Employing ethyl 2-oxocyclohexanecarboxylate as a novel, efficient, and versatile ligand, the copper-catalyzed coupling reactions of various N/O/S nucleophilic reagents with aryl halides could be successfully carried out under mild conditions. Flower-like ceria (CeO2) architectures consisting of well aligned nanosheets were first synthesized by a glycol solvothermal method. The size of CeO2 architectures is about 5?μm in width and 10?μm in length, with the nanosheets thickness below 100?nm. Subsequently, the adsorbed Ag ions on the surface of CeO2 were in situ reduced to form Ag nanoparticles (NPs), leading to the fabrication of Ag/CeO2 hybrid architectures (HAs). The formed Ag NPs with sizes of 20–40?nm were uniformly loaded on the surface of the CeO2 sheets. The antibacterial properties of Ag/CeO2 HAs against Gram-negative E. coli and Gram-positive S. aureus were evaluated by minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC), and a filter paper inhibition zone method. The results demonstrated that Ag/CeO2 HAs displayed excellent antibacterial activity toward S. aureus and E. coli, which were attributed to the synergistic antibacterial effect between Ag NPs and CeO2 in HAs. Here, CeO2 nanoflowers as a new substrate could restrict Ag NPs aggregations and improve their antibacterial activities. Therefore, the resulted Ag/CeO2 HAs would be considered as a promising antibacterial agent.  相似文献

A simple and efficient copper-catalyzed tandem radical cyclization reaction has been discovered for the synthesis of triaryl [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridines from easily accessible azines and benzylidenmalononitriles. The new transformation involves multiple CH/CC bonds cleavage and CC/CN bonds formation, with extrusion of gaseous hydrogen and methane. A wide variety of substrates with different functional groups could be converted into the corresponding products in good yields. The fused heterocycles have strong blue fluorescence with large Strokes shifts and high quantum yields.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive, and reliable method using gas chromatography (GC)-mass spectrometry (MS) is developed for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine alkaloids and 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) in Ephedra sinica Stapf. The sample is extracted with ethyl ether and submitted to GC-MS for identification and quantitation without derivatization. The column used for GC is an HP-5 (30.0 m x 250 microm x 0.25 microm, 5% phenyl methyl siloxane), and the carrier gas is helium. The detection limits for ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and TMP are 0.4 ng 0.7 ng, and 0.02 ng (signal-to-noise ratio of 3), respectively. The reproducibility of the total procedure is proved to be acceptable (RSD < 2%), and the recoveries are above 93%.  相似文献

Expanding our studies on the anti-angiogenesis activities of 2,4-disubstituted quinazoline derivatives [8], a series of novel N-(2-(quinazolin-2-yl)phenyl)benzamide (SZ) derivatives were designed and synthesized. Cytotoxicity assays indicated that most of these compounds displayed similar cytotoxicity against tumor cells in comparison with our previously reported, but showed a higher cytotoxicity against HUVECs. The SZ derivatives showed a remarkable inhibitive effect against the migration and adhesion of HUVECs, in addition to demonstrating significant in vivo anti-angiogenesis activities in the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay. The results proved that the introduction of an aryl group with a basic amide side chain on the 4′ position linked to the amide of the C-2 substituted quinazoline scaffold is an effective approach to improve the anti-angiogenic activity of quinazoline derivatives.  相似文献
