铈杂多配离子-水滑石超分子层柱材料ZnAl-Ce(PMoV)2的插层组装、表征及催化性能

以十四酸根阴离子柱撑Zn-Al水滑石Zn0.77Al0.22(OH)2.0.22C13H27COO.0.81 H2O(记为ZnAl-14A)为预撑前体,在水溶液中用离子交换法将以2∶17缺位杂多酸根离子(P2Mo16VO61)11-记为(P Mo V)为配体的稀土杂多配阴离子Ce(P2Mo16VO61)219-(记为Ce(PMoV)2)插层组装到水滑石层板间,合成了一种具有大的层间距(3.37 nm)的超分子插层材料Zn0.77Al0.23(OH)2.0.0105[Ce(P1.9Mo15.7V1.1O61)2].0.011C13H27COO.0.83H2O(记为ZnAl-Ce(PMoV)2)。用ICP,IR,XRD和DTA对产物的组成和结构进行了表征。结果表明,该产物中Ce(PMoV)2配阴离子沿其长轴垂直于层板的方向分布于水滑石层间;产物具有规整的层状结构和热稳定性;产物对乙酸与正丁醇的酯化反应,二甘醇的脱水-环化反应和H2O2氧化环己烷的反应有良好的催化性能,且易于回收重复使用。     

Synthesis and photoluminescence properties of 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives and their metallic complexes

Three new 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives, i.e. 5-[(4-styryl-benzylidene)-amino]-quinolin-8-ol (1), 5-[(4-bromo-2-fluoro-benzylidene)-amino]-quinoline-8-ol (2) and 2-[2-(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-2yl)-vinyl]-quinolin-8-ol (3), and their metallic complexes were synthesized and identified by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis), ¹H nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), mass spectrometry (MS) spectra and elemental analyses. Their fluorescence properties were studied by photoluminescence, which indicated that the luminescence wavelength of 5-and 2-substitued-8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives shifted to red in comparison with that of 8-hydroxyquinoline. Meanwhile, the fluorescence lifetime of 2-[2-(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-2yl)-vinyl]-quinolin-8-ol and its zinc complex showed long lifetime in benzene solution. __________ Translated from Chinese Journal of Organic Chemistry, 2007, 27(3): 402–408 [译自: 有机化学]     

偏氟乙烯的聚合反应

本文研究了用有机引发剂引发偏氟乙烯的水相聚合,并对制得的聚偏氟乙烯的性质进行了研究。有机引发剂引发聚合的聚偏氟乙烯的热稳定性、强度、结晶度和熔点均比用过硫酸盐引发聚合的聚偏氟乙烯高。     

磁疗手术胆结石的红外光谱观测

本文报道用Nicolet 170 SXFT-IR红外光谱仪观测磁疗手术胆结石、磁疗破碎排出胆结石及服中草药破碎胆结石的红外光谱,分析并比较了它们的光谱特征。     

酞菁锰-表面活性剂薄膜电极的电化学表征及其对三氯乙酸的电化学催化作用的研究

将酞菁锰（ＭｎＰｃ）掺入阳离子表面活性剂双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵（ＤＤＡＢ）的氯仿溶液，并涂布于热解石墨电极表面，待氯仿挥发后即制得ＭｎＰｃ－ＤＤＡＢ薄膜电极。循环伏安实验表明，在ＫＢｒ溶液中，该薄膜电极有两对还原氧化峰，第一对峰的Ｅｐｃ１＝－０．２７Ｖ，Ｅｐａ１＝０．０１Ｖ；第二对峰的Ｅｐｃ２＝－０．７６Ｖ，Ｅｐａ２＝－０．６２Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）。本文着重探讨了第二对峰的电化学行为，估计了该体系的电荷传递扩散系数Ｄｃｔ和表观非均相电极反应速率常数Ｋ０′等电化学参数，并可将该薄膜电极用于催化三氯乙酸的电化学还原。     

24-亚甲基-胆甾-3β,5α,6β,19-四醇——一种罕见的含19-羟基的多羟基甾醇

从我国西沙群岛采集的软珊瑚Nephthea albida和南沙群岛采集的N.tixiexae uer seueldt的乙醇,抽提物中,通过硅胶层析分离出一种罕见的含19-羟基的多羟基甾醇——Nephalsterol-A(1),该物质为无色针状结晶,m.p.242～243℃,[a]_D~(20)=O(C 0.053,CH_3OH),为一新化合物。 (1)的ELMS显示分子离子峰m/z 448,结合~(13) NMR DEPT谱确定(1)的分子式为C_(28)H_(48)     

Two new compounds from Zingiber officinale

A new cyclic diarylheptanoid,1,5-epoxy-3-hydroxy-1-(3-methoxy-4,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-heptane (1),as well as a new monoterpene,10-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-hydroxy cineole (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established based on their spectral data.In addition,the antioxidant activities of these compounds were also measured.     

头发锌含量测定的应用价值评价

以114例2－5岁儿童为对象，同时取其末梢血和头发，测定锌含量。以全血锌值为标准，评价头锌测定的应用价值。结果显示，头发锌测定的灵敏度可达86．1％，特异度为52．4％，符合率为73．7％。     

Hydrogen peroxide-generating nanomedicine for enhanced chemodynamic therapy

Chemodynamic therapy(CDT) is an emerging endogenous stimulation activated tumor treatment approach that exploiting iron-containing nanomedicine as catalyst to convert hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2)into toxic hydroxyl radical(·OH) through Fenton reaction.Due to the unique characteristics(weak acidity and the high H_2O_2 level) of the tumor microenvironment,CDT has advantages of high selectivity and low side effect.However,as an important substrate of Fenton reaction,the endogenous H_2O_2 in tumor is still insufficient,which may be an important factor limiting the efficacy of CDT.In order to optimize CDT,various H_2O_2-generating nanomedicines that can promote the production of H_2O_2 in tumor have been designed and developed for enhanced CDT.In this review,we summarize recently developed nanomedicines based on catalytic enzymes,nanozymes,drugs,metal peroxides and bacteria.Finally,the challenges and possible development directions for further enhancing CDT are prospected.     

A new chemiluminescence reagent for the determination of ruthenium

A new reagent proflavine-N, N, N', N'-tetraacetic acid (PTA) synthesized in our laboratory has been found useful as a chemiluminescence reagent for the determination of ruthenium (Ru) in pH 2.5 sulfuric acid solution containing acetone, it can be oxidized catalytically by hydrogen peroxide. With Ru(III) as catalyst, it emits light selectively. The linear range is between 2.0 x 10(-8) and 2.0 x 10(-5) g/ml. The detection limit and the recovery rate of the method are 1.0 x 10(-9)g/ml and 96.0-102%, respectively. The method has been satisfactorily applied to determine trace Ru(III) in synthesized sample.
