In this paper, we obtain the lower and the upper bounds of the blowup time of the solutions to quasi-linear parabolic problems subject to Dirichlet(or Neumann) boundary condition. Our results are suitable for the problems with any smooth bounded domain ${\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^n}$ and ${n \geq 3}$ . In some special cases, we can even get the exact values of blowup time.  相似文献

ZnWO4 nanorods with a bundle-like structure were synthesized at 180°C for 12 h by a hydrothermal technology from Na2WO4⋅2H2O and ZnSO4⋅7H2O in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). The as-synthesized bundle-like structure of ZnWO4 nanorods was characterized by various techniques: TEM, XRD and EDS. The luminescence properties of the bundle-like structure of the ZnWO4 nanorods were investigated by photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy.  相似文献

(Pb0.5Ba0.5)ZrO3 (PBZ) and 1 mol% Mn-doped (Pb0.5Ba0.5)ZrO3 (Mn-PBZ) sol were successfully fabricated, and corresponding thin films were deposited on Pt(1 1 1)/TiO2/SiO2/Si(1 0 0) substrates by spin-coating method. Effects of Mn doping on the microstructure and electrical properties of PBZ thin films were investigated systemically. X-ray diffraction patterns showed that both films had a polycrystalline perovskite structure, and that the degree of (1 1 1) orientation were increased by Mn doping. Dielectric measurements illustrated that Mn-doped PBZ thin films not only had a larger dielectric constant, but also possessed a smaller dielectric loss. Accordingly, the tunability and the figure of merit of PBZ films were improved by Mn doping.  相似文献

CdS/Si heterojunctions have been prepared through growing CdS nanocrystallites (nc-CdS) on the silicon nanoporous pillar array (Si-NPA) by the chemical bath deposition method. Cadmium nanocrystallites (nc-Cd) have been observed and ascribed to the reducibility of Si-NPA. The reason for the appearance of CdO is indistinct and the related work will be done in the future. The blue, green and red emissions are ascribed to the silicon oxide layer, band gap of nc-CdS and the sulphur vacancies, respectively. Redshift and blueshift with the annealing temperature about green emissions are contributed to quantum size effect and the structure transition from nc-Cd to CdO. It is beneficial for investigating the structures and defects to the application of CdS/Si in the optoelectronic field.  相似文献

Large-scale tapering junction Bi nanowire arrays have been synthesized by pulsed electrodeposition within a porous anodic alumina membrane (AAM). Bi metal–semiconductor and semiconductor–semiconductor junction nanowires with different diameters were fabricated easily by modulating only the pulse time using only an ordinary AAM template. The morphology and structure of the tapering junction Bi nanowire arrays and individual nanowires are characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. We propose a scheme for the non-destructive detection of an unknown Werner state by detecting the steady-state output intensity of the probe field. Moreover, with a similar mechanism, a Werner state can be generated as a stationary state by pumping the cavity field. The recently reported shell‐isolated nanoparticle‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SHINERS) is considered as the next generation of advanced spectroscopy for its surface and molecular generality. With the aim to utilize the virtues of shell‐isolated strategy and advance the SHINERS technique, we introduce a silane‐based rapid synthesis method of silica‐coating Au nanorods (Au@SiO2 NRs) with manoeuvrable ultra‐thin shell and tunable SPR. The results demonstrate that the SPR of Au NRs could be optimized to obtain large Raman enhancement using either 633 nm or 785 nm laser. Differing from previously reported Au@SiO2 NRs synthesis method, we can tune the silica shell thickness within several nanometers to maximize the Raman signal while effectively eliminating the exterior interference. And this advanced synthesis method has also significantly reduced the silica‐coating time from one day to ca. 1 h. This method as a new development of SHINERS technique has successfully got enhanced signal in solution Raman tests of malachite green, giving a great potential to be extended to in‐situ measurement for daily life detection. We investigate the spin and charge Nernst effect of a four-terminal Aharonov–Bohm interferometer with Rashba spin–orbit interaction (RSOI). It is shown that a pure spin Nernst effect or a fully spin-polarized Nernst effect can be obtained by modulating the magnetic flux phase ? and the RSOI induced phase φ. It is also demonstrated that some windows of ? (or φ) for maintaining an almost fully spin-polarized Nernst effect exist and their width is under the control of the other phase. Moreover, for the charge Nernst coefficient Nc and spin Nernst coefficient Ns the relationship Nc(?,φ)=?Ns(φ,?) always holds. These results suggest that our proposal may act as a controllable thermospin generator.  相似文献
