The geometries of the most stable isomers of gold telluride systems AuTe, Au2Te, and AuTe2 are determined using the MP2 method. The aspect of gold—telluride interaction, the electron correlation, and relativistic effects on geometry and stability are investigated at the MP2 and CCSD(T) theoretical levels. The results show that the electron correlation and relativistic effects are responsible not only for gold—gold attraction but also for additional gold—telluride interaction. The gold—telluride interaction is strong enough to modify the known pattern of bare gold clusters. Both effects are essential for determining the geometry and relative stability of this type of systems.  相似文献

[reaction: see text]. A series of 12alpha,13alpha-aziridinyl epothilone derivatives were synthesized in an efficient manner from epothilone A. The final semisynthetic route involves a formal double-inversion of stereochemistry at both the C12 and C13 positions. All aziridine analogues were tested for effects on tubulin binding polymerization and cytotoxicity. The results indicate that the aziridine moiety is a viable isosteric replacement for the epoxide in the case of epothilones.  相似文献

The cellular mechanism based on P-glycoprotein (PGP) for its drug pump function has become very important in multidrug resistance (MDR) research. A method has been established to characterize PGP on single K562 cell by coupling capillary electrophoresis with laser induced fluorescence detection. A permeable intact cell after the immunoassay binding with fluorescence labeling antibody was injected into the capillary and directly separated without lysis. It was found that once 5-10 optional cells were detected in batch, the PGP amount on this cell line could be outlined and calculated clearly. The PGP amount on K562 MDR cell line is 3.88 times higher than that on K562 sensitive cell line. These two cell lines with immunoassay binding were also analyzed by injection of multi-cells in order to improve the throughput. A resistance factor so called multidrug resistance multiple (MRM) was introduced to evaluate the MDR difference between cell lines. The MRM values of the cell line K562 measured by single cell analysis are well correlated with those by flow cytometry, which also prove the validity of our method in single cell analysis for the possibility of cancer diagnosis, pharmacokinetics and drug screening in future.  相似文献

The H2, N2/H2, CO2/H2, N2O/H2, CO/H2 and CH4 chemical ionization mass spectra of thirteen C8 to C11 alkylbenzenes are reported. Characteristic hydride and alkide ion abstraction reactions are observed with all reagent gases. The major fragmentation reactions of [MH]+ are olefin elimination to form a protonated arene and arene elimination to form an alkyl ion. From the effect of structure and protonation exothermicity it is concluded that rearrangement of primary alkyl groups to the more stable secondary or tertiary structure occurs prior to alkyl ion formation. A detailed fragmentation mechanism for protonated arenes is proposed. The ‘effective’ proton affinity of the methane-derived reagent system is estimated to be ~556 kJ mol?1.  相似文献

A simple high-performance liquid chromatographic method – ion-pair reversed- phase high performance liquid chromatography (RPIC) has been developed and employed for the analysis of zoledronic acid and its related substances in bulk material and commercial dosage forms. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol (20%) and 5 mmol L–1 phosphate buffer (80%) containing 6 mmol L–1 tetrabutylammonium bromide, adjusted to pH 7.0 with sodium hydroxide. C8 column was used as the stationary phase. The chromatographic conditions were optimized. The active ingredient – zoledronic acid was successfully separated from its related substances, including remained imidazol-1-yiacetic acid in the synthesis of zoledronic acid and other possible impurities of oxidation and decomposition. The excipients did not interfere with the determination of zoledronic acid in commercial dosage formulations. The method was rapid, simple, accurate and reproducible. It was not only successfully employed for the assay of zoledronic acid in bulk material and pharmaceutical dosage forms but also for the determination of its related substances.  相似文献

It is recognized that aluminium (Al) is a potential environmental hazard. Acidic deposition has been linked to increased Al concentrations in natural waters. Elevated levels of Al might have serious consequences for biological communities. Of particular interest is the speciation of Al in aquatic environments, because Al toxicity depends on its forms and concentrations. In this paper, advances in analytical methodologies for Al speciation in environmental and biological samples during the past five years are reviewed. Concerns about the specific problems of Al speciation and highlights of some important methods are elucidated in sections devoted to hybrid techniques (HPLC or FPLC coupled with ET-AAS, ICP-AES, or ICP-MS), flow-injection analysis (FIA), nuclear magnetic resonance (27Al NMR), electrochemical analysis, and computer simulation. A sheathless and electrodeless nanospray interface has been used to interface a polycarbonate capillary electrophoresis (CE) chip to a mass spectrometer (MS). The chip was made of two flat polycarbonate plates which were bolted together. Channels were imprinted in one of the plates with metal wires, using a hydraulic press. A short tapered capillary connected to the chip was used as the nanospray emitter. The advantage of this electrodeless interface is that it was not necessary to apply a electrospray voltage to the chip or the nanospray emitter. Instead, the CE voltage already applied to the buffer compartment on the chip, to drive the electrophoresis, was used to generate the spray also. A low conductivity buffer of 1.25 mmol/L ammonium acetate in 80% methanol was used to obtain a large electric field across the buffer channel. The performance of the device was evaluated by analyzing a mixture of three beta-agonists Relative standard deviation (RSD) values obtained were between 4.8 and 5.0%. A sample concentration of 40 nmol/L resulted in a signal-to-noise ratio of 2 to 5 for the different components. Compared to a conventional CE analysis in a fused silica capillary with UV detection, only a minor loss of resolution was observed, which can be attributed to the design of the chip.  相似文献

A series of sterically demanding diporphyrins H2(por)-X-(por)H2 ligands that contain spacers (X) with different degrees of flexibility were synthesized from the trimesitylporphyrin derivatives 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-10,15,20-trimesitylporphyrin (TMP-OH)H2 (1a) and 5-(2,6-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-10,15,20-trimesityl-porphyrin, (DMTMP-OH)H2 (1b). The monomeric porphyrins 1a,b, which have steric demands similar to that of tetramesitylporphyrin, (TMP)H2, and carry a hydroxyl functional group at the para position of one of the mesophenyl substituents, were constructed from reaction of pyrrole with two aromatic aldehydes by a mixed aldehyde condensation approach. The diporphyrins with alkyl diether tethers were obtained stepwise from reactions of the hydroxy functionalized porphyrins 1a,b with dibromides Br(CH2)nBr. The diporphyrin which contains a more rigid m-xylylene spacer, was made directly from reaction of 1b with alpha,alpha'-dibromo-m-xylene. Rhodium was inserted into the porphyrins using Rh2(CO)2Cl2 and converted to dimethyl complexes Me-Rh(Por)-X-(Por)Rh-Me. The dirhodium(II) derivatives .Rh(por)-X-(por)Rh.) were generated by photolysis of the dimethyl complexes and observed to occur as stable bimetalloradicals because the ligand steric demands prohibit Rh(II)-Rh(II) bonding. EPR spectra of the dirhodium(II) derivatives, triphenyl phospine adducts, and dioxygen complexes are reported. The kinetic advantage of bimetalloradical complexes for substrate reactions that have two metal-centered radicals in the transition state is demonstrated by reactions of dihydrogen with dirhodium(II) bimetalloradical complexes.  相似文献
