Time-harmonic solution of Lamb wave scattering in a plane-strain waveguide with irregular thickness is investigated based on stair-step discretization and stepwise mode matching. The transfer relations of the transmission matrices and reflection matrices are derived in both directions of the waveguide. With these, an explicit expression of the scattering matrix is derived. When the scattering region of an inner irregular defect is geometrically divided into several parts composed of sub-waveguides with variable thicknesses and void regions with vertical free edges corresponding to the plate surfaces, the scattering matrix of the whole region could then be derived by modal matching along the artificial boundaries, as explicit functions of all the scattering matrices of the sub-waveguides and reflection matrices of the free edges. The effectiveness of the formulation is examined by numerical examples; the calculated scattering coefficients are in good accordance with those obtained from numerical simulation models. 相似文献

Based on Arnold transform and discrete fractional angular transform, a double image encryption algorithm is designed. Two original images are regarded as the amplitude and phase of a complex function. Arnold transform is introduced for scrambling the pixels at a local area of the complex function. Subsequently the changed complex function is converted by discrete fractional angular transform. The operations mentioned will be performed many times. The amplitude of final output complex function is the encrypted image and its phase is regarded as the key of encryption algorithm. The parameters of the two transforms serve as the additional keys for enhancing the security. Some numerical simulations have been done to validate the performance of this encryption scheme. 相似文献

A displacement measurement technology based on joint fractional Fourier transform is firstly proposed. Contrast to conventional displacement measurement based on joint Fourier transform correlator, the position of cross correlation peak in the proposed technology could be fixed arbitrarily according to the order of fractional Fourier transform. Based on a recursive Green's function method, we investigate the conductance of mesoscopic graphene rings in the presence of disorder, in the limit of phase coherent transport. Two models of disorder are considered: edge disorder and surface disorder. Our simulations show that the conductance decreases exponentially with the edge disorder and the surface disorder. In the presence of flux, a clear Aharonov-Bohm conductance oscillation with the period Φ0 (Φ0=h/e) is observed. The edge disorder and the surface disorder have no effect on the period of AB oscillation. The amplitudes of AB oscillations vary with gate voltage and flux, which is consistent with the previous results. Additionally, ballistic rectification and negative differential resistance are observed in I-V curves, with on/off characteristic. 相似文献

The structural stability and the elastic properties of a novel structure of lead titanate,which is named preperovskite PbTiO3 (PP-PTO) and is constructed with TiO6 octahedral columns arranged in a one-dimensional manner,are investigated by using first-principles calculations.PP-PTO is energetically unstable compared with conventional perovskite phases,however it is mechanically stable.The equilibrium transition pressures for changing from preperovskite to cubic and tetragonal phases are 0.5 GPa and 1.4 GPa,respectively,with first-order characteristics.Further,the differences in elastic properties between pre-perovskite and conventional perovskite phases are discussed for the covalent bonding network,which shows a highly anisotropic character in PP-PTO.This study provides a crucial insight into the structural stabilities of PP-PTO and conventional perovskite. 相似文献

A multi-hole vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser(VCSEL) operating in stable single mode with a low threshold current was produced by introducing multi-leaf scallop holes on the top distributed Bragg-reflector of an oxidationconfined 850 nm VCSEL.The single-mode output power of 2.6 mW,threshold current of 0.6 mA,full width of half maximum lasing spectrum of less than 0.1 nm,side mode suppression ratio of 28.4 dB,and far-field divergence angle of about 10 are obtained.The effects of different hole depths on the optical characteristics are simulated and analysed,including far-field divergence,spectrum and lateral cavity mode.The single-mode performance of this multi-hole device is attributed to the large radiation loss from the inter-hole spacing and the scattering loss at the bottom of the holes,particularly for higher order modes. 相似文献

分析用于非结构网格的弹簧比拟和用于结构网格的无限插值动态网格方法在实际应用中的优缺点,提出无需网格连接关系的基于径向基函数(radial basis functions,RBF)插值的动网格技术并编制相应的网格运动计算程序.以二维菱形翼的旋转运动及三维菱形翼的柔性变形为例,分析不同基函数和紧支半径的选取对网格质量及计算效率的影响,并通过与弹簧比拟方法的对比验证了RBF方法的有效性.结果表明:RBF方法数据结构简单,计算效率高,适应大变形能力强,可以有效地实现计算流体力学中的网格运动问题. 相似文献
