In this study, we have successfully synthesized a novel coumarin-based dendrons derivative CD and its chemical structure was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI-HR-MS. The sensor CD showed an obvious “on-off” fluorescence quenching response toward Cu2+ with a maximum quenching efficiency of 99.8%. The CD-Cu2+ complex showed an “off-on” fluorescence enhancement response toward PPi over many competitive anions. The detection limit of the sensor CD was 0.29?×?10?6?M to Cu2+ and 2.39?×?10?9?M to PPi. In addition, the sensor CD showed a 1:1 binding stoichiometry to Cu2+ and the sensor CD-Cu2+ showed a 2:1 binding stoichiometry to PPi in CH3CN/HEPES buffer medium (9:1 v/v, pH?=?7.2). The stable pH range of sensor CD to Cu2+ and CD-Cu2+ to PPi was from 3 to 8.  相似文献

经由溶胶-凝胶法过程,应用静电纺丝机原理,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和无机盐(LiMn2O4)为前驱物,制备出了含有LiMn2O4无机组分的复合纳米纤维,为复合无机纳米纤维的制备方式供给了一条新的思路。实验中系统地研究了PVA的浓度对其所形成的纤维描摹特征的影响。PVA水溶液用于纺丝的最好质量分数约为8.0%。在实验过程中,随着PVA质量分数的渐渐增加,其所形成纤维的直径也随之渐渐增大,而溶液的黏度也在逐步增大,这就使得溶剂挥发变得越来越难,小液珠的表面难以构成理想的“泰勒锥”,电压过小,样品溶液无法纺丝,在针头处成水滴状落在针头下方。电压过大则会在纤维丝上呈现念珠形态,阻碍样品电纺时的形貌。实验表明,在施加18kV的高电压,默认机器的其它设定条件下,依托不同质量分数的PVA溶液可制备出三种不同的纤维。  相似文献

离子液体因其熔点低、液态温域宽、蒸气压低、热稳定性高、电导率高、电化学窗口宽、结构可设计及对许多化合物的亲和性等系列性能而引起人们广泛关注。离子液体在炭材料制备、改性领域展示出了良好的前景及巨大的应用潜力,可直接作为碳源,经过高温炭化实现杂原子掺杂制备多孔炭材料;离子液体也可充当反应介质和致孔剂,将生物质转化为多孔炭材料;此外,由于离子液体与炭材料相容性较好,可以用于多孔炭材料改性制备炭复合材料。基于离子液体的炭材料在电催化、超级电容器、吸附分离及生物医学等领域具有潜在的应用价值。本文总结了基于离子液体炭材料的制备、改性及应用最新研究进展,并着重介绍了其在能源和环境相关领域的应用。  相似文献

Herein, we report the total synthesis of traumatic lactone and rhizobialide by utilizing allenoic acid to construct the lactone ring. The key starting materials, allenoic acids, could be prepared by the ATA (allenation of terminal alkynes) of a terminal alkyne with an aldehyde that contained a protected hydroxyl group followed by hydrolysis. Importantly, the asymmetric synthesis could be realized just by replacing racemic diphenylprinol with (R)- or (S)-diphenylprinol to deliver the optically active allenoate.  相似文献

Protein nanogels have found a wide variety of applications, ranging from biocatalysis to drug/protein delivery. However, in practical applications, proteins in nanogels may suffer from enzymic hydrolysis and denaturation. Inspired by the structure and functionalities of the fowl eggshells, biomimetic mineralization of protein nanogels was studied in this research. Protein nanogels with embedded porcine pancreas lipase (PPL) in the cross-linked nanostructures were synthesized through the thiol–disulfide reaction between thiol-functionalized PPL and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) with pendant pyridyl disulfide groups. The nanogels were further reacted with reduced bovine serum albumin (BSA) and BSA molecules were coated on the nanogels. Mineralization of BSA leads to the synthesis of biomineralized shells on the nanogels. With the growth of CaCO3 on the shells, the nanogels aggregate into suprastructures. Thermogravimetric analysis, XRD, dynamic light scattering, and TEM were employed to study the mechanism of the biomineralization process and analyze the structures of the mineralized nanogels. The biomineralized shells can effectively protect the PPL molecules from hydrolysis by trypsin; meanwhile, the nanosized channels on the mineralized shells allow the transport of small-molecule substrates across the shells. Bioactivity measurements indicate that PPL in the nanogels maintains more than 80 % bioactivity after biomineralization.  相似文献

