A renewable amperometric immunosensor based on the sol-gel technique has been constructed by dispersing graphite, complement 3 (C3) antiserum, and sol-gel at low temperature. The prepared immunosensor is rigid, porous, and has a renewable external surface. A competitive binding assay has been used to determine C3 in human serum with the aid of C3 labeled with horseradish peroxidase. The enzyme-labeled antigen can readily diffuse toward the encapsulated antibody, which retains its binding properties. The experimental conditions for the assay with the biocomposite, including the loading of C3 antiserum in the biocomposite, the amount of labeled C3 in incubation solution, incubation time, and temperature, have been optimized. Using C3 labeled with horseradish peroxidase, and o-AP as the substrate, amperometric detection at -150 mV (relative to the SCE) results in a linear detection range of 1.17-35.1 microg mL(-1), with a detection limit of 0.56 microg mL(-1). Serum samples have been assayed and the results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed immunosensor for clinical analysis. The surface of the immunosensor can be renewed simply by polishing to obtain a fresh immunocomposite ready to use in a new competitive assay.  相似文献

The effects of various burning rate catalysts on thermal decomposition of cured glycidyl azide polymer (GAP)-ammonium perchlorate (AP) propellants have been studied by means of thermal analysis and a modified vacuum stability test (MVST). Four types of iron-containing catalysts examined in this paper are catocene, ferrocenecarboxaldehyde (FCA), ferrocene, and ferric oxide. Results of differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG) revealed that the catalysts play an important role in the decomposition of both AP and GAP. The peak decomposition temperature (T m) of DTA curves and onset decomposition temperature (T o) of TG patterns considerably shifted to a lower temperature as the concentration of catalysts increased in the propellants. The endothermic temperature of AP, however, is unaffected by the presence of burning rate catalysts in all cases. The activation energy of decomposition of the propellants in range of 80 to 120°C is determined, based on the MVST results.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列多晶CMR材料La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xCuxO3(x=0%,1%,5%,10%,15%,20%)。在77-350 K温度范围内测量了样品的电阻率及磁电阻大小。实验结果发现:系列样品TC随掺杂量增加而递减;系列样品的电阻率峰及磁电阻峰在整个测温范围内随掺杂量的增加均依次被展宽直至消失,当掺杂量为x≥10%时,电阻率随温度的变化在整个测温范围内呈现绝缘相行为;同时还发现,掺杂量为x≥10%时,样品的磁电阻在整个测温区内基本表现为隧穿磁电阻。基于我们采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法提出的逾渗模型及隧穿磁电阻模型,对样品的磁电阻行为进行了很好的解释。对系列样品的ρ-T曲线进行lnρ-T^-(1/4)系拟合,发现掺杂量为x=10%样品在整个温区内的lnρ-T^-(1/4)系基本呈线性。  相似文献

The electrophoretic behavior of a sphere in a non-Newtonian fluid is investigated theoretically by analyzing the phenomenon that occurs in a spherical cavity under the condition of a weak applied electrical field. Non-Newtonian behavior in the liquid phase may be due to, for example, the addition of polymer to a colloidal dispersion to improve its stability. It may also arise from the increase in the volume fraction of the dispersed phase such as the slurry used in chemical mechanical polishing. A Carreau model is adopted to characterize the shear-thinning behavior of the liquid phase. We show that the difference between the mobility of the particle based on the present model and that based on the corresponding Newtonian fluid increases with the decrease in the thickness of a double layer. The shear-thinning nature of the liquid phase has the effect of increasing the mobility.  相似文献

The reaction of [NH4]2[MO2S2], AgI and (n-Bu)4NBr in solid state produced the polyoxometalates [(n-Bu)4N]4[M6O19][Ag2I4] (1, M? Mo; 2, M? W) which were structurally determined. The crystals of 1 and 2 are isomorphous, monoclinic, space group P21/c. 1, a = l.6624(2), b=1.6699(3), c=l.7217(2) nm, β=98.29(1)°, V=4.729(1) nm3, Z=2, R=0.040, Rw“0.037; 2, a = 1.6636(3), b = 1.6733(3), c = 1.7190(3) nm, β=98.25(1)°, V=4.736(l) nm3, Z = 2, R = 0.038, Rw = 0.047. The results of the structure determination showed that the two compounds had the same structures whose skeletons are composed of [Ag2I4]2. and [M6O19]2-. The difference of them and heteropolymetalate compounds synthesized in solution is that the title compounds contain cluster. ion, heteropolymetalate and organic cations, while the latter is only composed of heteropolymetalate and organic cations.  相似文献

The high-pressure Raman studies of 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) single crystals and polycrystalline CuTCNQ are presented in this paper. TCNQ shows a phase transition at 22 kbar, a pressure higher than reported earlier. CuTCNQ undergoes a first order phase transition at 30 kbar, which is characterized by the abrupt disappearance of all the Raman bands.  相似文献

Complexes of rhodium(III) with di-2-pyridyl ketone (dpk), Rh(dpk)(MeCN)Cl3 (1) and cis-[Rh(dpk)2Cl2]+ (2), have been successfully prepared and characterized. At low temperature (77 K), complex (2) in EtOH/MeOH (4:1, v/v) shows a broad, symmetric and structureless red emission with a microsecond lifetime and, hence, is assigned as the dd* phosphorescence. Electrochemical data, including cyclic voltammetry, normal pulse voltammetry, triple pulse voltammetry and controlled potential electrolysis, have been obtained for the two dpk complexes of rhodium(III) in MeCN. On the basis of analysis of the electrochemical (1,2) and luminescence data (2), electron transfer mechanisms are proposed. For complex (1), two reduction processes occur at the metal-localized orbitals with elimination of chlorides during the first reduction step. This is followed by a one-electron reduction at the metal. For complex (2), three electrons are transferred to the metal in two successive reduction steps accompanied by elimination of two chlorides. After these two reduction steps another one-electron reduction occurs at the dpk ligand.  相似文献

The volatile chemical constituents of Artemisia capillaries (an important traditional Chinese medicine) were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and sub-window factor analysis (SFA). Seventy-five components were separated and 43 of them were qualitatively and quantitatively determined, which represented about 89.03% of the total content. This profile was then used to identify and assess the consistency of the herb by using an orthogonal projection method. Four different sources of A. capillaries were analyzed and compared with each other. Among the components determined, there were 51 components coexisting in all samples although the relative peak areas of a few showed variations. It is the first time to apply orthogonal projection method to the comparison of different samples, and it reduces the burden of qualitative analysis as well as the subjectivity. The results showed a fair consistency in their GC-MS fingerprint. A. capillaris was distinguished from Artemisia sacrorum L., a possible substitute in traditional Chinese medicine by comparing the fingerprints with each other.  相似文献

A new isoprenyl phenyl ether, 3-hydroxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)benzoic acid methyl ester (1), together with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 2-hydroxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (3), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (4) were isolated from Mangrove fungus (No. B60) from the South China Sea. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. In the preliminary bioassay, compound 1 exhibited antibacterial and antifungal activities. Compound 1 also inhibited cytotoxicity to the hepG2 cell line with an IC50 value of 10.0 μg/mL.
