The problem of simultaneous motion about a fixed point O of a solid body and unevenly heated viscous incompressible fluid completely filling a finite cavity of the body is considered in linear formulation. The center of mass of the system body plus fluid in the state of mechanical equilibrium is assumed to coincide with point O. The theorem on solvability of the Cauchy problem for small unsteady equilibrium perturbations is proved, and normal perturbations and the spectrum of the problem arising in the analysis of such perturbations are investigated. It is shown that the whole spectrum consists of normal eigenvalues and lies in some half-band containing the real axis. It is shown that the respective system of root vectors is complete. Properties of the spectrum and the dependence on Rayleigh numbers are investigated. Rayleigh numbers for which the real parts of eigenvalues are positive,i.e. when the generated oscillating normal perturbations are damped in time, are evaluated in the case of the fluid being heated from below and above. 相似文献

The magneto-volume effect is discussed in terms of the recent unified theory of ferromagnetic metals based on general spin fluctuations. Explanations are given for the large negative thermal expansion observed in weakly ferromagnetic metals and for the invar effect in some f.c.c. alloys. A novel two-dimensional (2D) chromatographic method is developed to separate proteins from malignant breast cancer whole cell lysates. Protein mixtures are first separated according to their pIby chromatofocusing followed by an orthogonal non-porous reversed-phase separation. An important advantage of this 2D chromatographic method is that, unlike gel-based methods, it does not result in methionine oxidation. The lack of methionine oxidation during separation is demonstrated by the analysis of protein tryptic digests using matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) MS. Our novel 2D chromatographic method used in combination with on-target light-induced methionine oxidation provides a means for studying methionine-containing peptides. Methionine residues in peptide sequences are partially oxidized with light exposure. Neither the location nor the modification of methionine in the peptide sequence affects the oxidation. As a result, multiple peaks are observed in MALDI-TOF-MS spectra after light exposure. Sequence information derived from light-induced methionine can be applied to enhance the database search results obtained through peptide mass fingerprinting. 相似文献

In this paper, a special kind of partial algebras called projective partial groupoids is defined.It is proved that the inverse image of all projections of a fundamental weak regular ^*-semigroup under the homomorphism induced by the maximum idempotent-separating congruence of a weak regular ^*-semigroup has a projective partial groupoid structure. Moreover, a weak regular ^*-product which connects a fundamental weak regular ^*-semigroup with corresponding projective partial groupoid is defined and characterized. It is finally proved that every weak regular ^*-product is in fact a weak regular ^*-semigroup and any weak regular ^*-semigroup is constructed in this way. 相似文献

可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)是利用半导体激光器的波长调谐特性,扫描待测气体特征吸收线,从而获得待测气体的浓度信息。基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱的自平衡检测方法能够有效地消除激光器光强波动等共模噪声和其他同性干扰的影响。实验表明自平衡检测方法可以获得较理想的结果,检测限低于体积比1.2×10-6,与直接吸收光谱法相比降低了一个数量级。自平衡检测电路简单,自带的电子增益补偿机制能够自动进行平衡探测,该方法不用加信号调制和锁相放大器,直接探测待测气体的吸收光谱,从而降低成本,减小系统装置体积,易于集成为便携式痕量气体检测仪。 相似文献

A cascaded Fresnel digital hologram (CFDH) is proposed, together with its mathematical derivation. Its application to watermarking has been demonstrated by a simulation procedure, in which the watermark image to be hidden is encoded into the phase of the host image. The watermark image can be deciphered by the CFDH setup, the reconstructed image shows good quality and the error is almost closed to zeros. Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) has been widely employed in atmospheric trace gases detection. In the measurement of these trace gases, harmonic detection combined with a multi-pass white cell could remarkably enhance the detection sensitivity. In this paper, a portable TDLAS system built specifically for long time monitoring methane in the atmosphere is introduced. The detection limit is below 100 ppb that is enough for the monitoring of ambient methane, and the long time monitoring results obtained in Beijing are given, which is well coincident with that of the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. 相似文献
