By employing a chiral bifunctional phosphine ligand, a gold(I)-catalyzed efficient and highly enantioselective dearomatization of phenols is achieved via versatile metal-ligand cooperation. The reaction is proven to be remarkably general in scope, permitting substitutions at all four remaining benzene positions, accommodating electron-withdrawing groups including strongly deactivating nitro, and allowing carbon-based groups of varying steric bulk including tert-butyl at the alkyne terminus. Moreover, besides N-(o-hydroxyphenyl)alkynamides, the corresponding ynoates and ynones are all suitable substrates. Spirocyclohexadienone-pyrrol-2-ones, spirocyclohexadienone-butenolides, and spirocyclohexadenone-cyclopentenones are formed in yields up to 99 % and with ee up to 99 %. 相似文献

NiB和NiP超细非晶合金的退火晶化行为及催化性能 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
采用X射线吸收精细结构(XAFS),X射线衍射(XRD)和差热分析(DTA)等方法研究了以化学还原法制备的NiB和NiP超细非晶态合金催化剂在退火过程中的结构变化.XRD结果表明,在300℃下退火时,NiB超细非晶态合金晶化生成纳米晶Ni3B亚稳物相,NiP超细非晶态合金则主要晶化生成金属Ni和部分晶态Ni3P的混合物相;在500℃退火且近于完全晶化的条件下,大部分超细非晶态合金都晶化为金属Ni.XAFS结果定量地说明,对于NiB和NiP初始样品,第一近邻Ni-Ni配位的平均键长Rj分别为0.274和0.271nm,其结构无序度σS很大,分别为0.033和0.028nm,其热无序度σT分别为0.0069和0.0060nm.300℃退火后,晶化生成的Ni3B的Ni-Ni配位的σS降低到初始样品的33%,仅为0.011nm.500℃退火后,NiB样品的结构参数与金属Ni基本一致,但NiP样品的Ni-Ni配位的σS还远大于σT,仍为0.0125nm,表明NiB和NiP超细非晶态合金的退火晶化行为有很大的差别.纳米晶Ni3B催化苯加氢反应的转化率比超细Ni-B非晶态合金或多晶金属Ni更高,表明纳米晶Ni3B中的Ni与B原子组成了苯加氢催化反应的活性中心. 相似文献

Cancer is one of the greatest threats to human health. Gastric cancer (GC) is the fifth most common malignant tumor in the world. Invasion and metastasis are the major difficulties in the treatment of GC. Herbal medicines and their extracts have a lengthy history of being used to treat tumors in China. The anti-tumoral effects of the natural products derived from herbs have received a great deal of attention. Our previous studies have shown that the traditional Chinese herb Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb extract (COE) can inhibit the invasion and metastasis of GC cells, but the specific anti-cancer components of COE are still unclear. Dozens of natural products from COE have been isolated and identified by HPLC spectroscopy in our previous experiments. Triptonoterpene is one of the active ingredients in COE. In this study, we focused on revealing whether Triptonoterpene has an excellent anti-GC effect and can be used as an effective component of Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb in the treatment of tumors. We first observed that Triptonoterpene reduces GC cell proliferation through CCK-8 assays and colony formation experiments. The cell adhesion assays have shown that Triptonoterpene inhibits adhesion between cells and the cell matrix during tumor invasion. In addition, the cell migration assay has shown that Triptonoterpene inhibits the invasion and migration of GC cells. The high-connotation cell dynamic tracking experiment has also shown the same results. The effects of Triptonoterpene on epidermal mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs)-related proteins in gastric cancer cells were detected by Western blots. We found that Triptonoterpene could significantly inhibit the changes in EMT-related and invasion and metastasis-related proteins. Altogether, these results suggest that Triptonoterpene is capable of inhibiting the migration and invasion of GC cells. Triptonoterpene, as a natural product from Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb, has significant anti-gastric cancer effects, and is likely to be one of the major equivalent components of Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb. 相似文献