A rapid and highly efficient 1,3‐dipolar [3 + 2] cycloaddition of nonstabilized azomethine ylides generated in situ with benzo[b]thiophene 1,1‐dioxides as the dipolarophiles has been developed. The efficient method affords tricyclic pyrrolidine‐fused benzo[b]thiophene 1,1‐dioxide derivatives in high to excellent yields (up to 99%) with excellent diastereoselectivities (up to >25:1 dr) under mild reaction conditions. The structure of a typical product was confirmed by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

Lanosterol is a potential drug for cataracts treatment, which can reverse the aggregation of intracrystalline proteins. The low concentration in lanolin calls for high‐performance separation methods. In this study, a counter‐current chromatography dual‐mode elution method was developed for the first time to separate and purify lanosterol from hexane extract of lanolin after saponification, in which the column was first eluted with the lower phase as mobile phase in head‐to‐tail mode, followed by the upper phase in the tail‐to‐head mode. High purity of lanosterol, dihydrolanosterol, and cholesterol can be obtained simultaneously. A solvent system composed of n‐heptane/acetonitrile/ethyl acetate (5:5:1, v/v/v) was selected and optimized via partition coefficient determination. Compounds such as 111 mg lanosterol, 84 mg dihydrolanosterol, and 183 mg cholesterol with high purity of 99.77, 95.71, and 91.43%, respectively, analyzed by high‐performance liquid chromatography were obtained within 80 min from 700 mg crude extract from 1.78 g lanolin. The method was also used to improve the purity of commercial lanosterol product from 66.97 to above 99%. Counter‐current chromatography could serve as a potential and powerful technique for commercial production of highly pure lanosterol.  相似文献

Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) is increasingly used for the treatment of autoimmune and systemic inflammatory diseases with both licensed and off‐label indications. Recent studies indicated that IVIg‐mediated immunomodulation and anti‐inflammation are closely associated with the IgG sialylation, especially with IgG crystallizable fragment (Fc) sialylation. The sialic acid levels of the IgG molecules and Fc fragments in 12 IVIg preparations from six Chinese manufacturers were evaluated. The Fc fragments were derived from the papain digestion of IVIg, followed by affinity and size exclusion chromatography. The sialic acid levels in Fc fragments and IVIg preparations were determined by high‐performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection, after the sialic acid residues were released from the proteins. The results showed that the sialic acid levels in Chinese IVIg preparations ranged from 0.875 (mol/mol IgG) to 1.085 (mol/mol IgG), and the sialic acid levels in Fc fragments were from 0.321 (mol/mol Fc) to 0.361 (mol/mol Fc). Furthermore, the sialic acid levels of IVIg preparations and Fc fragments from different Chinese manufactures were significantly different. These findings will contribute to an increased understanding of Chinese IVIg preparations and the relationship between the sialic acid levels in IVIg preparations and their clinical efficacy in future clinical studies.  相似文献

Angelica sinensis (Danggui, DG) parched with alcohol (Jiu Danggui, JDG) and charred DG are the main processed products of DG, which are used to treat blood stasis syndrome (BSS). However, their therapeutic effect and mechanisms are still unclear. Based on an acute rat BSS model, the intervention effects of DG and its processed products (DGPPs) were evaluated by the hemorheology and coagulation function parameters. Meanwhile, plasma and urine metabolites were detected and analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry and multivariate statistical analysis method. The results of hemorheology, coagulation function parameters and metabolomics all showed that the BSS model was successfully established, DGPPs intervention could significantly relieve rats BSS and the therapeutic effect of JDG was best. Moreover, 23 differential metabolites (14 in plasma and nine in urine) were identified that were closely related to the BSS, involving seven potential target metabolic pathways. DGPP intervention showed different degrees of reverse effect on these metabolites. JDG was the most effective owing to extensive regulation effect on differential metabolites. This study provides a reference for understanding the pathological mechanism of BSS and the mechanism of DGPPs, which lays a theoretical foundation for the rational use of DGPPs in clinical practice.  相似文献
