Hexalkylditin is prepared by a Lewis acid-promoted (MgCl2) reductive reaction of bis(trialkyltin) oxide using magnesium metal as reducing agent. Hexabutyl- and hexaphenylditin are synthesized with 95% and 80% yield separately and a radical mechanism is proposed for the reaction condition. Unsymmetric ditin, Bu3Sn-SnPh3, was first synthesized by this reductive method. 相似文献
A facile total synthesis of (±)‐nimbiol 1 has been achieved. In order to decrease the dioxo byproduct 2a , an improved oxidation system of CrO3/H2O/HOAc/NaOAc was used. 相似文献
With the development of transgenic crops, regulations to label the genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and their derived products have been issued in many countries. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methods are thought to be reliable and useful techniques for qualitative and quantitative detection of GMOs. These methods are generally needed to amplify the transgene and compare the amplified results with that of a corresponding reference gene to get the reliable results. Specific primers were developed for the rapeseed (Brassica napus), high-mobility-group protein I/Y(HMG-I/Y) single-copy gene and PCR cycling conditions suitable for the use of this sequence as an endogenous reference gene in both qualitative and quantitative PCR assays. Both methods were assayed with 15 different rapeseed varieties, and identical amplified products were obtained with all of them. No amplification was observed when templates were the DNA samples from the other species of Brassica genus or other species, such as broccoli, stem mustard, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, sprouts, Arabidopsis thaliana, carrot, tobacco, soybean, mung bean, tomato, pepper, eggplant, plum, wheat, maize, barley, rice, lupine, and sunflower. This system was specific for rapeseed. Limits of detection and quantitation in qualitative and quantitative PCR systems were about 13 pg DNA (about 10 haploid genomes) and about 1.3 pg DNA (about 1 haploid genome), respectively. To further test the feasibility of this HMG-I/Y gene as an endogenous reference gene, samples containing transgenic rapeseed GT73 with the inserted glyphosate oxidoreductase (GOX) gene were quantitated. These demonstrated that the endogenous PCR detection systems were applicable to the qualitative and quantitative detection of transgenic rapeseed. 相似文献
In phosphate buffer solution of pH5.4, the interaction of meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin(H2TTP) and Cu-meso-tetrakis(2-thienyl)porphyrin(Cu-TTP) with α-cyclodextrin(α-CD), β-CD, γ-CD, heptakis(2,3,6-tri-O-methyl)-β-CD(TM-β-CD)
has been studied by means of UV-vis, fluorescence and 1HNMR spectroscopy, respectively. The H2TTP and Cu-TTP can form 1:2 inclusion complexes with TM-β-CD and 1:1 inclusion complexes with the other three cyclodextrins.
In this paper, the inclusion constants (K) of H2TTP and Cu-TTP for the formation of the inclusion complexes have been estimated from the changes of absorbance and fluorescence
intensity in phosphate buffer solution. The inclusive capabilities of different kinds of cyclodextrins are compared. The result
shows that the inclusion ability of α-CD with H2TTP and Cu-TTP is the strongest among the three native CDs. The inclusion ability of modified β-CD with H2TTP and Cu-TTP is stronger, compared to the native β-CD, which indicates that the capacity matching plays a crucial role in
the inclusion procedure except for the hydrophobic effect. In addition 1HNMR spectra supports the inclusion conformation of the TM-β-CD-Cu-TTP inclusion complex, indicating the interaction mechanism
of inclusion processes. 相似文献
Photoresists are essential for the fabrication of flexible electronics through all-photolithographic processes. Single component semiconducting photoresist exhibits both semiconducting and photo-patterning properties, and as a result, the device fabrication process can be simplified. However, the design of semiconducting polymeric photoresist with ambipolar semiconducting property remains challenging. In this paper, we report a single component semiconducting photoresist (PFDPPF4T-N3) by incorporating azide groups and noncovalent conformation locks into the side alkyl chains and conjugated backbones of a diketopyrrolopyrrole-based conjugated polymer, respectively. The results reveal that PFDPP4FT-N3 exhibits ambipolar semiconducting property with hole and electron mobilities up to 1.12 and 1.17 cm2 V?1 s?1, respectively. Moreover, field effect transistors with the individual photo-patterned thin films of PFDPPF4T-N3 also show ambipolar semiconducting behavior with hole and electron mobilities up to 0.66 and 0.80 cm2 V?1 s?1, respectively. These results offer a simple yet effective design strategy for high-performance single component semiconducting photoresists, which hold great potential for flexible electronics processed by all photolithography.
