Molecular dynamics study of orientational order and rotational melting in clusters of TeF6

Molecular dynamics simulations of the behavior of molecules in crystalline clusters of TeF₆ were carried out on systems of 100, 150, 250, and 350 molecules. Several diagnostic functions were applied to investigate whether rotational melting occurred before translational melting. These functions included the coefficient of rotational diffusionD _θ(T), the “orientational Lindemann index” δ_θ(T), the “orientational angular distribution function”Q(θ,T), and the “orientational pair-correlation function”g _θ(r, T). All indicators implied that rotational melting occurred before translational melting, that it began with the outermost molecules, and that its onset for smaller clusters was at lower temperatures than for larger clusters. Results also showed that the rotational transition coincided with the transition from a lower symmetry phase (monoclinic) to cubic, a phenomenon that had been noted by others to occur with some regularity for systems of globular molecules.     

Ni-SDC固体氧化物燃料电池阳极的合成和性质

采用柠檬酸-硝酸盐溶胶-凝胶低温自蔓延燃烧法制备氧化镍（NiO）粉末和Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9（SDC）粉末，并将NiO与SDC按不同质量比和不同制备工艺制备了固体氧化物燃料电池（SOFC）的阳极前身。再用自组装的还原装置将其在820℃经2．5h还原后，采用四端子法测量其电导率值。分析了阳极片电导率与阳极片微结构、Ni的质量百分数、混合研磨时间及烧结温度之间的关系。结果显示，阳极片的电导率强烈依赖于镍含量和制备工艺。     

Spectroscopic characterization of effective components anthraquinones in Chinese medicinal herbs binding with serum albumins

The interactions of serum albumins such as human serum albumin (HSA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) with emodin, rhein, aloe-emodin and aloin were assessed employing fluorescence quenching and absorption spectroscopic techniques. The results obtained revealed that there are relatively strong binding affinity for the four anthraquinones with HSA and BSA and the binding constants for the interactions of anthraquinones with HSA or BSA at 20 degrees C were obtained. Anthraquinone-albumin interactions were studied at different temperatures and in the presence of some metal ions. And the competition binding of anthraquinones with serum albumins was also discussed. The Stern-Volmer curves suggested that the quenching occurring in the reactions was the static quenching process. The binding distances and transfer efficiencies for each binding reactions were calculated according to the F?ster theory of non-radiation energy transfer. Using thermodynamic equations, the main action forces of these reactions were also obtained. The reasons of the different binding affinities for different anthraquinone-albumin reactions were probed from the point of view of molecular structures.

Propane oxidation over Pd/LaFe0.8Co0.2O3 catalyst

Pd/LaFe_0.8Co_0.2O₃ was found to be more active than the Pd/Al₂O₃ catalyst in propane oxidation. Activity and the oxidation state of palladium were strongly affected by the redox ratio (S) of reactants. Higher propane conversion could be obtained under rich conditions at higher temperatures, contributing to steam reforming. The presence of excess steam would bring about inhibition and oscillation.     

拓扑指数法研究显色剂结构与反应性能关系

合成了十五种希土氯化物与α－羟基异丁酸配合物。对配合物的物化性质进行了表征，测定了Ｌａ（ＨＩＢ）２．Ｃｌ．２Ｈ２Ｏ的晶体结构，配合物属单斜晶系，Ｃ２／Ｃ空间群，晶胞参数：ａ＝９．００７（５）；ｂ＝８．７００（３）；ｃ＝１９．７７０（５）ａ；β＝９６μο（３）°；Ｚ＝４。合成的十五种配合物均具有较强的抑菌能力。     

杯芳烃的配位化学──Ⅳ.对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃与钙、镉配合物的合成与表征

本文合成了对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃(H₈L)与钙、镉的固体配合物。并以元素分析、核磁共振、热谱、红外谱、紫外谱等进行表征。其配合物的组成分别为Ca(H₆L)·6dmf及Cd(H₆L)·6dmf.     

反相高效液相色谱法半制备分离[T(4-MOP)PS4]卟啉的研究

本文研究了新水溶性５，１０，１５，２０－四（４－甲氧基－３－磺酸苯基）卟啉［Ｔ（４－ＭＯＰ）ＰＳ４］的反相高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）分离条件。采用ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＰＲＥＰ－ＯＤＳ半制备色谱柱，用含有１０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ四乙基碘化铵的乙腈－水（体积比２５：７５）为流动相，流速１８ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，于４１８ｎｍ波长下检测。［Ｔ（４－ＭＯＰ）ＰＳ４］与合成中生成的杂质组分完全分离。经此制备的卟啉纯度高，已成功地应用于自来水样中微量钴、锌、铜离子的ＨＰＬＣ测定中。
