It was studied by spectroscopy that PSII reaction center complex consisting of three polypeptides, D1, D2 and Cytb559, were purified from PSII particle of CeCl3 treated spinach. The results of the experiment show that Ce3+ could improve the growth of spinach, and accelerate electron transport of PSII particles. Of chl-a of UV-Vis spectrum of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex, Soret band was blue-shifted by 3 nm and Q band by 2 nm, respectively, and the fluorescence emission peak was blue-shifted by 5 nm in CeCl3-treated spinach compared with the one in control. By the extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy methods, it has been found that Ce3+ is coordinated with 8 nitrogen atoms in the first coordination shell with Ce-N bond length of 0.253 nm, and Ce3+ with 6 oxygen atoms in the second coordination shell with Ce-O bond length of 0.32 nm. However, the secondary structure of D1/D2/Cytb559 complex by circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy has no significant change after CeCl3 treated. It might be that Ce3+ binds to porphyrin rings of chlorophyll and oxygen of amino acid residue of polypeptide in D1/D2/Cytb559 complex, and then accelerates the primary reaction of PSII, intensifies function of P680+ primary electron donor of D1/D2/Cytb559, but there is little change in conformation of PSII reaction center complex.  相似文献

Some newly synthesized fluorinated nitroxides, such as t-butyl perfluoroalkyl nitroxides ButN(O) Rf (Rf=CF3, 5; C2F5, 6; n-C3F7, 7) and s-butyl perfluoroacyl nitroxides BusN(O) CORf (Rf=CF3, 9; n-C3F7, 10) have been employed as ESR probes of solvation in different common organic solvents. In aprotic solvents, the measured aN values for each of the nitroxyl probes show a linear correlation with the cybotactic polar solvent parameters ET (Dimroth) and Z (Kosowar), i.e. aN=bET+c, and aN=bZ+c′. The physical significance for the slope (b or b′), the slope×ET or slope×Z, the extrapolated intercept on aN axis, c or c′, are linked, respectively, to the sensitivity of a specific nitroxide toward solvation, the magnitude of the overall solvation effect on the aN value, and the intrinsic aN value of each nitroxide in the ideal gaseous state. The intercept on the aN axis may also serve as a new measure of electronegativity for perfluoroalkyl groups, CF3, C2F5, n-C3F7, and perfluoroacyl groups, CF3CO, n-C3F7CO. In protic solvents, i.e. alcohols and carboxylic acids, however, aN values of all the probes, kept almost no change with the increase in ET and Z. Furthermore, the plots of aN versus non-cybotactic solvent constants, such as dipolar moment (μ) and dielectric constant (ε), all show random variations.  相似文献

The underlying mechanisms of stability, metastability, or instability of the Cassie-Baxter and Wenzel wetting modes and their transitions on superhydrophobic surfaces decorated with periodic micropillars are quantitatively studied in this article. Hydraulic pressure, which may be generated by the water-air interfacial tension of water droplets or external factors such as raining impact, is shown to be a key to understanding these mechanisms. A detailed transition process driven by increasing hydraulic pressure is numerically simulated. The maximum sustainable or critical pressure of the Cassie-Baxter wetting state on a pillarlike microstructural surface is formulated for the first time in a simple, unified, and precise form. This analytic result reveals the fact that reducing the microstructural scales (e.g., the pillars' diameters and spacing) is probably the most efficient measure needed to enlarge the critical pressure significantly. We also introduce a dimensionless parameter, the pillar slenderness ratio, to characterize the stability of either the Cassie-Baxter or the Wenzel wetting state and show that the energy barrier for transitioning from the Cassie-Baxter to the Wenzel wetting mode is proportional to both the slenderness ratio and the area fraction. Thus, the Cassie-Baxter wetting mode may collapse under a hydraulic pressure lower than the critical one if the slenderness ratio is improperly small. This quantitative study explains fairly well some experimental observations of contact angles that can be modeled by neither Wenzel nor Cassie-Baxter contact angles and eventually leads to our proposals for a mixed (or coexisting) wetting mode.  相似文献

In this paper, we focus on the traveling wave solutions of the coupled Higgs field equation from the perspective of dynamical systems. Through the phase portraits, in addition to periodic wave solutions and solitary wave solutions, we also obtain explicit periodic singular wave solutions, singular wave solutions and kink wave solutions, which were not found in the previous works. The dynamical behavior of these solutions and their internal relations are revealed through asymptotic analysis. The results will help supplement the study of field equation.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the Novikov equation with weak dissipation terms. First, we give the local well-posedness and the blow-up scenario. Then, we discuss the global existence of the solutions under certain conditions. After that, on condition that the compactly supported initial data keeps its sign, we prove the infinite propagation speed of our solutions, and establish the large time behavior. Finally, we also elaborate the persistence property of our solutions in weighted Sobolev space.  相似文献

For the case in whichC is a closed, convex cone, it is shown that the constrained best interpolation problem can generally be solved by finding the saddle points of a saddle function on the whole space, and, if the explicit characterization is applicable, then solving this problem is equivalent to solving an unconstrained minimization problem for a convex function.  相似文献
