Bi12TiO20纳米粉体的制备及其光吸收特性研究

以钛酸四丁酯和硝酸铋为原料 ,利用化学溶液分解法制备了Bi12 TiO2 0 纳米多晶粉体 .采用XRD和TEM对其结构和形貌进行了表征 .结合热重 差热 (TG DTA)分析 ,探讨了Bi12 TiO2 0 晶相的形成机理 .通过UV Vis漫反射谱的测定 ,研究了Bi12 TiO2 0 纳米晶粉体的光吸收特性 .结果显示 ,从组成为化学计量比的前驱液中可以很容易制得纯Bi12 TiO2 0 纳米晶粉体 ,该Bi12 TiO2 0 纳米晶粉体呈现了在很宽的波长范围内 (5 6 0～ 385nm )对光的吸收的特性 .     

Optical characterization of bromo-alkoxyl-substituted copper phthalocyanine derivative thin films

A series of thin films of copper phthalocyanine derivatives with bromine and alkoxyl substituents [CuPc(OC₈H₁₇)₄Br_m, m=0,1,2,4] were prepared on single-crystal silicon substrates by spin coating. The ellipsometric spectra of the films have been studied on a rotating analyzer–polarizer type of scanning ellipsometer. The optical, dielectric constants and absorption coefficients of the films in 500–800 nm wavelength region were obtained. The results show that the complex refractive index, dielectric constants and absorption coefficient of these thin films are influenced regularly by bromine substituent on conjugated macrocycle. It was found that there are approximately linear relationships between the resonance absorption wavelengths of the films and the average number of bromine atoms substituted on the phthalocyanine ring.     

Synthesis and characterization of white‐light‐emitting polyfluorenes containing orange phosphorescent moieties in the side chain

Two orange phosphorescent iridium complex monomers, 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium (III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐phenylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐PIr) and 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium(III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐methylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐MIr), were successfully synthesized. The Suzuki polycondensation of 2,7‐bis(trimethylene boronate)‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene with 2,7‐dibromo‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene and Br‐PIr or Br‐MIr afforded two series of copolymers, PIrPFs and MIrPFs, in good yields, in which the concentrations of the phosphorescent moieties were kept small (0.5–3 mol % feed ratio) to realize incomplete energy transfer. The photoluminescence (PL) of the copolymers showed blue‐ and orange‐emission peaks. A white‐light‐emitting diode with a configuration of indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)/PIr05PF (0.5 mol % feed ratio of Br‐PIr)/Ca/Al exhibited a luminous efficiency of 4.49 cd/A and a power efficiency of 2.35 lm/W at 6.0 V with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.46, 0.33). The CIE coordinates were improved to (0.34, 0.33) when copolymer MIr10PF (1.0 mol % feed ratio of Br‐MIr) was employed as the white‐emissive layer. The strong orange emission in the electroluminescence spectra in comparison with PL for these kinds of polymers was attributed to the additional contribution of charge trapping in the phosphorescent dopants. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 提出了切伦科夫相关时间测量(CCT)中初始粒子在辐射体里产生的δ电子的干扰问题,以及降低干扰的方法. 通过模拟计算给出了北京τ-C工厂探测器初步设计中CCT的π/K分辨本领.     

腔靶等离子体辐射温度空间分布测量

本文描述了用膜吸收法测量激光等离子体辐射温度空间分布的原理和方法给出了柱形缝靶轴向辐射温度随空间位置变化的特征,对测量结果进行了分析讨论。     

生物小分子与铜锌超氧化物歧化酶相互作用的波谱学研究及其应用

本工作以ESR和NMR为主要手段,并结合其它生化方法,考察了氨基酸、核酸碱基、糖等生命基本物质,和抗坏血酸等生命必需物质与钢锌超氧化物歧化酶的相互作用,实验观测到氨基酸、核酸碱基和抗坏血酸在水溶液中可以与酶中的Cu²⁺作用而使其脱离活性部位,以小分子络合物形式游离在溶液中,同时使酶失活,脱离活性部位的Cu²⁺的比例和酶的失活程度取决于小分子配体的加入量及其与Cu²⁺的络合能力。此外,首次尝试使用ESR方法,并借助氨基酸与酶的作用,考察了铜锌超氧化物歧化酶在盐酸胍变性和热变性过程中的构象变化行为,结果表明这一方法是直观而有效的。     

Spherical harmonic representation of the gravitational coupling between a truncated sector of a hollow cylinder and an arbitrary gravitational source: Relevance to the STEP experiment

The gravitational interaction between grooves machined in a hollow cylindrical mass of uniform density, and an external point mass, is derived in terms of the Associated Legendre functions, and the parametric form of the coupling coefficients is presented. The cross-sections of the grooves, which are regularly spaced in azimuth, are in the form of truncated sectors of the cylinder's end-faces. This theory is applied to the test-masses for the Satellite Test of the Equivalence Principle (STEP) experiment, for which four grooves have been assumed, and an expression for the axialforce is derived which is more than 10⁴ times faster to compute than a Monte-Carlo integration of similar accuracy. Following this analysis it is suggested that the STEP test-masses should carry at least 6 grooves. This theory has wider application to gravitational problems involving general sectored cylindrical bodies.

用漫反射红外光谱和光声红外光谱研究了金属羰基化合物（ＣｐＦｅ（ＣＯ）２）２Ｃｐ＝η＾５－Ｃ５Ｈ５与酸性，中性和碱性Ａｌ２Ｏ３及ＴｉＯ２的相互作用，结果表明，在Ａｌ２Ｏ３表面生成的洗生物种类及浓度与Ａｌ２Ｏ３的酸碱度明显相关，在酸性Ａｌ２Ｏ３表面，主要存在衍生物（ＣｐＦｅ（ＣＯ）２Ｆｅ－Ｈ－Ｆｅ（ＣＯ２Ｃｐ）＾＋及少量的ＣｐＦｅ（ＣＯ）２（－Ｏ－）；在中性Ａｌ２Ｏ３表面存在的ＣｐＦｅ（ＣＯ）２（－Ｏ     

用激活性非线性介质Nd：MgO：LiNbO3产生二次谐波

以Nd:MgO:LiNbO_3同时兼作激活介质和非线性光学材料,研究自倍频激光器。用小型氙灯泵浦,在室温下获得二次谐波激光(0.547μm) 阈值小于4.8'J,最大输出400μJ/shot,工作温度范围大于20℃～45℃,无光损伤。
