Mn–Ce–O catalysts were prepared by the sol–gel method with different citric acid amounts in preparation. The catalysts were characterized by using BET, XRD, TPR, XPS and their catalytic activities in methane combustion were also investigated. Results showed that the surface area, Mn4+ and Olatt are responsible for the high catalytic activity of Mn–Ce–O catalysts.  相似文献

The central solenoid(CS)is one of the key components of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER)tokamak and which is often considered as the heart of this fusion reactor.This solenoid will be built by using Nb3Sn cablein-conduit conductors(CICC),capable of generating a 13 T magnetic field.In order to assess the performance of the Nb3Sn CICC in nearly the ITER condition,many short samples have been evaluated at the SULTAN test facility(the background magnetic field is of 10.85 T with the uniform length of 400 mm at 1%homogeneity)in Centre de Recherches en Physique des Plasma(CRPP).It is found that the samples with pseudo-long twist pitch(including baseline specimens)show a significant degradation in the current-sharing temperature(Tcs),while the qualification tests of all short twist pitch(STP)samples,which show no degradation versus electromagnetic cycling,even exhibits an increase of Tcs.This behavior was perfectly reproduced in the coil experiments at the central solenoid model coil(CSMC)facility last year.In this paper,the complex structure of the Nb3Sn CICC would be simplified into a wire rope consisting of six petals and a cooling spiral.An analytical formula for the Tcs behavior as a function of the axial strain of the cable is presented.Based on this,the effects of twist pitch,axial and transverse stiffness,thermal mismatch,cycling number,magnetic distribution,etc.,on the axial strain are discussed systematically.The calculated Tcs behavior with cycle number show consistency with the previous experimental results qualitatively and quantitatively.Lastly,we focus on the relationship between Tcs and axial strain of the cable,and we conclude that the Tcs behavior caused by electromagnetic cycles is determined by the cable axial strain.Once the cable is in a compression situation,this compression strain and its accumulation would lead to the Tcs degradation.The experimental observation of the Tcs enhancement in the CS STP samples should be considered as a contribution of the shorter length of the high field zone in SULTAN and CSMC devices,as well as the tight cable structure.  相似文献

Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)-multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) composites with different aspect ratios of MWNT were prepared by a coagulation method. Field emission scanning electron and transmission electron microscopic studies reveal that MWNT are well dispersed in the PVDF matrix. The X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimeter data indicate that the composites with high aspect ratio of MWNT have the β phase structure at the MWNT loading level of 2.0wt%, and have a mixture of α and β phase below 2wt% MWNT, and that those composites with low aspect ratio of MWNT, however, always have a mixture of α and β phase for MWNT concentrations ?2.0wt%. The dielectric constant values increase with the increase in MWNT loading level and the percent increase in dielectric constant is much greater in the composite filled with high aspect ratio of MWNT than in that loaded with low aspect ratio. And also, it has been found that the dielectric loss of the composites with MWNT loading level ?2.0wt% is still as low as neat PVDF, which is of significance for dielectric application.  相似文献

 采用XRD,BET,H2-TPR,TEM和XPS等方法对微乳法制备的Au/Fe2O3催化剂进行了表征,研究了不同制备方法对催化剂结构及性能的影响. 结果表明,在辛烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚(10)(Triton X-100)体系中,Au/Fe2O3催化剂在低温区的活性物种为单质金和氧化态金,在高温区的活性物种中可能含有Au-FeOx固溶体. 金粒径小于10 nm,且高度分散于载体表面. 氧化态金的含量及金的粒径和分散度是影响Au/Fe2O3催化水煤气变换反应活性的主要因素. Au/Fe2O3催化剂中Au-FeOx固溶体的缺陷数目越多,则其高温催化活性越高.  相似文献

