Femtosecond, picosecond, and nanosecond transient absorbance (TA) and picosecond emission kinetics results are presented for three 5-(1-pyrenyl)-2'-deoxyuridine nucleosides each with a different two-atom linker joining pyrenyl C-1 to uracil C-5. Previously, the formation of urushiol quinone from urushiol was demonstrated in the laccase-catalyzed oxidation process of the sap of the Japanese lacquer tree (Rhus vernicifera D.C.) or of lacquer formed from it. This paper presents the results of the investigation on the participation of urushiol quinone in the oxidative polymerization and crosslinking of the sap or the lacquer. The polymeric urushiol was obtained by the fractionation of the mildly oxidized sap (Japanese lacquer), and a specific dimeric urushiol was isolated from it by thin-layer chromatography (TLC). Structural analysis of the dimer illustrated that it has a conjugated triene structure and may be formed by a coupling reaction between urushiol quinone and a triolefinic component of urushiol. Further support for this was given by the spectroscopic study of the reaction between 4-tert-butyl-o-quinone and the triolefinic component of dimethylurushiol, and by the isolation and identification of the coupling product between them. 相似文献

The hydrogen bonding complexes HO(H2O)n (n = 1–3) were completely investigated in the present study using DFT and MP2 methods at varied basis set levels from 6‐31++G(d,p) to 6‐311++G(2d,2p). For n = 1 two, for n = 2 two, and for n = 3 five reasonable geometries are considered. The optimized geometric parameters and interaction energies for various complexes at different levels are estimated. The infrared spectrum frequencies and IR intensities of the most stable structures are reported. Finally, thermochemistry studies are also carried out. A method is described for the determination of aldicarb and its metabolites (the sulphoxide and sulphone) in urine by gas chromatography with flame photometric detection (GC-FPD). The sample was concentrated with a column containing activated charcoal and Florisil, and then eluted with dichloromethane-acetone (1:1, v/v). The aldicarb and aldicarb sulphoxide in the eluate solution were oxidized to aldicarb sulphone and the total sulphone concentration was determined by GC-FPD after extraction with dichloromethane and clean-up with an activated charcoal column. The detection limit was 0.0024 mg/l. The mean recoveries from spiked urine in the range 0.04-0.12 mg/l were 90.9%, 86.6%, 92.6% for aldicarb, aldicarb sulphoxide and aldicarb sulphone, respectively. 相似文献

Chiral quaternary ammonium salts derived from cinchonidine have been applied to catalyze the stereoselective iodolactonizations of trans-5-aryl-4-pentenoic acids leading to a mixture of two regioselectively iodolactonized products with fair to excellent yield (37-98%) and moderate enantioselectivity (exo = 42.0% ee, endo = 31.0% ee) under mild conditions.
