We report the achievement of transport critical currents in Sr0.6K0.4Fe2As2 wires and tapes with a Tc = 34 K. The wires and tapes were fabricated through an in situ powder-in-tube process. Silver was used as a chemical addition as well as a sheath material. All the wire and tape samples have shown the ability to transport superconducting current. Critical current density Jc was enhanced upon silver addition, and at 4.2 K, a largest Jc of ~1200 A/cm2 (Ic = 9 A) was achieved for 20% silver added tapes, which is the highest in iron-based wires and tapes so far. The Jc is almost field independent between 1 T and 10 T, exhibiting a strong vortex pinning. Such a high transport critical current density is attributed to the weak reaction between the silver sheath and the superconducting core, as well as an improved connectivity between grains. We also identify a weak-link behavior from the apparent drop of Jc at low fields and a hysteretic phenomenon. Finally, we found that compared to Fe, Ta and Nb tubes, Ag was the best sheath material for the fabrication of high-performance 122 type pnictide wires and tapes. 相似文献

The Y0.85Bi0.1Eu0.05V1−yMyO4 (M=Nb, P) as new near-ultraviolet excited phosphors were synthesized and their luminescence properties under 365 nm excitation were investigated in detail. It indicated that by doping small amount of P5+ into V5+ sites, the excitation intensity of charge transfer (CT) band of Bi–O (330–400 nm) was greatly improved. By substituting Nb5+ for V5+, both the CT bands of Bi–O and Eu–O (240–320 nm) were significantly enhanced. As a result, the emission intensity of Y0.85Bi0.1Eu0.05V1−yMyO4 (M=Nb, P) could be improved about 90% by doping 5 mol% P5+ and 110% by doping 5 mol% Nb5+. Comparing with the commercial Y2O2S:Eu3+ phosphors, the Y0.85Bi0.1Eu0.05V0.95M0.05O4 (M=Nb, P) phosphors exhibited excellent color purity and much higher brightness. The results showed that these Y0.85Bi0.1Eu0.05V1−yMyO4 (M=Nb, P) phosphors could be considered as promising red phosphors for application in LED. 相似文献

We present two robust three-party quantum secret sharing protocols against two kinds of collective noise. Each logical qubit is made up of two physical qubits and is invariant under a collective noise. The two agents encode their message on each logical qubit with two unitary physical operations on two physical qubits. As each logical qubit received by each agent can carry two bits of information and the classical information exchanged is reduced largely, these protocols have a high intrinsic efficiency. The Cr-doped zinc oxide (Zn0.97Cr0.03O) nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method. The relationship between the annealing temperature (400 °C, 450 °C, 500 °C and 600 °C) and the structure, magnetic properties and the optical characteristics of the produced samples was studied. The results indicate that Cr (Cr3+) ions at least partially substitute Zn (Zn2+) ions successfully. Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) measurement showed the existence of Cr ion in the Cr-doped ZnO. The samples sintered in air under the temperature of 450 °C had single wurtzite ZnO structure with prominent ferromagnetism at room temperature, while in samples sintered in air at 500 °C, a second phase-ZnCr2O4 was observed and the samples were not saturated in the field of 10000 Oe. This indicated that they were mixtures of ferromagnetic materials and paramagnetic materials. Compared with the results of the photoluminescence (PL) spectra, it was reasonably concluded that the ferromagnetism observed in the studied samples was originated from the doping of Cr in the lattice of ZnO crystallites. 相似文献

Micron-sized silica gel particles were first surface-modified with coupling agent, γ-methacryloylpropyl trimethoxysilane (MPS), and the polymerizable double bonds were introduced onto the surfaces of silica gel particles, forming the modified particles MPS-SiO2. Subsequently, N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) was graft-polymerized on the surfaces of particles MPS-SiO2 in the manner of “grafting through”, resulting in the grafted particles PDMAEMA/SiO2. The grafted particles PDMAEMA/SiO2 were fully characterized with several means. The graft polymerization process of DMAEMA on particles MPS-SiO2 was studied in detail, and the optimal reaction conditions were determined. Thereafter, the adsorption properties of the grafted particles PDMAEMA/SiO2 for chromate anion and Cu2+ ion were preliminarily examined respectively. The experimental results indicate that the PDMAEMA grafting degree on PDMAEMA/SiO2 particles is limited because an enwinding polymer layer as a kinetic barrier on the surfaces of silica gel particles will be formed during the graft polymerization, and blocks the graft polymerization. In order to enhance PDMAEMA grafting degree, reaction time and temperature, and the used amount of initiator as well as the monomer concentration should be effectively controlled. The preliminary adsorption tests show that the grafted particles PDMAEMA/SiO2 are multi-functional. They possess very strong adsorption ability for CrO42− anion by right of strong electrostatic interaction, and have also adsorption action towards heavy metal ion by dint of complexing action. 相似文献
