Zusammenfassung Die Untersuchung bezieht sich auf eine Ableitung der Luikov-Gleichungen, mittels deren sich der Vorgang der Sublimationstrocknung analysieren läßt. Physikalische Anfangssituation und Austauschmechanismen werden klar herausgestellt und die in den Luikov-Gleichungen auftretenden Koeffizienten in expliziter Weise angegeben.
