We report on the determination of bisphenol A and 2-naphthol in water samples using ionic liquid cold-induced aggregation dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with HPLC. Parameters governing the extraction efficiency (disperser solvent, volume of extraction and disperser solvent, pH, temperature, extraction time) were optimized and resulted in enrichment factors of 112 for bisphenol A and of 186 for 2-naphthol. The calibration curve was linear with correlation coefficients of 0.9995 and 0.9998, respectively, in the concentration range from 1.5 to 200?ng?mL?1. The relative standard deviations are 2.3% and 4.1% (for n?=?5), the limits of detection are 0.58 and 0.86?ng?mL?1, and relative recoveries in tap, lake and river water samples range between 100.1 and 108.1%, 99.4 and 106.2%, and 97.1 and 103.8%, respectively. 建立了以2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)直接衍生,1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([BMIM]PF6)萃取富集,高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析水基胶中痕量脂肪族醛酮的方法。分散的水基胶乳液用80 mg/L DNPH衍生化试剂(含0.44 mol/L磷酸)于40 ℃衍生18 min。取离心后的上层衍生液,加入0.5 mL [BMIM]PF6于30 ℃萃取富集,离子液体相过滤后进行HPLC分析。采用Dionex Acclaim Explosives E2色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),以水-乙腈为流动相在流速1.2 mL/min进行梯度洗脱,色谱柱温度为35 ℃,检测波长为365 nm。结果表明,8种脂肪族醛酮的检出限为0.022~0.221 mg/kg,定量限为0.073~0.738 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为3.5%~7.3%,回收率为84.0%~102.5%。与溶剂萃取法相比,该法具有检出限和定量限低、稳定性高、测定更准确的优势。 相似文献

In this paper, the dynamical behavior of a delayed viral infection model with immune impairment is studied. It is shown that if the basic reproductive number of the virus is less than one, then the uninfected equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable for both ODE and DDE model. And the effect of time delay on stabilities of the equilibria of the DDE model has been studied. By theoretical analysis and numerical simulations, we show that the immune impairment rate has no effect on the stability of the ODE model, while it has a dramatic effect on the infected equilibrium of the DDE model. 相似文献

This paper describes the development of MEMS force sensors constructed using paper as the structural material. The working principle on which these paper-based sensors are based is the piezoresistive effect generated by conductive materials patterned on a paper substrate. The device is inexpensive (~$0.04 per device for materials), simple to fabricate, lightweight, and disposable. Paper can be readily folded into three-dimensional structures to increase the stiffness of the sensor while keeping it light in weight. The entire fabrication process can be completed within one hour without expensive cleanroom facilities using simple tools (e.g., a paper cutter and a painting knife). We demonstrated that the paper-based sensor can measure forces with moderate performance (i.e., resolution: 120 μN, measurement range: ±16 mN, and sensitivity: 0.84 mV mN(-1)). We applied this sensor to characterizing the mechanical properties of a soft material. 煤层坚硬顶板采用水力压裂技术进行定向弱化可有效控制来压步距,降低事故风险。基于黏聚力模型,利用有限元二次开发建立了压裂前后煤层开采数值计算模型,模拟分析了顶板垮落规律及影响因素,优化裂缝间距设计。结果表明:来压跨距与顶板厚度、强度呈正相关性,与埋深呈负相关性。预制裂缝在拉应力集中区可促进起裂扩展,应全面勘测各岩层位地质参数,利用计算出的应力集中区位置设计裂缝间距,实现经济有效地控制来压步距。 相似文献

A reliable method for adsorption systems in equilibrium is established to derive coverage-dependent kinetics and thermodynamics from the volumetric data obtained during the static microcalorimetric measurement of heats of adsorption. The Wigner-Polanyi equation is applied to analyze the pressure change as a function of time during stepwise dosing of the adsorptive until thermodynamic adsorption-desorption equilibrium is established. For carbon monoxide adsorption on a hydrogen-reduced Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst, the adsorption rate constant (ka) is found to be in the range from 10(-6) to 10(-4) Pa(-1) s(-1), and the desorption rate constant (kd) from 10(-4) to 10(-2) s(-1), both increasing with fractional coverage theta. The kinetically derived equilibrium constant Ktheta is in good agreement with Ktheta obtained from the adsorption isotherm. RT ln(Kp0) and the differential heat of adsorption (qdiff) were found to decrease in parallel, reflecting a normal Temkin-type heterogeneity. 相似文献

We report the first experimental observation of strong suppression of matter-wave superradiance using blue-detuned pump light and demonstrate a pump-laser detuning asymmetry in the collective atomic recoil motion. In contrast to all previous theoretical frameworks, which predict that the process should be symmetric with respect to the sign of the detuning of the pump laser from the one-photon resonance, we find that for condensates the symmetry is broken. With high condensate densities and red-detuned pump light the distinctive multiorder, matter-wave scattering pattern is clearly visible, whereas with blue-detuned pump light superradiance is strongly suppressed.
