Carbazole-based diaza[7]helicene substituted by thiophene groups, 2,12-dithiophene-5,15-dihexyl-5,15-diaza[7]helicene (6), was synthesised successfully and confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, High Resolution Mass Spectrometry, Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry. Compound 6 exhibited good solubility and excellent thermal stability with no melting point and a high decomposition temperature of 453.64 °C. A doped device with a structure of ITO/NPB (50 nm)/CBP: 10% 6 (30 nm)/Bphen (20 nm)/Mg:Ag (150 nm)/Ag (50 nm) emitted the blue light at 460 nm with Commission Internationale de LEclairage (CIE) coordinate of (0.176, 0.26). The maximum brightness and external quantum efficiency (EQE) were 2306 cd m?2 and 0.41%, respectively. 相似文献

The thick film negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors based on SrFe0.9Sn0.1O3–δ were fabricated on alumina substrate by screen-printed technique. The fired thick films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and complex impedance analysis. The thick film samples showed compact and homogeneous microstructure. Depending on the thick film composition, the values of the resistivity at 25 °C, thermistor constant and activation energy are in the range of 65.5–4860 Ω cm, 2611–3558 K and 0.229–0.312 eV, respectively. Impedance spectroscopy analysis showed both grain and grain boundary resistances decrease with a rise in temperature for the composition SrFe0.9Sn0.1O3–δ with the glass phases of 5 mol% BaBiO3 and 5 mol% CuO. The conduction mechanism and relaxation behavior were also discussed. 相似文献

The ultraviolet (UV) band edge photorefractivity of Sn-doped LiNbO(3) (LN:Sn) at 325 nm has been investigated. A sharp decrease of beam distortion, which is accompanied by a significant increase in the photoconductivity, is observed in LN:Sn crystals with Sn-doping concentrations at or above 2.0 mol%. The diffraction efficiency, the holographic recording sensitivity and response rate, and the two-wave coupling gain coefficient are greatly enhanced when the Sn-doping concentration reaches 2.0 mol% or more. Unlike LiNbO(3) doped with Hf in which the UV gratings can be erased easily by a red beam, the UV gratings in LN:Sn can withstand long-term red beam illumination. Electrons are determined to be the dominant light-induced charge carriers responsible for the UV band edge photorefraction. The observed enhancement on the UV band edge photorefractivity is found to be associated with the showup of an absorption band around 325 nm in LN:Sn crystals with Sn-doping concentrations at or above 2.0 mol%. 相似文献

We reported the synthesis and morphology of a novel alkyne‐functionalized diblock copolymer (di‐BCP) poly(methyl methacrylate‐random‐propargyl methacrylate)‐block‐poly(4‐bromostyrene). The di‐BCPs were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization and postpolymerization deprotection, with good control over molecular weight and polydispersity index. Microphase separation in bulk di‐BCPs was confirmed by thermal analysis, small‐angle X‐ray scattering, and transmission electron microscopy. Microphase‐separated morphologies were also observed in thin films, and the orientation of the microdomains can be conveniently controlled by annealing under different solvents. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A microfluidic device was developed to produce temporal concentration gradients of multiple analytes. Four on-chip pumps delivered
pulses of three analytes and buffer to a 14-cm channel where the pulses were mixed to homogeneity. The final concentration
of each analyte was dependent on the temporal density of the pulses from each pump. The concentration of each analyte was
varied by changing the number of pump cycles from each reservoir while maintaining the total number of pump cycles per unit
time to ensure a constant total flow rate in the device. To gauge the independent nature of each pump, sinusoidal waves of
fluorescein concentration were produced from each pump with independent frequencies and amplitudes. The resulting fluorescence
intensity was compared with a theoretical summation of the waves and the experimental data matched the theoretical waves within
1%, indicating that the pumps were operating independently and outputting the correct frequency and amplitude. The device
was used to demonstrate the role of adenosine triphosphate-sensitive K+ channels in glucose-stimulated increases in intracellular [Ca2+] in islets of Langerhans. Perfusion of single islets of Langerhans with combinations of glucose, diazoxide, and K+ resulted in intracellular Ca2+ patterns similar to what has been observed using conventional perfusion devices.
