Organic Reactions in Ionic Liquids： An Efficient Method for the Synthesis of Phenacyl Esters by Reaction of Carboxylic Acids with α-Bromoacetophenone Promoted by Potassium Fluoride

An efficient method is reported for the synthesis of phenacyl esters by reaction of carboxylic acids with a-bromoacetophenone promoted by potassium fluoride in ionic liquid [Bmim]PF6, the yield of the reaction is almost quantitative and the products are essentially pure.

A New Technique of Synthesizing 10—Hydroxy—5—methyl—5,10—dihydrophenophosphazine 10—Oxide

10-Hydroxy-5-methyl-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide(1)was prepared by a new technique of treating 10-methoxy-5,10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide(2)with an equivalent of NaH in anhydrous DMF,and then at 120℃ for 3-4h,which not only avoided poisonous and expensive methyl iodide used in literature,but made the consumption of NaH greatly decrease as well.The possible reaction mechanism was also described.The chemical structure of 1 was confiremed by IR,NMR,and mass spectroscopy.     

Two Novel Myrinsol Diterpenes from Euphorbia prolifera

Two novel diterpenes,Euphorprolitherin A(1) and Euphorprolitherin B(2), were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia prolifera. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods.

聚环硫氯丙烷或环硫氯丙烷与环氧氯丙烷共聚物，在少量二乙烯三胺存在下制得交联预聚物，将交联预聚物分别与硫代硫酸钠，叠氮化钠反应，制得四种侧链带有硫代硫酸根或叠氮基的新型螯合树脂。它们对贵金属离子具有较高的吸附容量和较好的吸附选择性。     

王冠高聚物担载四核钴羰基簇催化剂的醛化反应活性

本文用二苯并-18-冠-6高聚物作因相化载体,通过化学健合,合成了担载的四核钴羰基簇催化剂Crown-Co_4。,并对该催化剂进行了元素分析、红外光谱及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方面的测试分析;还考察了不同温度、不同极性溶剂及不同类型烯烃对醛化活性的影响。实验证明,该催化剂对直链端位烯烃的醛化活性高于均相的苯基-四核钴羰基簇催化利Ph-Co_4。。二苯并-18-冠-6高聚物载体能明显改善催化性能。     

手性双氨基醇-Et2Zn催化的不对称直接羟醛缩合反应

以1,3-二溴丙酮和(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-四氢吡咯为原料,合成了两种新型手性氨基醇1,3-双[(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-1-四氢吡咯基]丙酮(3)和1,3-双[(2'S)-(二苯基羟甲基)-1-四氢吡咯基]-2-丙醇(4),总产率分别为39%和35%.手性双氨基醇3-/4-Et2Zn可催化未修饰醛、酮的不对称直接羟醛缩合反应,对映体过量最高9%.     

110K铋基超导相形成的组成条件

Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O超导材料中存在110K和80K2个超导相。其组成是Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y和Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O。但迄今为止,在按2223组成比合成的未掺杂Bi系超导材料中从未得到过纯的110K相,也未见过组成为2223,零电阻温度在100K以上材料的报道。为了探索形成110K相的最佳条件,本文以2223组成比为参考,合成了5个系列材料:Bi_xSr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y,Bi_2Sr_xCa_2Cu_3O_y,Bi_2Sr_2Ca_xCu_3O_y,Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_xO_y,Bi_i Sr_uCa_yCu_wO_s。     

BiPbSbSrCaCuO的超导电性

据报,在BiPbSrCaCuO中加Sb形成BiPbSbSrCaCuO体系的T_c可达130K。但其组成、结构、性质等均未见详细报道。我们合成了一系列BiPbSbSrCaCuO,发现了一个具有2212相结构、但T_c却为～110K的超导相。 试样制备包括将Bi_2O_3,PbO,Sb_2O_3,SrCO_3,CaO和CuO(AR级)混匀、碾磨、于     

弱酸树脂D113对S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸的交换行为及分离应用研究

考察了S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸 (S-adenosyl-L-methionine, SAM) 在弱酸树脂争光D113上的静态吸附及分离行为,利用Langmuir等温式对平衡等温线进行了拟合,实验表明,随着pH的提高,平衡交换量增加,提高温度和SAM的初始浓度在一定程度上能促进内扩散过程,利用D113树脂在f 1.7×30.0cm小型柱上从酵母提取液中分离SAM的得率为90%以上,纯度达87%以上。
