Electroluminescent intensity and external quantum efficiency (EQE) in ultraviolet organic light‐emitting diodes (UV OLEDs) have been remarkably enhanced by using a graded hole‐injection and ‐transporting (HIT) structure of MoO3/N,N ′‐bis(naphthalen‐1‐yl)‐N,N ′‐bis(phenyl)‐benzidine/MoO3/4,4′‐bis(carbazol‐9‐yl)biphenyl (CBP). The graded‐HIT based UV OLED shows superior short‐wavelength emis‐ sion with spectral peak of ~410 nm, maximum electroluminescent intensity of 2.2 mW/cm2 at 215 mA/cm2 and an EQE of 0.72% at 5.5 mA/cm2. Impedance spectroscopy is employed to clarify the enhanced hole‐injection and ‐transporting capacity of the graded‐HIT structure. This paper performs the two-dimensional, soft-sphere molecular dynamics simulations to study the granular segregation in a binary granular mixture with the same size but different density in the container with the sawtooth base under horizontal vibration. The segregation phase diagram is presented in the acceleration-frequency space. When the acceleration is high enough to result in relative motions of the particles, the system can be in various states (mixed state, vertical and horizontal segregation state), which depend on both acceleration and frequency. Due to the sawtooth base there is stratified flow effect besides density effect. The density effect raises the light particles. The stratified flow drives the particles in the upper levels to the right and the particles in the lower particles to the left, those fact results in the appearance of the left segregation state. The left segregation state can be changed to the right segregation by changing the shape of the sawtooth. As the vibration frequency increases, the stratified flow effect becomes weaker and weaker, so at high vibration frequencies the vertical segregation state appears instead of the left segregation state.  相似文献

The characteristics of various types of refrigerator noise were investigated in an anechoic chamber and in a real living environment - a 100 m2 apartment which is a common size in Korea. It was found that the sound pressure level of the refrigerator noise in the real living room was about 10 dB higher than the level in the anechoic chamber at the same position (1 m in front of refrigerator). In addition, a tolerance level for refrigerator noise was determined by subjective evaluation experiments. Refrigerator noise was presented by a loudspeaker placed in the kitchen where the refrigerator is normally located. Level 2 responses to the subjective evaluation (“hardly perceivable”) corresponded to a sound pressure level of about 26 dB(A), for which 90% of participants were satisfied with the level of refrigerator noise. A semantic differential test using various adjectives was also conducted to evaluate the sound quality of refrigerator noise. With the semantic differential and the factor analysis, adjectives used in this experiment were grouped into three factors. From the results of correlation and multiple regression analyses on the psychoacoustical parameters and subjective evaluations of 30 kinds of refrigerators, sound quality index which predict the subjective rating score were proposed.  相似文献

The results show that Zn d-X p orbital interactions play an important role in the p-type doping tendency in zinc-based Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductors. In ZnX, with increasing atomic number of X, Zn d-X p orbital interactions decrease and Zn s-X p orbital interactions increase. Additionally, substituting group-V elements for X will reduce the Zn d-X p orbital interactions while substituting group-VII elements for X will increase the Zn d-X p orbital interactions. The results also show that group-V-doped ZnX and group-Ⅷ-doped ZnX exhibit different optical behaviours due to their different orbital interaction effects.  相似文献

本研究利用低温间质隔离技术搭配红外光谱仪研究CH3ONO在p-H2间质中的光解产生CH3O。实验观察到位于689.3/694.6cm-1、945.9/951.7cm-1、1041.8cm-1、1224.7cm-1、1235.5cm-1、1347.7cm-1、1365.4cm-1、1427.5cm-1、1519.5cm-1、1522.3cm-1等处的CH3O红外吸收谱线,并分析得出各振动模式分别为电子态E1/2a1对称性的ν6、电子态E1/2a2对称性的ν6、电子态E3/2对称性的ν2、电子态E3/2e对称性的ν6、电子态E1/2e对称性的ν6、电子态E1/2a1对称性的ν5、电子态E3/2对称性的ν2、电子态E1/2对称性的ν2、电子态E3/2e对称性的ν5及电子态E1/2e对称性的ν5。  相似文献

无损血糖监测是一种方便且无痛的血糖监测方法。目前,大部分的血糖检测方法都是有损的。提出了一种基于近红外反射光谱的无损血糖检测方法。近红外反射光谱是一种安全、简单并且有效的方法,被应用于很多领域。采用口服葡糖糖耐量试验来采集数据,用偏最小二乘回归方法来建模。使用市售血糖仪采指尖血作为参考值,同时用光谱仪提取手掌光谱,共取得42组样本。血糖浓度范围在5~12 mmol·L-1。采用留一法交叉验证,获得所有数据的交叉验证的均方根误差为1.16 mmol·L-1。通过归一化和无关变量消除的预处理方法来减少噪声并消除一些额外因素,优化的均方根误差为0.79 mmol·L-1。基于个人的数据进行建模,得到了远小于整体数据的结果:0.41 mmol·L-1。该方法在个人血糖检测的市场化方面有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

The ratio between the carotenoid and chlorophyll concentrations can indicate the physiology and phenology of plants. Most of the vegetation indices related to the ratio between the carotenoid and chlorophyll contents only consider the reflectance from the adaxial leaf surface. In this study, it was found that the leaf reflectance from the abaxial surface is lower than that of the adaxial surface in the visible wavelength region. On the contrary, the reflectance is higher on the adaxial surface in the near-infrared wavelength region. The difference ratio index resulted in the best correlation with the carotenoid/chlorophyll ratio and was the most robust among all the spectral indices studied when the spectral information on the adaxial and abaxial surfaces was pooled. The result indicated that this index can accurately estimate the carotenoid/chlorophyll ratio because of the insensitivity to the differences between adaxial and abaxial leaf surfaces.  相似文献
