In this paper, a three dimensional ratio-dependent chemostat model with periodically pulsed input is considered. By using the discrete dynamical system determined by the stroboscopic map and Floquet theorem, an exact periodic solution with positive concentrations of substrate and predator in the absence of prey is obtained. When β is less than some critical value the boundary periodic solution (xs(t), 0, zs(t)) is locally stable, and when β is larger than the critical value there are periodic oscillations in substrate, prey and predator. Increasing the impulsive period τ, the system undergoes a series of period-doubling bifurcation leading to chaos, which implies that the dynamical behaviors of the periodically pulsed ratio-dependent predator-prey ecosystem are very complex.     

CONTINUOUS DEPENDENCE ON DATA UNDER THE LIPSCHITZ METRIC FOR THE ROTATION-CAMASSA-HOLM EQUATION

In this article,we consider the Lipschitz metric of conservative weak solutions for the rotation-Camassa-Holm equation.Based on defining a Finsler-type norm on the tangent space for solutions,we first establish the Lipschitz metric for smooth solutions,then by proving the generic regularity result,we extend this metric to general weak solutions.     

Comparison Studies on Several Ligands Used in Determination of Cd(II) in Rice by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry after Ultrasound-Assisted Dispersive Liquid–Liquid Microextraction

Ligands plays an important role in the extraction procedures for the determination of cadmium in rice samples by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). In the present study, comparative evaluation of 10 commercially available ligands for formation of Cd(II)-ligand complex and determination of cadmium in rice samples by ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (UADLLME) combined with FAAS was developed. Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) provided a high distribution coefficient as well as a good absorbance signal, therefore DDTC was used as a ligand in UADLLME. A low density and less toxic solvent, 1-heptanol, was used as the extraction solvent and ethanol was used as the disperser solvent. In addition, the experimental conditions of UADLLME were optimized in standard solution first and then applied in rice, such as the type and volume of extractant and dispersant, pH, extraction time, and temperature. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limit (3σ) was 0.69 μg/L for Cd(II). The proposed method was applied for the determination of Cd(II) in three different rice samples (polished rice, brown rice, and glutinous rice), the recovery test was carried out, and the results ranged between 96.7 to 113.6%. The proposed method has the advantages of simplicity, low cost, and accurate and was successfully applied to analyze Cd(II) in rice.     

毛细管电泳法快速测定保健食品中免疫球蛋白G

建立了毛细管电泳法快速测定保健食品中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量的方法,成功测定了不同剂型(片剂、粉剂及胶囊)牛初乳保健品中IgG的含量。以37 cm×50μm(i.d.)未涂敷熔融石英毛细管为色谱分离柱,50 mmol/L四硼酸钾 65 g/L聚乙二醇20 000(1 mol/L氢氧化铯调pH 10.0)为运行缓冲液,于214 nm波长处检测。详细研究了影响实际样品中IgG分离及准确定量的关键因素,如添加剂的种类、浓度;运行及样品缓冲液的浓度及pH等。采用峰面积外标法定量。方法的精密度为2.1%(n=7);检出限为6.25 mg/L(S/N=3);线性范围为50~2000 mg/L;400 mg/L IgG迁移时间的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.14%;峰面积的RSD为2.9%(n=7)。6 m in内即可实现保健食品中IgG的分离与测定,结果与产品标示值基本吻合。     

室温离子液体法合成新型三维共价有机骨架材料

采用室温离子热法合成了一种氟取代的具有五重贯穿金刚石拓扑结构的三维共价有机骨架材料(COFs), 记为JUC-515. 与高温溶剂热法不同的是, 室温离子液体法具有反应温度和压力低、 反应时间短、 操作简单、 无需催化剂和不产生有机蒸汽污染等优势. 制备的材料具有高度结晶性、 较大的孔隙率和良好的CO₂选择性吸附性能.     

植物油中脂肪酸不同定量方法的比较分析

比较峰面积归一化法与标准曲线法两种方法分析植物油中脂肪酸百分比含量的差异.利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测10种市售食用植物油中的8种主要脂肪酸,峰面积归一化法和标准曲线法计算脂肪酸的百分比含量.结果表明,标准曲线法与峰面积归一化法相比,肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸和棕榈油酸所占的百分比升高,而油酸、亚...     

基于甲基苯丙胺和吗啡的胶体金免疫层析试剂盒检测法的可靠性评价

通过固相萃取-液相色谱-多级质谱(SPE-LC-MS/MS)联用技术和毒品胶体金免疫层析试剂盒检测法对13种中药及调味品样品中甲基苯丙胺及吗啡分别进行定量分析,依据LC-MS/MS检测结果,对毒品胶体金免疫层析试剂盒检测法进行可靠性评价。实验结果表明:型号1试剂盒对甲基苯丙胺和吗啡的特异性均不高,检测准确率分别为57.7%与78.8%;型号2试剂盒对甲基苯丙胺的特异性不足,准确率为73.1%,但对吗啡的检测准确率达到100%。在利用毒品胶体金免疫层析试剂盒进行毒品快速筛查时,应注重排除干扰因素以提高免疫胶体金层析试剂盒的检测准确度。     

丙烯酸水溶液聚合法制备PTFE/PAA/Nafion膜及其性能

采用廉价的多孔聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜作为基底, 用少量的Nafion与PTFE膜复合可制备低成本的质子膜. 但疏水性的PTFE膜与亲水性的Nafion膜结合性不佳. 基于此, 本文对疏水性的PTFE膜材料表面进行设计, 先采用丙烯酸对疏水性的PTFE膜表面进行亲水性改性, 再喷涂亲水性Nafion膜, 完成低成本PTFE/PAA/Nafion膜的制备. 实验结果表明, 改性前的PTFE膜材料水接触角为150°, 改性后的膜接触角变为55.6°, 亲水性大幅上升, 膜的机械强度和尺寸稳定性(断裂强度为25.2 MPa, 80 ℃下的溶胀率为11.9%)均优于Nafion117膜, 而 Nafion用量则节省了60%. PTFE/PAA/Nafion膜具有高质子导通率(80 ℃下达到131.9 mS/cm), 接近于Nafion117膜, 最大功率密度可以达到404.2 mW/cm².

One step synthesis of Fe4.4Ni17.6Se16 coupled NiSe foam as self-supported,highly efficient and durable oxygen evolution electrode

The development of cost-effective, durable and high-efficient oxygen evolution reaction (OER) electrocatalysts is an extremely critical technology for the large-scale industrial water electrolysis. Here, a new strategy is proposed to significantly enhance the electrocatalytic activity by forming a hybrid electrode of NiSe and Fe_4.4Ni_17.6Se₁₆ through direct selenization of porous iron-nickel (FeNi) alloy foam via thermal selenization process. The obtained self-supported Fe_4.4Ni_17.6Se₁₆/NiSe hybrid (FNS/NiSe) foam displays outstanding durability and remarkable catalytic activity in 1.0 M KOH with low overpotentials of 242 and 282 mV to achieve the current densities of 100 and 500 mA cm^?2, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, it exceeds most of the reported OER electrocatalysts in alkaline electrolytes.
