Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structural Characterization of a Novel Organic—Inorganic Hybrid Compound {[Cu（2,2′—bpy）2]2—Mo8O26}

A novel organic-inorganic hybrid compound {[Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2Mo8O26} has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group, Pna21,with a=2.4164(5),b=1.8281(4),c=1.1877(2)nm,V=5.247(2)nm^3,Z=4,and final R1=0.0331,wR2=0.0727.The structure consists of discrete {[Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]2Mo8O26} clusters,constructed from a β-octamolybdate subunit[Mo8O26]^4- covalently bonded to two [Cu(2,2′-bpy)2]^2 coordination complex cations via bridging oxo groups.In addition,the spectroscopic properties and thernal behavior of this compound have been investigated by spectroscopic techniques (UV-vis,IR,Raman and EPR spectra) and TG analysis.     

化学模式识别技术评价中药厚朴质量的研究

本文对不同产地和市售的二十四种厚朴药材及饮片的萃取液进行了高效液相色谱、气相色谱及紫外光谱分析;对所得数据用主成分分析进行分类,概括出不同样品化学成分的异同,认为大叶木兰可做为厚朴的代用品,而在陕西安康购得的样品不应做厚朴使用,后者经生药学鉴定为厚朴伪品凹叶木兰。化学模式识别技术可为寻找药材的代用品、评价中药质量及鉴定伪劣药材提供依据。

A Novel Green Synthesis of Quinolines through Acid-catalyzed Friedlander Reaction in Ionic Liquids

Quinoline derivatives were efficiently prepared through acid-catalyzed Friedlander reaction in ionic liquid ([bmim] [BF4]). It is shown that the proposed method is operationally simple and environmentally benign in that the reaction media and the catalyst can be recovered and be reused effectively for at least four times.     

Surprising selectivity in the transformation of dimethoxy azaindoles

Transformation of 4,7-dimethoxy-6-azaindole into 4-hydroxy-7-methoxy-6-azaindole or 7-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-azaindole can be readily controlled by careful selection of a reagent. Treatment with concentrated HCl results in hydrolysis at the 4-position exclusively, while TMS-I provides demethylation at the 7-position only. Products were unambiguously identified by single crystal X-ray crystallography.

GC/MS SIM法快速测定酒中的游离脂肪酸

本文介绍一种简单、快速、灵敏、直接分析酒中游离脂肪酸的测定方法。用涂有OV-17熔融石英毛细管柱。选择游离脂肪酸质谱图中的基峰离子m/z 60进行SIM检测。定量测定了茅台酒、珍酒及鸭溪窖酒中十二种游离脂肪酸。

微克级样品的NMR实验技术研究

作者在500兆周NMR波谱仪上,实验测定了微克级样品的NMR谱图,并讨论了微量NMR技术的一些主要因素。除了尽量选用高场仪器及保持其操作参数最佳化外,样品的制备技术,如选用高纯度氘化试剂,消除溶剂、样品中微量水分等,也是影响实验成败的重要因素。     

10°锥角台锥型液相色谱柱尺寸等比例放大和柱内谱带流型的可视化研究

摘要利用改进的可视化装置, 研究了10°锥角的台锥型液相色谱柱内的谱带流型与柱参数变化的关系. 将有机玻璃柱管加工成内圆台外方型的一体结构, 选择折射率一致的色谱固定相硅胶和流动相环己烷, 使整个色谱柱成为高度清晰的透明体, 能直接观察柱中彩色样品谱带的动态三维流型. 研究结果表明, 在实验条件范围内, 流动相流速对谱带流型无影响, 填料的形状和性质对塞子状流型有一定程度的影响. 比较了柱长为5cm和等比例放大后柱长为10cm锥型柱内的流型, 发现放大后的锥型柱内仍然保持塞子状流型, 总柱效等比例增加. 表明继续按比例放大成为工业规模色谱柱后仍能保持塞子状流型.
