Geometric and electronic properties of Pdn–1Pb and Pdn (n≤8) clusters have been studied by using density functional theory with effective core potentials, focusing on the differences between mono- and bimetallic clusters. The average bond length of Pdn–1Pb (n≤8) bimetallic clusters is longer than that of pure palladium clusters except for n = 2 and 3. The most stable structure of Pdn–1Pb (n≤7) is the singlet where there is at least a Pd or Pb atom on its excited state. The energy gaps of Pd–Pb binary clusters are narrower than those of Pdn clusters, and then the chemical activity is strengthened when Pdn clusters are doped with Pb. 相似文献

Ab initio quantum chemical calculations have been performed on X2Cl? and X2Cl (X = C, Si, Ge) clusters. The geometrical structures, vibrational frequencies, electronic properties and dissociation energies are investigated at the Hartree–Fock (HF), Møller–Plesset second‐ and fourth‐order (MP2, MP4), CCSD(T) level with the 6‐311+G(d) basis set. The X2Cl (X = C, Si, Ge) and X2Cl? (X = Si, Ge) take a bent shape obtained at the ground state, while C2Cl? has a linear structure. The impact on internal electron transfer between the X2Cl and the corresponding anional clusters is studied. The three different types of electron affinities (EAs) at the CCSD(T) are reported. The most reliable adiabatic electronic affinities, obtained at the CCSD(T)/cc‐pvqz level of theory, are predicted to be 3.30, 2.62, and 1.98 eV for C2Cl, Si2Cl, and Ge2Cl, respectively. The calculated EAs of C2Cl and Ge2Cl are in good agreement with theoretical results reported. The mechanism of reductive etherification reactions between aromatic aldehydes and alcohols has been investigated with the DFT(B3LYP)/6-31G method. One or two BH(3) molecules have been used to simulate the role of the catalyst and reducing agent. The solvent effects of the title reactions have been studied by the PCM model. It is found that the reactions between aromatic aldehydes and primary, secondary, and tertiary alcohols can proceed more easily in a polar solvent such as acetonitrile. The results provide evidence in theory to broaden the applications of reductive etherification reactions for the optimization of the radiochemical synthesis process of (18)F-labeled ether radiotracers. 相似文献

The potential-dependent surface-enhanced Raman spectrum of adsorbed p-nitrobenzoic acid (PNBA) on the roughened Au electrode has been obtained by using ultraviolet (UV) excitation at 325 nm. The surface-enhanced Raman spectra of PNBA intensely changed when the voltage was in the rang of negative value, and the electrode potential at which the resonance (potential of maximum intensity) occurs varied when the vibrational mode changes, indicating that the PNBA molecules were chemisorbed on the roughened Au surface. In this communication, we report a successful synthesis of quasi-monodisperse In2O3 nanocrystals with high crystallinity in a high-temperature organic solution. The average size of nanocrystals can be tuned using a dynamic injection technique. TEM and XRD investigations indicate that each nanocrystal is a single crystal. The optical determination implies that the photoluminescence behavior of these In2O3 nanocrystals is different from that of the bulk, probably due to the combination of weak quantum-confinement-effects and the nature of high crystallinity in nanocrystals. 相似文献

In this text, we use inexpensive and natural amino acid, successfully obtained the asymmetric crystallization of three PTCs, [Tis(O~iPr)_(14)(μ_2-O)(μ_3-O)_2(D/L-pGlu)_2](D-PTC-53; L-PTC-53; H2 pGlu=pyroglutamic acid) and [Ti_6(O~iPr)_(14)(μ_2-O)(μ_3-O)_2(D-pGlu)_2][Ti_6(O~iPr)_(14)((μ_2-O)(μ_3-O)_2(L-pGlu)_2](D,L-PTC-53). Interestingly, in situ lactamide reaction starting from glutamic acid to pyroglutamic acid was observed. In addition,the chirality features of these PTCs have been thoroughly discussed.The two enantiomers crys tallize in chiral P21 space group.The optically pure pGlu ligands transform its chirality to the inorganic titanium oxo clusters. As a result, the stack of these inorganic clusters generates homochiral helical chains along the characteristic axial direction.Apart from the microscopic structural analysis, the macroscopic solid-state samples exhibit unusual strong circular dichroism(CD) signals,further verified the homochiral feature of the enantiomers. 相似文献
