本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SiO2增透膜,然后对其进行等离子体结合六甲基二硅胺烷(HMDS)表面改性处理。研究了后处理改性对增透膜表面形貌、微观结构、光学性能及激光损伤性能的影响规律,获得了抗真空有机污染的二氧化硅增透膜。结果表明,增透膜在采用等离子体结合HMDS表面改性处理后,膜层收缩、粗糙度下降、极性羟基等有机基团含量减少;两步后处理改善了增透膜膜层结构和光学性能,显著提高了膜层疏水能力和真空条件下的抗污染性能,并且对溶胶-凝胶二氧化硅增透膜的高损伤阈值属性不产生影响。 相似文献

By means of collision models(CMs) where the environment is simulated by a collection of ancillas consisting of two entangled qubits, we investigate the effects of entanglement in the environment on the non-Markovianity of an open quantum system. Two CMs are considered in this study, in the first one the open quantum system S directly collides with the environment,while in the second one the system interacts with two intermediate qubits which, in turn, are coupled to the environment. We show that it is possible to enhance the non-Markovianity by environment entanglement in both models. In particular, in the second model, we show that the initial state of the auxiliary qubits can also affect the non-Markovianity of the system and there exists the optimal combination of the initial environmental state and the initial state of auxiliary qubits. Proper maintenance schedule is required to improve manufacturing systems’ profitability and productivity. A novel dynamic maintenance strategy is thus developed to incorporate both the single-machine optimization and the whole-system schedule for series–parallel system. Firstly, multiple attribute value theory and maintenance effects are considered in the single-machine optimization. A developed multi-attribute model (MAM) is used to determine the optimal maintenance intervals. Then, a series–parallel structure of the system is investigated in terms of the whole-system schedule. Maintenance time window (MTW) programming is presented to make a cost-effective system schedule by dynamically utilizing maintenance opportunities. The maintenance scheme achieved by using the proposed MAM–MTW methodology is demonstrated through a case study in a hydraulic steering factory. Bulk viscosity for interacting strange quark matter and r-mode instability windows for strange stars
We investigate the bulk viscosity of strange quark matter in the framework of the equivparticle model,where analytical formulae are obtained for certain temperature ranges,which can be readily applied to those with various quark mass scalings.In the case of adopting a quark mass scaling with both linear confinement and perturbative interactions,the obtained bulk viscosity increases by 1-2 orders of magnitude compared with those in bag model scenarios.Such an enhancement is mainly due to the large quark equivalent masses adopted in the equivparticle model,which are essentially attributed to the strong interquark interactions and are related to the dynamical chiral symmetry breaki ng.Due to the high bulk viscosity,the predicted damping time of oscillatio ns for a can on ical 1.4 M⊙ strange star is less than one millisecond,which is shorter than previous findings.Consequently,the obtained r-mode instability window for the canonical strange stars well accommodates the observational frequencies and temperatures for pulsars in low-mass X-ray binaries(LMXBs). 相似文献

PbI2/MoS2,as a typical van der Waals(vdW)heterostructure,has attracted intensive attention owing to its remarkable electronic and optoelectronic properties.In this work,the effect of defects on the electronic structures of a PbI2/MoS2 heterointerface has been systematically investigated.The manner in which the defects modulate the band structure of PbI2/MoS2,including the band gap,band edge,band alignment,and defect energy-level density within the band gap is discussed herein.It is shown that sulfur defects tune the band gaps,iodine defects shift the positions of the band edge and Fermi level,and lead defects realize the conversions between the straddling-gap band alignment and valence-band-aligned gap,thus enhancing the light-absorption ability of the material. 相似文献
