In the fault monitoring of rolling bearings, there is always loud noise, leading to poor signal stationariness. How to accurately and efficiently identify the fault type of rolling bearings is a challenge. Based on multivariate multiscale sample entropy (mvMSE), this paper introduces the refined composite mvMSE (RCmvMSE) into the fault extraction of the rolling bearing. A rolling bearing fault-diagnosis method based on stacked auto encoder and RCmvMSE (SDAE-RCmvMSE) is proposed. In the actual environment, the fault-diagnosis method use the multichannel vibration signals of the bearing as the input of stacked denoising autoencoders (SDAEs) to filter the noise of the vibration signals. The features of denoise signals are extracted by RCmvMSE and the rolling bearing operation-state diagnosis is completed with a support-vector machine (SVM) model. The results show that in the original test data, the accuracy rates of SDAE-RCmvMSE, RCmvMSE, and commonplace features of vibration signals combined with SVM (CFVS-SVM) methods are 99.5%, 100%, and 96% respectively. In the data with noise, the accuracy rates of RCmvMSE and CFVS-SVM are 97.75% and 93.08%, respectively, but the accuracy of SDAE-RCmvMSE is still 100%.  相似文献

In situ metal-templated (hydrazone) condensation also called subcomponent self-assembly of 4,6-dihydrazino-pyrimidine, o-vanillin and dysprosium ions resulted in the formation of discrete hexa- or dodecanuclear metallosupramolecular Dy6(L)6 or Dy12(L)8 aggregates resulting from second-order template effects of the base and the lanthanide counterions used in these processes. XRD analysis revealed unique circular helical or tetragonal bipyramid architectures in which the bis(hydrazone) ligand L adopts different conformations and shows remarkable differences in its mode of metal coordination. While a molecule of trimethylamine acts as a secondary template that fills the void of the Dy6(L)6 assembly, sodium ions take on this role for the formation of heterobimetallic Dy12(L)8 by occupying vacant coordination sites, thus demonstrating that these processes can be steered in different directions upon subtle changes of reaction conditions. Furthermore, Dy6(L)6 shows an interesting spin-relaxation energy barrier of 435 K, which is amongst the largest values within multinuclear lanthanide single-molecular magnets.

Subcomponent self-assembly gave access to Dy12(L)8 and Dy6(L)6 architectures via second-order template effects. The Dy6(L)6 assembly behaves as a single-molecule magnet exhibiting a high anisotropy barrier and butterfly-shaped magnetic hysteresis.  相似文献

为了研究CL-20基混合炸药的冲击起爆特征,深入分析冲击波作用下CL-20基混合炸药的爆轰成长规律,采用炸药驱动飞片冲击起爆实验方法,对CL-20、CL-20/NTO和CL-20/FOX-7三种压装混合炸药进行了冲击起爆实验,通过嵌入在炸药内部不同位置处的锰铜压力传感器,获得了炸药内部压力的变化历程。依据实验结果标定了混合炸药的点火增长模型参数,其中,利用反应速率方程中的两个增长项,分别模拟CL-20/NTO和CL-20/FOX-7混合炸药中两种组分的反应增长过程,得到这两种混合炸药的反应速率方程参数。并通过数值模拟的方法得到了三种炸药的临界起爆阈值和POP关系。研究结果表明:三种CL-20基混合炸药中,CL-20/NTO混合炸药具有更高的临界起爆阈值,而CL-20/FOX-7混合炸药具有更长的爆轰成长距离;此外,利用此套拟合双组分混合炸药反应速率方程的方法,可以对新型配方炸药的冲击起爆过程进行预测性计算

基于反应力场,采用NPT、NVT系综和Berendsen方法,对ε-、β-和γ-CL-20超晶胞在不同温度下的热分解反应过程进行分子动力学计算。结果表明:3种晶型CL-20的初始分解路径均是五元环和六元环中的N-NO2键断裂生成·NO2自由基,生成的主产物包括N2、H2O、CO、CO2、NO2、NO3、HNO2、HNO3、N2O5、N2O2和NO等。相同晶型的CL-20发生热分解生成的主产物的反应速率常数随温度的升高而增大。

