A series of novel 1,2,3-benzotriazin-4-one derivatives were designed,synthesized and their inhibitory activities against leulcotriene A_4 hydrolase aminopeptidase in vitro were evaluated.Many compounds showed moderate to good activities at the concentration of 10 μmol/L.Among them,compound Ⅳ-16 exhibited the highest inhibitory activity up to 80.6% with an IC_(50) of 1.30 ± 0.20 μmol/L The compound Ⅳ-16 was also tested the proliferation inhibitory activities in THP1 human AML cell line and its binding model with LTA_4H enzyme by molecular docking was studied.It indicated that 1,2,3-benzotriazin-4-one was a promising scaffold for further study.The relationship between structure and inhibitory activity was also preliminarily discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, a new technique for discrimination of temperature and strain exploiting the polarization properties of a single normal fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is firstly proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The spectral characterization of the differential group delay (DGD) of the FBG is studied. The evolution of the DGD response of the FBG as a function of temperature and strain is analyzed. The numerical simulations and experimental results suggest that implementing two independent measurements of the resonance wavelength shift and the changes of the DGD can discriminate the temperature and strain effects.  相似文献

The traditional surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Emim][BF4]) have been combined to create a novel efficient medium for chromogenic catalysis of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine with horseradish peroxidase in presence of H2O2. The results have shown the [Emim][BF4] in the mediums can promote the rate of formation of the blue chromogen, the SDS is responsible for the stabilization of the blue chromogen due to the electrostatic attraction between positively charged blue chromogen and the negatively charged surfactant. The SDS/[Emim][BF4] combination not only enhance catalytic activity of HRP remarkably but also stabilize the blue chromogen formed in the HRP oxidation of the substrate TMB compared to the conventional medium. Based on the superior combination of SDS and [Emim][BF4], the colorimetric assay for detecting HRP activity and H2O2 concentration was established. This work demonstrates a novel efficient medium for chromogenic catalysis with potential applications in biosensors and clinical diagnosis.  相似文献

A novel long wavelength photodetector with dual-wavelength spectral response is designed and fabricated using a step-shaped Fabry-Prot (F-P) filter structure.The step-shaped GaAs/AlGaAs distributed Bragg reflectors and the InP PIN photodetector are grown on a GaAs substrate using low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition.High quality GaAs/InP heteroepitaxy is realized by employing a thin low temperature buffer layer.The photodetector structure is optimized by theoretical simulation.This device has a dual-peak distance of 19 nm (1 558 and 1 577 nm).The 3-dB bandwidth of 16 GHz is simultaneously obtained with peak quantum efficiencies of 8.5% and 8.6% around 1 558 and 1 577 nm,respectively.  相似文献

We demonstrated the possibility of designing super-thin electromagnetic cloaks based on spoof surface plasmon (SSP). Using a metamaterial layer, incident waves can be coupled into SSP efficiently at the air/metamaterial interface. Due to the strong surface confinement of SSP, EM waves are squeezed into and propagate in deep sub-wavelength scales. Implementation of an 8.2 GHz cloak less than 1/50 the cloaking diameter was presented using split ring resonator (SRR). Excellent cloaking effect was verified by simulations. Rather than isolating objects from the background, such cloaks can drastically enhance the field intensity around the cloaked object. This is of particular importance in applications such as weak wave detection and near-field sensing.  相似文献

Daihai Lake has faced severe shrinkage in recent years due to over-exploitation. Stable isotopes (D and 18O) and hydrochemistry are employed to investigate the source of lake water to better understand its recharge dynamics. Results show that, in additional to local rainfall, groundwater is also an important water supply to the lake and accounts for a greater proportion. The groundwater is not recharged by local rainfall, but originates from other sources with significantly depleted isotope values. Combined with springs and artesian wells in the basin, it is consistent with the recent discover of external groundwater recharging in Northern China.  相似文献
