A series of symmetrical and asymmetrical microfluidic T-sensors with different inlet angles were fabricated to study the mixing characteristics of a T-type microstructure for generating concentration gradient. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations showed that the concentration gradient, transition zone and diffusion length were different for various configurations and inlet angles. Quick mix and sharp concentration gradient occurred in the asymmetrical structure with large inlet angle. The observed concentration gradients in the fabricated microchannel were consistent with the theoretical prediction. In this microstructure, stagnant zone and z-direction diffusion also affected the concentration gradient. Based on the simulation results, the microfluidic structure was optimized to generate desired concentration gradient for a cell-based study.  相似文献

采用喷雾热解法合成了无团聚的球形(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉。研究了各因素对(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉体的结晶性能、外观形貌及发光强度的影响。结果表明,按120%硼酸的化学计量比于900℃喷雾热解,再经过1200℃后处理2 h,可以合成结晶良好的(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉体;喷雾热解溶液的浓度和载气流量对荧光粉的外观形貌影响较大;铕含量为10%时可以获得最佳的发光强度。在优化喷雾热解实验条件下成功合成出良好发光强度的PDP用(Y0.6Gd0.3)BO3∶Eu0.1荧光粉。  相似文献

Silver halide (AgX) microcrystal was used as template to synthesize hollow polyelectrolyte capsules. These hollow capsules were characterized by laser light scattering (LLS) used to measure the size of the capsules in solution. The ratio of hydrodynamic radius (Rh) from dynamic LLS to the radius of gyration (Rg) from static LLS is almost unity, revealing that the entities are hollow in solution. The results suggest that the LLS method can be regarded as a good complement to the confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) method for the characterization of small hollow capsules, and it possesses the advantage of not needing fluorescence labeling.  相似文献

研究了聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺)(PSAC)载体-氯化钕(NdCl3)络合物对异戊二烯(Ip)聚合的催化行为.PSAC·NdCl3络合物保留了小分子稀土催化剂对双烯烃聚合的催化规律和高度的定向效应.络合物的催化活性随着Nd/Ip和Al/Nd比的增加而增加,所得聚异戊二烯的特性粘数[η]却随之下降.聚异戊二烯的顺式-1,4结构含量达95%.此外,PSAC·NdCl3络合物的活性受PSAC和PSAC·NdCl3的组成与结构的影响.在一定的条件下,络合物的活性随着PSAC中功能团含量的增加而下降.PSAC中单体链节交替分布的程度越低,络合物的活性越高  相似文献

A series of aminoalkyl-substituted polyfluorene copolymers with benzothiadiazole (BTDZ) of different content were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction, and their quaternized ammonium polyelectrolyte derivatives were obtained through a postpolymerization treatment on the terminal amino groups. Copolymers are soluble in environmentally friendlier solvents, such as alcohols. It was found that the efficient energy transfer occurs by exciton trapping on the narrow band gap BTDZ site under UV illumination. Only 1% of BTDZ content is needed to completely quench a fluorene emission for both the neutral and the quaternized copolymers in the neat film. Absolute PL efficiencies of copolymer films were greatly enhanced as a result of the suppression of excimer formation. Light-emitting devices fabricated from these copolymers show high external quantum efficiencies over 3% and 1% for the neutral precursor and the quaternized copolymers, respectively, with high work function metals such as Al as a cathode. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on an electroluminescent polymer which bears the high EL efficiency, the electron-injection ability from high work function metals, and the solubility in environment-friendly solvents at the same time. These features make them a promising candidate for the next generation of light-emitting copolymers in PLED flat panel display application.  相似文献

High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) was used to purify salidroside from an extract of Rhodiola crenulata with two steps using a two-phase solvent system composed of ethyl acetate-n-butanol-water (1:4:5, v/v) in the first run and chloroform-methanol-isopropanol-water (5:6:1:4) in the second run. The method yielded 21.9 mg of salidroside from 1.216 g of the crude sample at 98% purity determined by HPLC analyses. Identification was performed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MS.  相似文献
