Requirements vs acceptability in proficiency testing schemes and other interlaboratory comparisons

Many laboratories take part in proficiency testing schemes, external quality assessment programmes and other interlaboratory comparisons. These have many similarities but also important differences in their modus operandi and evaluation of performance of participating laboratories. This paper attempts to highlight both the similarities and differences. It also puts particular emphasis on requirements called ”target values for uncertainty” and their meaning. 多金属氧酸盐在催化、医药和材料等方面的应用越来越成为无机化学研究的热点 [1～ 5] .水热合成技术在合成多核金属氧酸盐中有独特的优点 .在众多的钼钒酸盐中 ,只有几种双帽及四帽 Keggin结构被合成出来 [6～ 13 ] .本文报道一种含有不同配位阳离子的四帽 Keggin结构砷钼钒酸盐 [Co(en) 3 ]·[Co(en) 2 (H2 O) 2 ]2 · [Mo 4 Mo 4 V 8O4 0 (As O4 ) ]的合成与结构 .该化合物的结构是由不同的阳离子1个 [Co(en) 3 ]3 + 和 2个 [Co(en) 2 (H2 O) 2 ]2 + 及簇阴离子 [Mo 4 Mo 4 V 8O4 0 (As O4 ) ]5- 构成的 .[Mo8V8O4 0 (As O4 ) …     

分光光度法测定铁合金中的磷

以含磷较低的铁合金作底液,以钼酸铵为显色剂,用磷钼蓝光度法测定铁合金中的磷。磷钼蓝的摩尔吸光系数为7.8×10~5L/(mol·cm),与磷钼黄光度法、氟化钠-氯化亚锡还原磷钼蓝光度法相比,测定灵敏度有不同程度的提高。该方法用于实际样品分析,结果准确、可靠。     

没食子单宁类化合物的合成研究

研究了三苄基没食子酰氯与两种葡萄糖衍生物（1,2-O-,1,2：5,6-二-O-异丙叉-α-D-呋喃葡萄糖）的酯化特性。合成了4种典型没食子单宁类化合物,基于薄层色谱与核磁谱图解析,这些化合物的结构得以确定。     

邻苯二酚紫-示波计时电位法测定天然水中不同形态铝

报道邻苯二酚紫-示波计时电位法分别在酸性和碱性条件下直接检测天然水中的无机单核铝和总单核铝浓度。并用该法测定了水样中的总铝,有机单核铝和酸溶态铝,从而实现了天然水中5种Al形态的电化学测定。测定了20多个实际水样,与Driscoll方法进行了对照,结果基本一致。     

18-冠-6与Na2[M(mnt)2](M=Cu,Ni)配合物的合成与结构

研究了18-冠-6分别与Na2[M(mnt)2][M=Cu,Ni;mnt=丁二腈烯二硫醇阴离子,C2S2(CN)^2^-~2]的反应,得到的配合物{[Na(18-C-6)][Na(18-C-6)(H2O)]}[Cu(mnt)2](1),[Na(18-C-6)(H2O)]2[Ni(mnt)2].(18-C-6)(2)通过元素分析、红外光谱、X射线单晶衍射进行了表征。两个配合物均为三斜晶系,空间群P1。1的晶体学结构数据：a=1.22697(19)nm,b=1.22780(19)nm,c=1.5665(3)nm,α=95.083(3)°,β=101.534(3)°,Υ=91.007(3)°,V=2.3016(6)nm^3,Z=2,Dcalcd=1.350g/cm^3,F(000)=976,R1=0.0726,wR2=0.1843.2的晶体学结构数据：a=1.11620(17)nm,b=1.22054(18)nm,c=1.27939(18)nm,α=111.647(2)°,β=29.792(3)°,Υ=103.201(2)°,V=2.5461(4)nm^3,Z=1,Dcalcd=1.304g/cm^3,F(000)=642,R1=0.0459,wR2=0.1003.1中的[Cu(mnt)2]^2^-通过mnt的氮原子与[Na(18-C-6)]^+中的钠原子成键,形成了一维链状结构;[Na(18-C-6)(H2O)]^+只起平衡电荷的作用。2中的[Ni(mnt)2]^2^-也通过配体的mnt氮原子与两个[Na(18-C-6)(H2O)]^+中的钠原子成键,形成稳定的中性配合物。     

Enzymatic epoxidation of soybean oil in the presence of perbutyric acid

Enzymatic epoxidation of vegetable oils using a long chain fatty acid as an active oxygen carrier could produce a desirable epoxy oxygen group content (EOC); however, the acid value (AV) of final epoxidized oil is too high. The present study was to investigate the effect of different fatty acids with varying length of carbon chain on EOC and AV of the final epoxidized soybean oil (ESO); finding butyric acid was the choice of active oxygen carrier when hydrogen peroxide was used as an oxygen donor in the presence of lipase Novozyme 435. And in situ IR was used to monitor the epoxidation process, which revealed that the formation of perbutyric acid was the key step in the whole reaction. The epoxidation process was optimized as follows: molar ratio of butyric acid/C=C bonds of 0.19:1, 8% of immobilized lipase Novozyme 435 load (relative to the weight of soybean oil) and molar ratio of H₂O₂/C=C bonds of 3.5:1, reaction time of 4 h and reaction temperature of 45 °C. Under these conditions, ESO with a high EOC (7.62 ± 0.20%) and a lower AV value (8.53 ± 0.18 mgKOH/g) was obtained. The oxriane conversion degree was up to 97.94%.     

冠醚型电极对局部麻醉药响应功能的研究

用二苯并24-冠-8作为活性物质、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯为增塑剂制得PVC膜电极。电极对局麻药丁卡因、普鲁卡因和利多卡因具有能斯特响应,用于局麻药针剂的测定取得满意的结果。
