micellar solutions of N-tetradecyl-N,N-dimethyl-3-ammonio-1-propanesulfonate, SB3-14. The kinetic effects of added salts (NaF, NaCl, NaBr, and NaNO(3)) on the reaction rate in SB3-14 aqueous micellar solutions have also been studied. They were rationalized by considering the binding of the anions, which come from the salt, to the sulfobetaine micelles and their competition with the reactive hydroxide ions for the micellar surface. The equilibrium binding constant of the 2-(p-nitrophenyl)ethyl bromide to the sulfobetaine micelles was estimated by recording the changes in the spectra of the organic substrate when the SB3-14 concentration in the micellar medium changed. This value was in agreement with that obtained from fitting of kinetic data. The second-order rate constant in the micellar pseudophase revealed that the reaction is faster in SB3-14 micelles than in water. This acceleration seems independent of the presence of added salts and can be explained by considering that SB3-14 micelles favor reactions in which charge is delocalized in the transition state. Two 1,4‐diamine ligands were synthesized having 1,2‐bis(aminomethyl)‐cyclohexane and 1,2‐bis(aminomethyl)‐benzene structures. The two ligands have different electron density in the six‐membered ring: a cyclohexane versus a phenyl ring. The organic synthesis of the ligands was carried out by synthetic pathways of seven and four steps, respectively, starting from 1,2,3,6‐tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and diethyl phthalate. The coordination of platinum to these ligands afforded platinum(II) complexes which are analogue to the clinical drug cisplatin but form a seven‐membered chelate ring. The interaction of the platinum compounds with DNA was studied in order to know the relationship between the electron density of ligands and their capability to chelate DNA, by using three techniques: Circular Dichroism, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis and Atomic Force Microscopy. The degree of interaction of both compounds with DNA was slightly different, but both complexes showed a cisplatin‐like behaviour and are promising candidates to follow an extensive study of their cytotoxic activity.  相似文献
