A modified program for computation of formation constants of synergetic extraction complexes with two-phase titrations by using the Marquardt-Fletcher algorithm

A modified computer program SCTPT for the computation of formation constants of extraction complexes with two-phase pH titration data by using the Marquardt-Fletcher algorithm is described. It can be used to deal with extraction systems which consist of a metal, an acidic extractant and a neutral synergistic reagent with no need of new subroutine. It has been applied successfully to the Pb-PMBP(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5)-TBP (tributyl phosphate) system. The results obtained are in agreement with those published in the literature.

人工神经网络方法预测气相色谱保留值

本文运用一典型的人工神经网络模型－“反向传播“模型的改进形式，研究了诱导效应指数Ｉ，摩尔折射度Ｒｏ，疏水亲脂参数ＩｇＰ，以及分子联通性指数与气象色谱保留行为的关系，实现了对色谱保留植的预测。神经网络预测模型的最大相对误差不超过８．７％。结果表明，该方法性能良好，可望成为色谱保留值预测的有效手段。     

二维网状铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及晶体结构表征

A Cu(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(L)_1.5(OSO₃)]·3H₂O (1) [L=1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)benzene] was synthesized by reaction of ligand L with CuSO₄·5H₂O using solvothermal method and its structure was determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.948 8(2), b=1.078 5(2), c=1.108 4(2) nm, α=74.820(2), β=81.331(2), γ=72.638(2)°, V=1.041 5(3) nm³, Z=2, D_calc=1.687 g·cm^-3, F(000)=544, μ=1.205 cm^-1, the final R=0.062 3 and wR=0.132 8. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom has distorted square-pyramidal environment with a N₃O₂ donor set. Each L ligand links two Cu(Ⅱ) atoms using its imidazole groups to form an infinite one-dimensional (1D) ladder-like chain, which further linked by SO₄^2- to form a two-dimensional (2D) network structure. The 2D sheets are further connected by C-H…O hydrogen bonds to give a three-dimensional (3D) structure. CCDC: 650388.     

REDUCTION OF C=C DOUBLE BOND WITH BOROHYDRIDE EXCHANGE RESIN-TRANSITION METAL COMPOUND SYSTEMS

MALDI－TOF－MS法分析人血清白蛋白

用基质辅助激光解吸附飞行时间质谱（ＭＡＬＤＩ－ＴＯＦ－ＭＳ）法分析测定了人血清白蛋白。结果表明，全军血液制品研究中心应用Ｒｉｖａｎｏｌ和Ｃｏｈｎ＇ｓ两种方法分离提取的人血清白蛋白，其分子量与理论计算值相吻合，其纯度与市售标准人血清白蛋白相一致，用ＭＡＬＤＩ－ＴＯＦ－ＭＳ法分析鉴定人血清白蛋白，准确、简便和灵敏（仅需ＰＭ浓度样品），且重复性好，日内和日间差的变异系数均小于０．０３％，是ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ电泳法所无法比拟的。     

多孔硅的电化学制备

单晶硅在氢氟酸溶液中阳极氧化可制得多孔硅, 多孔硅是一种以新形态存在的硅, 与单晶硅相比, 它表现出独特的物理性质和化学活性。荧光光谱峰的蓝移表明, 在p-型低掺杂衬底硅上形成的多孔硅中存在量子尺寸效应, 新近获得的Raman光谱也证实了这一点。