建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定长柱十大功劳中药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱含量的方法.样品用盐酸-甲醇(体积比1:100)混合溶液超声提取,C18柱色谱分离,以乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(磷酸调Ph值至3.0)(体积比28:72)为流动相,检测波长:265 nm.方法线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,盐酸药根碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱的加标回收率及相对标准偏差分别为99%,1.43%; 100%,1.93%; 99%,2.82%.  相似文献

Myocardial infarction (MI) is the leading cause of premature death among adults. Cardiomyocyte death and dysfunction of the remaining viable cardiomyocytes are the main pathological factors of heart failure after MI. Mitochondrial complexes are emerging as critical mediators for the regulation of cardiomyocyte function. However, the precise roles of mitochondrial complex subunits in heart failure after MI remain unclear. Here, we show that NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunit S1 (Ndufs1) expression is decreased in the hearts of heart failure patients and mice with myocardial infarction. Furthermore, we found that cardiac-specific Ndufs1 overexpression alleviates cardiac dysfunction and myocardial fibrosis in the healing phase of MI. Our results demonstrated that Ndufs1 overexpression alleviates MI/hypoxia-induced ROS production and ROS-related apoptosis. Moreover, upregulation of Ndufs1 expression improved the reduced activity of complex I and impaired mitochondrial respiratory function caused by MI/hypoxia. Given that mitochondrial function and cardiomyocyte apoptosis are closely related to heart failure after MI, the results of this study suggest that targeting Ndufs1 may be a potential therapeutic strategy to improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure.Subject terms: Heart failure, Myocardial infarction, Myocardial infarction  相似文献

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) broadly regulate normal biological functions of bone and the progression of fracture healing and osteoporosis. Recently, it has been reported that miR-1224-5p in fracture plasma is a potential therapy for osteogenesis. To investigate the roles of miR-1224-5p and the Rap1 signaling pathway in fracture healing and osteoporosis development and progression, we used BMMs, BMSCs, and skull osteoblast precursor cells for in vitro osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis studies. Osteoblastogenesis and osteoclastogenesis were detected by ALP, ARS, and TRAP staining and bone slice resorption pit assays. The miR-1224-5p target gene was assessed by siRNA-mediated target gene knockdown and luciferase reporter assays. To explore the Rap1 pathway, we performed high-throughput sequencing, western blotting, RT-PCR, chromatin immunoprecipitation assays and immunohistochemical staining. In vivo, bone healing was judged by the cortical femoral defect, cranial bone defect and femoral fracture models. Progression of osteoporosis was evaluated by an ovariectomy model and an aged osteoporosis model. We discovered that the expression of miR-1224-5p was positively correlated with fracture healing progression. Moreover, in vitro, overexpression of miR-1224-5p slowed Rankl-induced osteoclast differentiation and promoted osteoblast differentiation via the Rap1-signaling pathway by targeting ADCY2. In addition, in vivo overexpression of miR-1224-5p significantly promoted fracture healing and ameliorated the progression of osteoporosis caused by estrogen deficiency or aging. Furthermore, knockdown of miRNA-1224-5p inhibited bone regeneration in mice and accelerated the progression of osteoporosis in elderly mice. Reactions of (NH4)2WS4 with CuCN, CuCN/1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bppa) or [Cu(MeCN)4]PF6/bppa under different reaction conditions afforded a set of two- or three-dimensional W/Cu/S cluster-based coordination polymers including {[Et4N]2[WS4Cu4(μ-CN)2(μ-I)2]}n ( 1 ), [WS4Cu4(μ-CN)2(bppa)2]n ( 2 ) and {[WS4Cu4(bppa)4](PF6)2}n ( 3 ), respectively. Compound 2 can be readily formed from reaction of 1 with bppa under solvothermal conditions. Compounds 1 and 2 feature two-dimensional networks with a “sql” topology, while 3 possesses a two-fold interpenetrated three-dimensional net with a rare “reo” topology. Compounds 1 – 3 in DMF exhibited different third-order nonlinear optical responses, and they all showed a reverse saturable absorption while 2 held a strong self-focusing effect.  相似文献
