A New and Efficient Synthetic Method and Antibacterial Activities of Oxazolidinone Analogues

A series of novel oxazolidinone analogues were prepared by a new and efficient synthetic method and their antibacterial activities were determined. These compounds wer echaracterized by LC-MS and ^1H NMR.     

Synthesis of the Biomimetic Polymer： Aliphatic Diamine and RGDS Modified Poly（d,l-lactic acid）

A novel poly（d, /-lactic acid） （PDLLA） based biomimetic polymer was synthesized by grafting maleic anhydride, butanediamine and arg-gly-asp-ser （RGDS） peptides onto the backbone of PDLLA, aiming to overcome the acidity and auto-accelerating degradation of PDLLA during degradation and to improve its biospecificity and biocompatibility. The synthetic copolymer was characterized by FTIR, ^13C NMR and amino acid analyzer （AAA）.     

Diterpene derivative and chromone from Hypericum perforatum

A novel diterpene derivative, 5-methyl-5-(4,8,12-trimethyl-tridecyl)-dihydro-furan-2-one (1) and a new chromone, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-3-methyl-chromen-4-one (2), along with a known compound, phytol (3) have been isolated from the aerial parts of Hypericum perforatum. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with published values.     

Studies on the Total Synthesis of Hainanolide (VII) - Analysis of the Relative Stereochemistry of key Intermediate 2

The natural product, hainanolide 1, also under the name harringtonolide2 demonstrated antitumor and antiviral activities in preliminary test. Its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The total synthesis of 1 was reported recently by Mander3. A different scheme of its synthesis has been studied in our laboratory4. Here the determination of the stereochemical structure of the key intermediate 2 in the synthesis was reported. HMBC and HMQC spectra identified the skeleton and H,…     

病态分析体系有偏估计的研究

运用广义岭估计和Ｌｉｕｋｅｊｉａｎ提出的有偏估计，对病态分析体系进行了数值模拟和实际光度测定，结果表明，广义岭估计显优于最小二乘估计，Ｌｉｕｋｅｊｉａｎ法有功效，可和为解析病态分析体系的化学计量学方法。     

Rasch模型在“化学键”概念教学评价中的应用研究

运用Rasch模型探查高二学生对"化学键"概念的认知情况，运用Conquest软件和Winsteps软件对测试结果进行分析。结果表明：基于Rasch模型编制的测试卷能客观有效地检测学生对"化学键"概念的理解，为一线教师的有效教学提供学情基础。     

Microwave- and photoirradiation-induced staudinger reactions of cyclic imines and ketenes generated from alpha-diazoketones. A further investigation into the stereochemical process

Reactions of ketenes generated from alpha-diazoketones with a series of acyclic and cyclic imines were investigated under both microwave and photoirradiation conditions. The results indicate that the zwitterionic azabutadiene-type intermediates yielded from imines and ketenes undergo a conrotatory ring closure exclusively to produce beta-lactams. It is notable that no Woodward-Hoffmann product was found under the ultraviolet irradiation. The photoirradiation-induced Staudinger reaction shows a different stereoselectivity from the electrocyclic reaction of substituted 1,3-butadiene.     

Studies on fluorescent species of spiro-indolinonaphthooxazines and their fluorescence spectra

Photophysical behavior of spiro[1,3,3-trimethylindolino-2,3′-naphtho[2,1-b]-1,4-oxazine] (SP1) and spiro[1,3,3,2′-tetramethylindolino-2,3′-naphtho[2,1-b]-1,4-oxazine] (SP2) were studied. The fluorescent species and their spectra of SP1 and SP2 in polar solvents (acetonitrile and methanol) and non-polar solvent (cyclohexane) were investigated. The fluorescence decay in polar solvents was studied by picosecond time-correlated single photon counting. In most cases, fluorescence decay obeyed triexponential decay kinetics. The major fluorescent species is an excited intermediate which has similar conformation as its precursor (¹ SP ^*) formed after the bond cleavage between spirocarbon and oxygen in oxazine ring. The effects of molecular structure and solvent polarity on fluorescence spectra and fluorescence decay lifetime were studied.     

Cure reaction and phase behavior of liquid crystalline epoxides-anhydride systems

A series of novel liquid crystalline epoxides with lateral substituents were cured with anhydrides and the cure kinetics was investigated by non-isothermal DSC technique. The results showed that the lengths of lateral substituents have great effect on the value of Ea. The curing reaction became less active, when the liquid crystalline epoxides have long lateral substituents and were controlled by diffusion at the late stage of cure. A nematic structure was observed by POM and XRD.     

Microcalorimetric investigation of the growth of the <Emphasis Type="Italic">Escherichia coli</Emphasis> DH5α in different antibiotics

The effects of Amoxicillin Sodium and Cefuroxime Sodium on the growth of E. coli DH5α were investigated by microcalorimetry. The metabolic power-time curves of E. coli DH5α growth were determined by using a TAM air isothermal microcalorimeter at 37°C. By evaluation of the obtained parameters, such as growth rate constants (k), inhibitory ratio (I), the maximum heat power (P _m) and the time of the maximum heat power (t _m), one found that the inhibitory activity of Amoxicillin Sodium vs. E. coli DH5α is enhanced with the increasing of the Amoxicillin Sodium concentration, and the Cefuroxime Sodium has a stimulatory effect on the E. coli DH5α growth when the concentration is about 1 μg mL⁻¹. The IC₅₀ for the Amoxicillin Sodium and the Cefuroxime Sodium are 1.6 and 2.0 μg mL⁻¹, respectively, it implicates that the E. coli DH5α is more sensitive to Amoxicillin Sodium than Cefuroxime Sodium.
