用含氨基的偶联剂修饰介孔分子筛MCM-41的表面,将修饰前和修饰后的介孔分子筛分别负载难溶性药物萘普生(NAP),利用X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和N2吸附 脱附分析等技术分别对其进行了结构表征和性能测试。 结果表明,药物分子存在于分子筛的孔道中。 负载在MCM-41中的萘普生溶出速率远优于原料药,60 min时大约溶出70%。 氨基修饰后的药物释放速率比修饰前有所减慢,表明可通过氨基修饰调节释放速率。  相似文献

A photo‐involved Li‐O2 battery with carbon nitride (C3N4) is presented as a bifunctional photocatalyst to accelerate both oxygen reduction and evolution reactions. With illumination in a discharge process, photoelectrons generated in the conduction band (CB) of C3N4 are donated to O2 for O2?, which undergoes a second electron reduction to O22? and gives the final product of Li2O2; in a reverse process, holes left behind in the valence band (VB) of C3N4 plus an applied lower voltage than the equilibrium drive the Li2O2 oxidation. The discharge voltage is significantly increased to 3.22 V, surpassing the thermodynamic limit of 2.96 V, and the charge voltage is reduced to 3.38 V. This leads to a record‐high round‐trip efficiency of 95.3 % and energy density increase of 23.0 % compared to that in the dark.  相似文献

TiO2 nanowires were successfully prepared via a simple hydrothermal method and a layer of sulfurized polyaniline(PANI) was loaded onto their surface to prepare a sensor of elemental mercury at room temperature. The sulfurized PANI/TiO2 composite sensor has a high sensitivity to mercury in a range of density from 5.57 mg/m3 to 126.18 mg/m3 at room temperature. The response time and recovery time are relatively short. We also investigated the sensitivity and response time to other interfering gases, such as NO2, SO2 and NH3. And the sulfurized PANI/TiO2 composite material shows a good selectivity for element mercury. The microscopic structure of the sensor was investigated via X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX). The sulfurized PANI/TiO2 composite material shows a high sensitive response, and good selectivity to element mercury, which is promising for the application in the detection of element mercury.  相似文献

为实现微波光子系统的高集成度、高可靠性,进行了一种微波光子探测器组件的封装设计与实现。介绍了定制化封装设计思路,选择可伐合金作为壳体材料,采用的卧式贴装方案中选用斜面透镜光纤,给出了封装工艺流程和关键工艺点,最终封装的组件光电耦合效率在68%~79%之间,满足总体指标需求。该组件通过混合集成封装方法,实现了微波芯片与光子芯片在同一封装内的阵列化集成及气密性封装。该组件的封装设计与实现方法,可用于其他微波光子产品,有助于提升光载射频传输系统的集成度与可靠性。  相似文献

Amanita poisoning is one of the most deadly types of mushroom poisoning. α-Amanitin is the main lethal toxin in amanita, and the human-lethal dose is about 0.1 mg/kg. Most of the commonly used detection techniques for α-amanitin require expensive instruments. In this study, the α-amanitin aptamer was selected as the research object, and the stem-loop structure of the original aptamer was not damaged by truncating the redundant bases, in order to improve the affinity and specificity of the aptamer. The specificity and affinity of the truncated aptamers were determined using isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), and the affinity and specificity of the aptamers decreased after truncation. Therefore, the original aptamer was selected to establish a simple and specific magnetic bead-based enzyme linked immunoassay (MELISA) method for α-amanitin. The detection limit was 0.369 μg/mL, while, in mushroom it was 0.372 μg/mL and in urine 0.337 μg/mL. Recovery studies were performed by spiking urine and mushroom samples with α-amanitin, and these confirmed the desirable accuracy and practical applicability of our method. The α-amanitin and aptamer recognition sites and binding pockets were investigated in an in vitro molecular docking environment, and the main binding bases of both were T3, G4, C5, T6, T7, C67, and A68. This study truncated the α-amanitin aptamer and proposes a method of detecting α-amanitin.  相似文献

The sluggish kinetics of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction(OER) have always restricted the development of lithium oxygen batteries(LOBs).Herein,hollow carbon spheres loaded with Pd/Pd_4S heterostructure(Pd/Pd_4S@HCS) were successfully prepared via the in-situ deposition to improve the electrocatalytic activities for both ORR and OER in LOBs.With the welldispersed Pd/Pd_4S nanoparticles,the hierarchical composite with large specific surface area offers favorable transport channels for ions,electron and oxygen.Especially,the Pd/Pd_4S nanoparticles could exhibit excellent electrochemical performance for ORR and OER due to their intrinsic catalytic property and interfacial effect from the heterostructure.Therefore,the LOBs with Pd/Pd_4S@HCS as cathode catalyst show improved specific capacities,good rate ability and stable cycling performance.  相似文献
