The intermittent operation of the aprotic Li-O2 battery is systematically studied in this paper. A combined study of the battery charge retention and the electrolyte stability to O2 suggests a low self-discharge rate of the Li-O2 battery, which is a prerequisite to achieve desirable intermittent discharge performance. The battery under intermittent operation exhibits significantly improved discharge performance as compared to the continuously discharged one. It is found that the capacity output is directly associated with the time interval between two discharge steps and with the capacity limit for each discharge step. The open-circuit potential and linear scan voltammetry analyses confirm that a “mass recovery” process, corresponding to the concentration relaxation of the oxygen which is available at the cathode, proceed during the discharge intervals. In the “mass recovery” process, an increased amount of O2 homogeneously redistributes at the electrolyte/carbon interface at both sides of the electrode, which relieves the O2 transport limit, enhances the availability of O2 and the utilization of carbon material for the cathode, and thus significantly improves the discharge performance of the aprotic Li-O2 battery. 相似文献

The blood–brain barrier (BBB) restricts access to the brain of more than 98 % of therapeutic agents and is largely responsible for treatment failure of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). Therefore, it is of great importance to develop a safe and efficient strategy for more effective drug delivery across the BBB into the brain. Inspired by the extraordinary capability of rabies virus (RABV) to enter the central nervous system, we report the development and evaluation of the metal–organic framework-based nanocarrier MILB@LR, which closely mimicked both the bullet-shape structure and surface functions of natural RABV. MILB@LR benefited from a more comprehensive RABV-mimic strategy than mimicking individual features of RABV and exhibited significantly enhanced BBB penetration and brain tumor targeting. MILB@LR also displayed superior inhibition of tumor growth when loaded with oxaliplatin. The results demonstrated that MILB@LR may be valuable for GBM targeting and treatment. 相似文献

A series of [FeNi(1.7 nm)/Cu(tCu)]30/Fe(10 nm) multilayers with the range of tCu from 0.36nm to 4.32nm deposited on glass substrates was studied by measuring the effective optical constants n and k, saturation magnetooptical polar Kerr rotation θ k and ellipticity ηk and evaluating the effective complex off-diagonal elements of the dielectric tensor ε xy ′ and ε xy ″ . It was found that the four primary quantities ε xy ′ , ε xy ″ , n and k vary concurrently with respect to tCu, while the dependences of θ k and η k on tCu differ drastically. To explain this difference the contributions of both the real and imaginary parts of the off- diagonal dielectric tensor elements and the effect of complex optical constants have to be considered. No obvious correlation was found between the variation of ñ, ε~ xy and the oscillations of GMR of the multilayers. 相似文献

在低碱度下采用共沉淀法成功制备了非负载型Ru-Zn催化剂,用于苯选择加氢制环己烯反应.固定氢氧化钠沉淀剂的量,考察了不同氯化锌加入量对催化剂结构和催化性能的影响,采用N2吸附、X射线衍射和程序升温还原等手段对催化剂进行了表征.同时考察了选用具有最佳锌含量的Ru-Zn催化剂时搅拌速度和硫酸锌添加剂等对催化反应性能的影响,最后考察了催化剂多次使用时的反应性能.研究表明, Zn含量16.7%(质量分数)的Ru-Zn催化剂具有最佳的催化性能;在ZnSO4水溶液(0.45 mol/L)中,优化反应条件(哈氏合金釜,1200 r/min,150oC, H2压5 MPa)下反应45 min,苯转化率57%时环己烯选择性可达80%(收率超过45%).钌催化剂中ZnO晶体对于环己烯选择性达到80%非常重要.催化剂回收循环反应5次时反应性能基本不变,表明低碱度下制备的催化剂具有良好的稳定性,显示了工业化应用前景. 相似文献

The fabrication of MFI zeolite films with particular b‐axis orientation is especially fascinating. Unlike the conventional alkaline or hydrofluoric acid (HF) assisted neutral synthesis route, here we develop a novel neutral synthesis solution system of TPABr/fumed silica/H2O without the use of HF and successfully synthesize highly b‐oriented MFI zeolite films on glass‐plate substrates by secondary growth. The localized weak alkaline environment created by the dissolved Na2O species from the substrate is identified as the key factor for the depolymerization of fumed silica and subsequently the in‐plane growth of zeolite seed layers. Continuous b‐oriented MFI films can also be synthesized on other substrates in the presence of a glass plate or a trace amount of NaOH, which making our neutral synthesis route promising for the direct synthesis of MFI zeolite films and membranes on various substrates. 相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中颜料红4等38种限用着色剂的检测方法。样品经四氢呋喃、甲醇、乙酸铵水溶液混合溶剂超声提取后,经离心、氮吹和复溶,于Agilent zorbax SB-Aq色谱柱(150 mm×3.0 mm, 3.5 μm)上进行反相液相色谱分离,以乙腈和含0.075%(v/v)甲酸的30 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。选择254、416、484、514、590和620 nm作为检测波长进行定量分析。结果表明:在1~10 mg/L的质量浓度范围内,38种限用着色剂的色谱峰面积与质量浓度呈线性相关,相关系数(r)大于0.999, LOQ值为5~50 μg/g。在100 μg/g和500 μg/g两个加标水平下,各目标化合物回收率均在93.2%~107.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%(n=6)。该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适合于化妆品中限用着色剂的定性与定量检测。 相似文献

采用电纺工艺制备载豆腐果苷聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮纳米纤维膜.通过偏光显微镜确定电纺条件,利用扫描电镜对纤维膜表面形态进行观察;采用X-射线晶体衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)检测纤维膜中药物的存在状态,通过红外光谱分析药物与纤维基材之间的相互作用.结果表明载药纤维直径分布均匀(400~600 nm)、表面光滑无药物颗粒,药物与聚合物之间通过氢键作用、具有良好的相容性,XRD和DSC结果表明药物以无定形态高度分散于纳米纤维中,纤维膜中药物以"聚合物控释"机制在13.7 s左右完全溶解. 相似文献