Chemotherapy is a common method for tumor treatment. However, the non-specific distribution of chemotherapeutic drugs causes the death of normal cells. Nanocarriers, particularly mesoporous carriers, can be modified to achieve targeted and controlled drug release. In this study, mesoporous polydopamine (MPDA) was used as a carrier for the antitumor drug doxorubicin (DOX). To enhance the release efficiency of DOX in the tumor microenvironment, which contains high concentrations of glutathione (GSH), we used N,N-bis(acryloyl)cysteamine as a cross-linking agent to encapsulate the surface of MPDA with fucoidan (FU), producing MPDA-DOX@FU-SS. MPDA-DOX@FU-SS was characterized via transmission electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and its antitumor efficacy in vitro was investigated. The optimal conditions for the preparation of MPDA were identified as pH 12 and 20 °C, and the optimal MPDA-to-FU ratio was 2:1. The DOX release rate reached 47.77% in an in vitro solution containing 10 mM GSH at pH 5.2. When combined with photothermal therapy, MPDA-DOX@FU-SS significantly inhibited the growth of HCT-116 cells. In conclusion, MPDA-DOX@FU-SS may serve as a novel, highly effective tumor suppressor that can achieve targeted drug release in the tumor microenvironment. 相似文献

能否利用信号处理方法在单根普通线列阵上实现对目标的左右舷分辨是一个具有实用价值的研究点,文中利用线列阵在拖曳过程中产生的阵形畸变现象来解决单根普通线列阵的左右舷分辨问题。首先建立了拖线阵两种可能的阵形畸变模型:阵列呈圆弧状和阵列呈横向随机误差的类直线阵;然后分析了这两种畸变情况对拖线阵波束形成带来的问题;指出了畸变阵从原理上破坏了直线阵列处理中固有的对称性,按照畸变后的阵形进行波束形成,即可完成对目标的左右舷分辨。在合适的水听器位置标准偏差下,镜像源抑制比能达到10 dB以上,并且能显著改善波束形成效果。仿真实验研究充分证明了以上结论。 相似文献

In this work, we reported a new, simple and sensitive method for determination of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) based on quenching of the red fluorescence of oligonuleotide-protected silver nanoculsters (Ag NCs) with the quantum yield of 68.3 ± 0.3%. This method was successfully used for the assay of NAC granules presenting a linear range from 100 nM to 1200 nM (LOD of 50 nM) with minimal interferences from potential coexisting substances. It is for the first time that quenching performance of the thiol-containing compound was found to follow a non-linear Stern–Volmer profile, indicative of a complicated quenching mechanism with static quenching dominating, in which DNA-template of Ag NCs was partly replaced by NAC, as elucidated by spectral investigations. This study extended the analytical application of silver nanoclusters as well as provided a more insightful understanding of the quenching mechanism of thiol-compounds on the fluorescence of Ag NCs. 相似文献

二值化梯形透过率光栅是一种具有离轴衍射级次的二维光栅,其各衍射点光强信息和位置信息的确定对该新型光栅的实际应用具有重要意义。然而,目前尚无相关解析理论对其进行合理的描述。为了解决上述问题,通过二维傅里叶变换方法获得了该光栅各个衍射级次光强分布的解析表达式,并根据二维光栅的结构特征给出了在透射式和反射式情况下该光栅满足的光栅方程。这为该新型光栅的光线追迹计算打下了理论基础。最后,将解析表达式计算结果与采用X-Lab软件标量衍射模块计算的数值模拟结果进行比较,验证解析理论的正确性。 相似文献

Low-temperature growth (600 °C) of α-Al2O3 coatings on the stainless steel substrate by double glow plasma technique was achieved. The compositions and microstructures of the coatings prepared at different oxygen flow rates were characterized, respectively, by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectrometry. A phenomenological mechanism for the formation of the Al2O3 ceramic coatings during the oxidation process was proposed on the basis of the experimental results. It was obvious that the oxygen flow rates had a great effect on the surface structure of the prepared Al2O3 coatings. The dense and smooth Al2O3 coatings were prepared at the oxygen flow rate of 15 sccm. In addition, the correlations between the mechanical properties of Al2O3 coating and oxygen flow rates were also discussed. The coating prepared at 15 sccm oxygen flow rate exhibited the best mechanical properties with a maximum hardness of 31 GPa and elastic modulus of 321 GPa. The corresponding critical load of scratch adherence for this sample was 47 N. 相似文献
