La2BaZnO5:Eu3+ (0.05 mol%) was prepared by a solid-state reaction at high temperature. X-ray powder diffraction analysis confirmed the formation of single phase La2BaZnO5. Luminescence properties of La2BaZnO5:Eu3+ are investigated by site-selective laser-excitation and emission spectroscopy at 18 K. Two different crystallographic sites for Eu3+ corresponding to the La3+ and Ba2+ sites are identified from the 7F0→5D0 excitation spectra obtained by monitoring the 5D0→7FJ (J=1, 2, …, 6) emissions. It is found that Eu3+ substituted for the Ba2+ ion experiences stronger crystal-field strength than Eu3+ substituted for the La3+ ion. Energy transfer between the two crystallographic Eu3+ centers is investigated by luminescence decay curves at 18 K. 相似文献

An innovative fabrication technique for the nanometer-sized SiGe/Si heterostructure was developed in this study. Ge was induced
in Si substrate by two-step ion implantation. The spherical SiGe nanoclusters are self-assembled in the Si substrate by subsequent
rapid thermal annealing at 1,100 °C. The diameter of the spherical SiGe nanoclusters is 5–7 nm. Visible photoluminescence
from this nanometer-sized SiGe/Si heterostructure at room temperature was investigated. We found three peak energies of visible
luminescence spectra at 1.97, 2.13, and 2.16 eV, respectively. The luminescence intensity depends on the number of the nanoclusters
and will be decreased because of the micro-defects around the heterostructure, which is discussed in detail. 相似文献

The hysteretic and reversible resistive-switching effect was observed in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 films at room temperature. The resistive switching was found to be most obvious in films fabricated at 30 Pa oxygen pressure,
and more distinct in films fabricated on SrTiO3 substrates than those fabricated on LaAlO3 substrates. Moreover, La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 films fabricated at a certain oxygen pressure with indium electrodes showed double ‘8’ type current-voltage loops. Some of
the results are explained by considering the influence of the interface effect, electrodes and oxygen vacancies, but the mechanism

We divide the cross-section for a meson-meson reaction into three parts. The first part is for the quark-interchange process,
the second for quark-antiquark annihilation processes and the third for resonant processes. Master rate equations are established
to yield time dependence of fugacities of pions, rhos, kaons and vector kaons. The equations include cross-sections for inelastic
scattering of pions, rhos, kaons and vector kaons. Cross-sections for quark-interchange-induced reactions, that were obtained
in a potential model, are parametrized for convenient use. The number densities of π and ρ (K and K
* are altered by quark-interchange processes in equal magnitudes but opposite signs. The master rate equations combined with
the hydrodynamic equations for longitudinal and transverse expansion are solved with many sets of initial meson fugacities.
Quark-interchange processes are shown to be important in the contribution of the inelastic meson-meson scattering to the evolution

We describe the fabrication of microfluidic channel structures on the surface of a borosilicate glass slide by femtosecond laser direct writing for optical waveguide application. Liquid with a variable refractive index is fed into the microchannel, serving as the core of the waveguide. Martin expression about the quantum defect of single-valence atoms is extended to many-valence atoms by identifying the weakest bound electron (WBE) under the weakest bound electron potential model(WBEPM) theory. Six Rydberg series energy levels of 2p6np2P°1/2 (n ≥ 3), 2p6np2P°3/2 (n ≥ 3), 2p6nd2D3/2(n ≥ 3), 2p6nd2D5/2 (n ≥ 3), 2p6nf2F°5/2 (n≥4), and 2p6nf2F°7/2 (n ≥ 4) for Ni ⅩⅧ are calculated by this method. In order to well understand the growth mechanism of the diverse morphology of the ZnO nanostructures, in situ analysis of
the formation of different ZnO nanostructures, such as nanowires, nanocombs, and nanosheets, has been conducted in an environmental
scanning electron microscope (ESEM). It is found that both nanocombs and nanosheets grew in two-stage heating processes on
parent nanowires. The difference is that the nanocombs were synthesized in extremely high pressure of zinc vapor via a self-catalyzed
vapor-liquid-solid process, while the ZnO nanosheets were grown in relatively low pressure of zinc vapor. All the growth processes
were revealed in real time imaging. It is demonstrated that the change in the growth environments can influence the thickness
of the ZnO polycrystalline surface of the zinc powder, which alters the pressure of the zinc vapor and in turn determines

Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on the blend of two blue luminescent materials N,N′-bis(1-naphthyl)-N,N′-diphenyl-1,1′-diphenyl-4,4′-diamine (NPB) and 2-(4-biphenylyl)-5(4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (PBD) were fabricated. The electroluminescence (EL) spectra of this device showed a new emission that is different from their intrinsic exciton emission. Compared with the photoluminescence (PL) spectra of single layer NPB and PBD, respectively, there was an apparent red shift in that of their blend. Thus the exciplex formation in the blend can be concluded due to the similar emission in both PL and EL spectra. An attempt is made in this study to estimate the noise level present in a chaotic time series. This is achieved by employing a linear least-squares method that is based on the correlation integral form obtained by Diks in 1999. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated using five artificial chaotic time series, the Henon map, the Lorenz equation, the Duffing equation, the Rossler equation and the Chua's circuit whose dynamical characteristics are known a priori. Different levels of noise are added to the artificial chaotic time series and the estimated results indicate good performance of the proposed method. Finally, the proposed method is applied to estimate the noise level present in some real world data sets. 相似文献