以三季戊四醇(TPE)、亚磷酸三苯酯(TPP)为反应原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,采用非溶剂酯交换一步法合成了三季戊四醇亚磷酸酯膨胀型阻燃剂。用红外光谱与元素分析初步确定了三季戊四醇亚磷酸酯类的物质。热分析表明,10%的失重所对应的温度为122℃,50%的失重对应的温度为371℃;其失重速率最大时的峰顶温度为329℃;在500℃时的成炭量高达40%。以三季戊四醇亚磷酸酯和三聚氰胺复配阻燃的环氧树脂,添加量为19%时其极限氧指数(LOI)为35%,通过了UL94V-0级,表明该阻燃剂具有优良的阻燃性能。  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate the effect of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose on the complexation of fenofibrate and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD). Initially, phase solubility studies with an excess amount of drug in the HP-β-CD solutions with and without hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) were investigated. Both of the binary and ternary complexes were prepared by ball-milling. The complexes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FI-IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XPRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR). The AL type phase-solubility diagram revealed that the complexes of fenofibrate and HP-β-CD were formed with molecular ratio of 1:1. The results of FT-IR, XPRD, DSC and 1H NMR analysis show the formulation of inclusion complexes. In conclusion, the interaction occurrs between fenofibrate and HP-β-CD in the complexes, and the existence of HPMC effectively improves the complexation efficiency and stability constant. The in vitro dissolution test suggests ternary complex is superior to binary complex in terms of the release of fenofibrate.  相似文献

To explore the effects of microenvironmental adjustments on fluorescence, a pH-sensitive nano-composite system based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) was constructed. The model system included a modified triblock copolymer (polyhistidine-b-polyethylene glycol-b-polycaprolactone) and gold nanoparticles. A near-infrared dye was used as the donor, and spectrally matched gold nanorods, attached after C-terminus modification with α-lipoic acid, were used as the receptor to realize control of the FRET effect over the fluorescence intensity for two polymer configurational changes (i.e., “folded” and “stretched” states) in response to pH. After synthesis and characterization, we investigated the self-assembly behavior of the system. Analysis by quartz crystal microbalance revealed the pH sensitivity of the polymer, which exhibited “folding” and “stretching” states with changes in pH, providing a structural basis for the FRET effect. Fluorescence spectrophotometry investigations also revealed the regulatory impact of the assembled system on fluorescence.  相似文献

采用一种简便的水热法合成了一系列ZrO2,并采用沉积-沉淀法制得相应1.0%Au/ZrO2催化剂,在模拟甲醇重整气气氛下评价了它们的低温水煤气变换(WGS)反应催化性能.结果发现,于150oC水热合成的ZrO2负载的Au催化剂活性最佳,240oC反应时CO转化率达87%,明显高于相同反应条件下Au负载量较高的Au/Fe2O3,Au/CeO2及Au/CeZrO4催化剂.采用X射线衍射、原子吸收光谱、N2物理吸脱附及扫描电子显微镜等手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明,Au/ZrO2催化剂的总孔体积及平均孔径越大、圆形片状形貌越规整,其低温WGS催化活性就越高.  相似文献

A facile and efficient strategy is developed to modify aptamers on the surface of the magnetic metal‐organic framework MIL‐101 for the rapid magnetic solid‐phase extraction of ochratoxin A. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to create a robust aptamer‐modified magnetic MIL‐101 with covalent bonding for the magnetic separation and enrichment of ochratoxin A. The saturated adsorption of ochratoxin A by aptamer‐modified magnetic MIL‐101 was 7.9 times greater than that by magnetic metal‐organic framework MIL‐101 due to the former's high selective recognition as well as good stability. It could be used for extraction more than 12 times with no significant changes in the extraction efficiency. An aptamer‐modified magnetic MIL‐101‐based method of magnetic solid‐phase extraction combined with ultra high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of trace ochratoxin A with limit of detection of 0.067 ng/L. Ochratoxin A of 4.53–13.7 ng/kg was determined in corn and peanut samples. The recoveries were in the range 82.8–108% with a relative standard deviation (n = 5) of 4.5–6.5%. These results show that aptamer‐modified magnetic MIL‐101 exhibits selective and effective enrichment performance and have excellent potential for the analysis of ultra‐trace targets from complex matrices.  相似文献
